I have same problem with Hashidate. Rest Japan ships (Kongo,Minekaze,Kuma) which i have doesnt cause it, only this one.

So I have problem with launcher connection that doesnt allow to update game. My antivirus is BitDefender which may cause this problem, but problem show few days after update 0.5.0.2 and BD was installed 2 weeks before update. Changing launcher config didnt help.

I made ticket at support. Maybe devs will help.
