Just got disconnected and geting "Server temporarily unavailable" error

I'd say I'm active enough (like I said, 1 patch on one day and 3 patches next day... Doesn't seem to be a long interval). But back to my original question: Patch notes anywhere? I might be just too stupid to find any, or they are just non-existent or hidden way too deep

got a 200MB, a 40MB and a 30MB patch yesterday and don't remember the size of the one the day before that

We've been geting lots and lots of patches lately (3 yesterday, another one the day before that) Are there patchnotes or changelog or anything to see what changed? Or are those changes something that don't affect players? It might be just me, but I do usually like to know what gets changed in stuff I use

Let's make that auto stop once hit the border (can't make you slow down when you get near the border as on many maps (atleast low tier ones) there is plenty of action near the borders
