If you look the first video about french cruisers ( the one where a WG guy talked about the baguette citadelle), you will see at one point a dev picture of a cruiser where there 3 spots for flags : 1 for clan I think plus 2 others. So it will come in a far future.

German cruisers only get a minor buff as in T8+, 380 mm guns are rare. And with IFHE, their bow and aft will still be penetrated by low caliber HE. Torps gain around 0.5 sec in réaction time. They are still far behind US torps but at least the reaction time is getting under 10 sec.

J'ai un petit bug sur la 0.6.4 : le jeu démarre toujours en mode fenêtré. Par conséquent, je dois repasser dans mes options pour le mettre en plein écran à chaque fois que je le lance ... Ca n'a pas d'impact ensuite et cela ne gêne en rien dans le jeu, mais ca devient vite lassant.

The main problem of the Yubari is that while she was classed as a Destroyer Leader in WW2 (similar to Leningrad), in game she is a cruiser so she msut have a citadelle. But the devs were lazy and didn't really design her citadelle. So ALL her middle section is the citadelle, which means tjat when you try to use your guns or your torps, any incoming shot will citadelle you ... If the devs just bother reworking the citadelle, it would be ab interesting premium ...
