Hello, in the Developer Bulletin (http://worldofwarships.eu/en/news/cbt/dev-bulletin-051/) Wargaming stated that Northern Lights would introduce weather conditions; I assume they meant it being at night. Does anyone know if there are any effects, like reduction on view range/ increased concealment or if this was postponed? I couldn't find anything on that in the patch notes.

As far as I understand, he is asking if a ship loses concealment while burning, which isn't the case as far as I am aware.
