Same thing for me. What happens in my case is I'll be motering along then every ship just stops. My FPS and ping values don't change. Torps that were moving still move, shots fired still travel to wherever, I can hear shots landing on various ships but no ship is moving. After about a minute of this all the ships will rubberband (myself included) to where the server has them. Then everything will return to normal until it happens again, usually 2 times per game. The same thing continues to happen even in spectator mode. This all started after the patch. It's some serious desynch, but just with the ships positions. The game is basically unplayable at this point. I've tried turning graphics down to low, but not sure what else I should try. I don't believe it has anything to do with my connection as WoT plays fine. Again, this all seemed to start after the last patch.
