People leaving in droves at T4 is quite telling. It's where you start seeing things like Kaisers. Who YOU want to play a game where you need to play a squishy ship for 20-30 battles that can die in a single salvo, while firing at someone who's tanking all your hits with absolute ease? There are definitely more issues, but damn, I wouldn't play T4 cruiser (required to play BBs or CVs) with a 1pt captain and a stock ship currently. The last time I did that was with RN CLs, and I remember that with absolute dread.

Not that it matters, since the appeal quick reaction times, fast and very direct gameplay that comes shooters would make people prefer DDs, not the least maneuverable class with the least reliable accuracy.

Oh boy, can't wait for the game in a state where you literally cannot damage BBs unless you have 203mm guns, with no concealment mechanic, manual aim secondaries with as much range as main batteries (which would only work on non master race ships, because of that first reason kek), overpens from BBs causing you to flood, and the obligatory torpedoes having no reload meme. Seen the thing you fail to realize, you actual potato, is that we "betatest elitists" tend to play everything. In fact, I have every branch at least to T6, with the crushing majority of branches researched up to T8. So when we say something, it tends to be from a position of first hand experience over the course of YEARS, not from feelings from a 6 month old account playing mostly 1 class and that hasn't seen a single meta change. Take into consideration that we also know about basic game mechanics, something that the average player depressingly doesn't have. So when we say "X ship is unbalanced because of too good concealment but stupid heal and HE shells", Potato McSpud who doesn't comprehend the silly numbers in the "concealment" tab nor the repair mechanic will just see "X ship" in his and completely fail, complaining on the forums that it's weak.

Summer vacation syndrome. I've actually seen players today not understanding what hydro does. At T8. Others complaining that the 2 DDs of a match were going to one cap on Two Brothers, and still lemming train to the DD-less side, only to be spooked by a bottom tier DD and be blocked all match, despite having crushing tier and number superiority. Or my favorite, 6 people dying to 2 DMs in a knife fight in 2 minutes flat, then blaming the rest of the team. Blame idiots for being idiots. Then blame WG for letting idiots reach past T5 without understanding what one of the 6 clickable items on their UI does, despite it being common to every ship and class.

How much time is needed @Tuccy ? Honestly my new job requires me to test out new programs, so while in the past this would have been just inconvenient to sacrifice time and effort, now it's just good practice.

It deserved *a* nerf, but not one that makes the overperforming aspects even more random based. As of right now, it's just a nerf based on a diceroll instead of dealing with the Alsace being extremely mobile, all while having amazing AA, secondaries, torpedo protection. If they really wanted to nerf the Alsace, they would have nerfed the mobility and concealment, which would have lowered the ship's ability to appear in your flanks and deal critical damage.

Same rifles, most certainly not the same shells. Just as a point of note, the Konig's 305s have more penetration past 6km than the Bretagne's 340s. Bretagne is just bad. Poor armor, shockingly poor HP pool, the same torpedo protection as a Mikasa (!!), guns that might be slightly more accurate than others, but only because the shells are so awful that they lose all their velocity quickly and land with a tighter vertical pattern than other ships. The Bretagne is a T3 armored ship with T6 AA, T4 guns and a submerged citadel.

BBabies can remember one nerf from years ago, but can't remember the uber buff right before, nor to WASD from time to time. It's like trying to argue with your wife.
