Ok so me and a friend come back to game after 6+ months of being away. Our first match and my friend launches some torps that eventually hit a DD on our team and sink it. The DD apologised and said it was his fault, whatever your opinion on that is not really relative accidents happen sometimes.
So my friend turns pink, either right away or just after the match I can't remember. We have some more games and he is still pink and there's the usual chat about teamkillers etc going on, at one point a team ship rammed him on purpose and he got some more warnings and took team damage which is dumb.
Another match later and we're in a battle (he's still pink) we're all fighting, the fight is over my friends dead. I'm alive and so are a couple other ships on my side, one ahead of me has literally 130hp left I'm in and out of binocular view looking at him + the edge of the island he's about to come round and I swear to god I accidently hit fire, my finger no joke depressed my button and I take this dude out.
So cue the outrage in chat, I said omg my finger slipped but they wouldn't have it. I got told sure your in a division with a PK'er etc. Can't say I blame them tbh I'd have thought the same. Another fight comes along and a cleveland on my team starts firing into me as im shooting the enemy. He does piss poor dmg and I die to enemy fire. He's all like "Thats for my friend!" I told him he didn't do very well and he agreed.
After the match I'm now pink for doing 130hp of dmg which resulted in a death. My friends still pink.
Now we are in a division of two PINK ships, as we only really play together. How long is this going to last lol because it doesn't look good and lets be honest NOONE is going to believe it even if we tried to explain!
