    why nobody is thinking about the reload? 20-30 seconds in tier 1-5 is just too fast. I take out 2 carriers and a kongo in 2 min. And they cant do a crap. Let the damage, but for real...rise the reload time. In reality, it could lasts hours to reload the tubes.
