Hey man, I was the 3 of us lol. It was just really really bad rofl. Apologies accepted, very kind of you mate. Chat would have been too late as the shima couldnt turn a second time as the Somers would pummel him due to the planes overhead. Also, I was frantically trying to avoid torpedoies, which he actually did hit 1, and we hit none lol. I did notice the carrier focusing B, which we actually could ignore at that exact Somers confrontation because I was within 5 Km of both of you in a Smol (good enough AA), we had the Grozovoi (also decent AA) and the only direct threat to you 2 was that Sommers, which could have died within seconds of proxy spotting after which the shima could use the Sommers own smoke to hide in. The rest of the enemy team was too far away to actually hurt the DD's in B cap much, and I couldnt push him with my hydro because i do get hurt alot when under crossfire from 2 sides by BB's and cruisers :-) So the DD lesson here is: don't panic over a few planes in crucial situations when under an AA umbrella, understand the odds when in a overwhelming force and don't forget proxy spotting i guess? PS: it was effen hectic though

Turn it off. Almost no one actually responds to chat requests or pointers. Just use radio and mapclicks. Same thing. Be prepared to facepalm alot though. Since I turned it off my forehead is bleeding.

The Shima was sailing towards the Somers position when it smoked up and was probably at about 4 km away from it. Instead of keep pushing to proxy spot (basically do not change what he's already doing), he actually made the decision that a Smol and Grozovoi support vs. 1 Somers wasnt enough and took the effort to turn around at that distance and run away. I still can't get over it, I'm just baffled, and I was part of this. It makes me feel such a failure. Every single day I think I've seen the worst play ever, and then crap like this happens with me in it lol. Smol, Groz and Shima vs. 1 Somers @ 8 km range capping right under our nose. I must be having nightmares

Next item for all of you DD's to learn what to do and what not. Round start, me in a Smolensk a Shima and a Grozovo steam up to a B cap, middle. I am very near cap border and smoke up because I am the centre of a possible crossfire from battleships and cruiser from A and C position when spotted. Shima and Grozovo, in a division together and from the same clan, go into the capzone. They meet 1 Somers that sails into the B cap. UNSUPPORTED. There is NOTHING there to help that Somers except the enemy carrier flying planes over B. It's just US 3 vs. 1 Somers and some shitty planes over our heads. The shima and grozovoi torp the Somers and freak out as the Somers smokes up. The Shima and Grozovoi BOTH turn tail and sail out of the cap BEHIND me, <- the PERFECT ship to blow the Somers out of the water with two salvos if they can proxy spot it in its smoke (and I'm not even taking their OWN guns into account). They have support of the BEST DD killer ship at 8 KM range as support and they BOTH run away. Again, there is just 1 Somers in cap. I can't stress that enough. Instead of STEAMING up to proximity spot the Somers in its smoke so we all 3 can blap it, both the Grozovoi and Shimakaze SAIL AWAY and go sit BEHIND ME. Leaving me and Somers to dodge torps. The Somers stays in cap, evades 20 torps, caps right under our noses. DD's, really WTF?

Just in now: two enemy DD's sail into a enclave with only 2 exits at A, get surrounded by 9 ships from both sides lulz. Die. I was laughing so hard I peed my pants. Also in just now a brand new type of shima player, a route with no reason becasue we held our flanks pretty good without him:

Im gonna necro this as it is getting worse. 1st match: Gearing sails around a bit and then decides it needs a crap or milk or whatever. Parks DD behind island for 5 minutes. I sail past and click on him. Im chatbanned because of the likes of him so all I can do is click map and radio cuss. Fine. He wakes up, sails behind me as I am pushing. 'It' doesnt shoot, nothing, no torps, he just follows me. As I cap the objective we're in I turn right to the next objective, 'it' sails straight towards where he probably thinks the Carrier is, or what is most likely, floows a pre set path to no where he set up with autopilot. I fight and cap, while 'it' sails to map border, gets spotted by carrier, he tries to fight a bit gets killed by carrier while I kill the carrier actually. Bottom score, 100 XP for his troubles and a win. Why, because me and some other poor fellas actually tried. 2nd. match: Z46 sails to A cap. Meets resistance, reverses for the next 10 minutes. Doesn't shoot, doesn't torp, nothing. Just goes AFK so other can do the work for him, just like the gearing in the previous match. We lose, because he is an a-hole amongst other things. The game is rapidly declining. I have never been so frustrated with it and it's players in the last few years as I am now. WG go sort your game out. Wreck the economy of this type of leeches, I'm fed up having to work for 2.

Im chatbanned more often these days then not. So Ive killed the chat completely and honestly it doesnt make any difference for the quality of the teamplay, as most players don't do that anyway. Dont kid yourself about this game and its playerbase in random: Communicating with the majority of your team is like throwing the sun into a black hole. Nothing comes of it and all thats left is a nasty smell. Ive been punished with pink too because of a disconnect: leaving the battle early AND being inactive in the match while doing it which seems a logical followup of being disconnected lulz. I feel loved as a paying customer, which I will no longer be. Already skipped the 30% thank-you-coupon (i always used that one and im dutch and love a good discount) which the can shove into forementioned black hole. Its like im in an abusive SM relationship with these plonkers

Actually, The higher tier I get, the more properly angled ships I meet, so my ITA performance plummeting. I even bounced 4 SAP shells on a Yugomo yesterday at 9 km. I facepalmed so hard my forehead still red

My guess is that we see a BB heavy cue still even with a new line released, is because the Italian cruisers are too yummie to pass up.

Guess the Hakuryū should be taken out of the game as well
