    If your cruisers are regularly hit by DD torps you have a whole different problem ^^ Well, we don't have skill based interaction and we will not get it, ever. WG has removed the skill threshold concerning carriers 2 years ago and it won't ever come back because they are not interested in creating awesome gameplay. They are building a glorified slot machine for the weak. /start rant I don't give a crap for carrier pilots whining about how they won't be able to attack some of the 300+ ships out there and would be forced to actually be on the look out for dangerous areas for a change. I'm fed up with carriers flying into a blob just to kill off some poor low HP sod with nab rockets created because WG is convinced 2/3rd of their target audience of lootbox addicts is too incompetent to land torpedoes or bombs on something thats moving over 20 knts. We are talking a very limited list of AA dedicated ships that would even need to be outfitted for the AA specific role handicapping it in other areas. If 3-4% of the ships played can affect the other classes so drastically, carriers should be able to live with a list of ships they need to memorize: DM, Atlanta, Flint, Minotaur and a few others. I'm fed up with carriers being pampered and using training wheels till the age of 50, because it makes them utterly boring to play, and I want to play carriers, but not these drewling things catered to the worst of us. Carriers can use some real team oriented gameplay challanges other then finding out what design flaw to exploit. ^^ /end rant

    The issue for me is when I div up I start to do inexplicable stupid things. I'm better solo. (DIV WR 54% Solo WR 58% ....)

    I voted No but this is what I actually want to vote. x - Not my favorite tier, but on occasion its fun! Too passive mostly and an influx of some really really bad players lately. There are awesome ships in high tier though :/

    WG has systematically removed a lot of team oriented aspects of the game over the years in favor of a focus on ego centric resource farming. The carrier redesign is the ultimate cherry on the pie in that regard. It's forcefully removed from the pvp gameplay layer where the other 22 players reside in. They can't even fight eachother properly ffs. It's a solo experience slapped on a pvp enviroment. Because resource gathering is what makes revenue: people with uncontrollable urges. Not decent gameplay in a team oriented pvp shooter. Gah. What are we thinking??!

    The argument that 'any ship being able to stop a strike on your own makes carriers unable to hit anything' is a pointlesss exaggeration and I'm surprised people keep bringing that absurdity up. Every time it's used my forehead is swollen by a massive facepalm. No one is asking for all ships to be able stop carrier strike always at willy nilly. It is not about every ship being able to do that, but for the sake of teamplay it would be great if some of the traditional AA ships (edit: AA cruisers) in WOWS can create a near to no fly zone under certain conditions like using the right consumables and speccing out for AA f.e. (it's only bloody 6 km in most cases ffs) so carriers don't simply blerp into a group of ships to kill off a low HP target that seeked protection with the insane zero skill nab rocket planes. It's a team game after all, except for carriers that is :P

    The carrier rework in a nutshell lol. OMG i still can't get over how rotten the core design of the rework is for a PVP enviroment. And the players it pampers to... I called out a carrier yesterday who forced a Thunderer about to run into my Hayate torpedoes to change direction by attacking it when my torps were about to hit it. The Thunderer was about 4 km away from being devestated running straight into my incoming fishes when the carrier started an attack and forced it to turn into his planes making sure my torpedo run missed. The reply of this genius was: I can't read minds can I? Sure, mate, but you can read the sea no?

    That is probably just coincidental. It does not seem to be related to mouse or usb malfunctioning.

    Ueah clearing the blacklist is buggy. I had that last year, clearing mine. After a few names removing seems to stop working correctly. So where is the article? Anyone?

    I notice it more often with guns, but that might be because of the frequency guns are used compared to torps. I had it once or twice long ago (years?), but it has become more frequent last 2 months or so. Initially I thought it was my mouse malfunctioning but it isnt. It fixes itself after a few seconds.

    I do kinda like her? She is very weird in that I want to be agressive in her, but she is big and easy to hit. So I am usually badly damaged in the early stages of a battle and have to play her more stealthy in the last half of the battle in which she only gets strong if enemy DD's with lower detection ranges are sunk. If not, she defenitely can't do without her smokescreen to escape all kinds of enemy DD's getting the drop on her because she will often be outspotted by many of them. So a torp reload booster build is out of the question. What was WG smoking? <- pun intended She makes decent credit though, these earnings are without any economic flags, 500 - 600 k per match

    When people here on the forum mention WG 'listening' or 'learning', you have to understand that WG as an entity has a very different focus then players do. It always makes me cringe hearing people say WG 'learned' from the first horrible Xmas dockyard event. What they 'learned' is where the community vocal threshold lies, but at the same time where the actualy monetary threshold sits. Two very different things it seems. A predator will observe and learn how it's prey behaves so they will be more succesfull next time. This is the same thing.

    Nope DD's are not the REAL problem of World of Warships. They might be your problem though? I dunno Maybe start your own 700 pages DD feedback de luxe edition? EDIT: what's the point of carriers according to you?

    Lootboxes? To me no, never. To you? Depends if you enjoy gambling and run a high risk of being dissapointed and then buying more only to get dissapointed more (repeat) until you get something that 'represents something of value' you didnt really want but is good enough to tell your gambling urges 'you won something of worth' even though it's a virtual asset you can't resell and didn't want in the first place.
