Isn't that like already implemented for some time? I really don't think further changes have any point, when the really fresh players don't even meet the clubs. It is only reinforcing my point that WG hates low tiers, and are actively making low tiers not fun. In that's the case, can i get World of Steamships game where i could play some of my favourite 1900's ships without some [edited]changing the entire game for worse because some other [edited]are crying about "sealclubbing" while: 1. Player pools are already changed, move that WG never made before, to make sure seals don't met clubs 2. Tier 3 and 4 is when the clubbing is most prevalent right now, because no one bothered to even slightly nerf the biggest clubs like St Louis

It is a forum rule to avoid some serious forum witchhunts, lynches and dogpiling (and even if it is ridiculous rule, it works and is preventing some really low blows in the usual forum wars, especially those featuring clans). It don't apply outside forums, so youtubers are doing it sometimes, but also do notice that they also avoid heaviest stuff, mostly they just do not censor their clips. Also, however ironically that sounds, it don't apply ingame, so calling you names may be only reported to support and is unlikely to have some real effect, at most some few days of temp ban, unless the guy is repeated offender (i guess, as WG don't really publish any discipline results on EU).

Permanent camos suck hard. 3000 doubloons for -5% repair cost? Are they sure they haven't misplaced some zero that should be there after that five? Those camos should effectively turn the ship into premium (just without retraining bonus) for that price.

It was long ago, in CBT i think and they never wrote they removed it, and it definitely feels like it's still here, like getting 4-5 kills without much damage rack a higher reward than the similar game without frags.

NA also got patches day earlier for nor reason, except that PST is transplanted timezone of hell itself purposefully made to torment the rest of the world. In short: blame PST. It's devil's work.
