What's up, WG, is your shop crap not selling well? What a pity. You turned very greedy since wot, no gold/piaster/dubloons/tokens (seriously cant you even decide the name?) for testers, expensive premium ships. Now selling access. What will be next?

You found that news using Internet Explorer, did you?
-
At least not for silver.

I smell Enterprise as premium carrier in the future

Actually, if you talk about ship captains, yes, they had aimbots! Gunnery officers they were called, they did everything just so captain didn't even had to press the button! Neat, huh? For example, it was aimbot Korvettenkapitan Schneider who got Knight's cross for sinking Hood, not Lindemann or Lutjens.

It is really small map. Enemy spawn are already in the cruiser range at start. And that is actually very true, +1

That's partially true, because it's going two-ways. Battleship have one real advantage: their range. When they go to a knife fight they are usually dead really fast, combination of TB's, destroyers and happy cruiser spam are deadly no matter how much HP you've got, especially in those labirynths they call maps. This force cautious play, which in turn lure cautious players to play BB. And running away is actually very viable tactics, especially against DD's, it can screw their attack royally. Ofc this is not the excuse for guys circling aimlessly in the weird places, but if you watch carefully, there are as much guys in every other class that can't read map (i don't even mention the battle flow, just map is enough) as in BB's. So domination is actually worst for BB, capturing cap under enemy fire and torps is a grave mistake. 1. That's not necessary, they slowed cap speed to 75% of what it was and it's enough, usually battle ends now when there are just 2-3 ships left, exactly at the moment they start to thnk about trolling and forced running draw. 2. Also no, that would make it pointless, as you would need to remove some ships from combat just to hold the caps or abandon the caps and hunt them all (and i'm totally against kill'em all mode as it would be drawfest unless on tiny maps). It could also lead to incredibly frustrating game of tag with running destroyers. 3. That's actually a good idea, but it's hard to find any open waters in fairly neutral positions on the every map. Btw did you see the Ocean map? It's fairly small and don't have any islands, almost nobody even bother to cap there (although if you get there in US DD it's the most frustrating setup in the game). And if we place the caps in non-neutral positions, it would be just normal mode with more than one base. 4. I can see why you wrote that, but i doubt that will ever happen with the way MM works and is supposed to work.

Try Navy Field 2, combination of speeding pre-dreadnoughts with puny spot range make it exciting like drunk driving
-
It's better than normal one: 1. It force aggressive play a bit more 2. Lone DD cant surprise win 3. Cowards and vengeful bastards force draws a lot less 4. Lemming trains become a liability instead of unstoppable force

Yea, it's fun at first but it gets old very fast. I would rather have the US batleships FINALLY implemented than some wacky events.

Ano, lepiej by dali pancerniki US Navy.

Its japanese, what do you expected. About tiers, if it looks like Kuma with lots of torpedoes... it is exactly what it looks, tier 4 glass ship given massive torpedo shotgun of death. With no guarantees whatsoever.

Whats the most important game statistic to you
Vanhal replied to ziggydog's topic in General Discussion
Not really player statistic, but question was about game itself: Repair cost of a ship. For me, its the line between fun and chore, relax and grind. -
Not exactly, they do compute - they are listening to feedback, just they don't act on it as they are not obliged to act, even if 100% of players feels entitled to such actions. Honestly, i think they don't have much choice, it's also why they choose not to ban any mods in WoT - because there is absolutely no way to enforce banning of such simple, pure client side mod. Or maybe there is? I asked numerous times, but no one has answered to this.

In alpha that was not the "useful level". It was "OP as [edited]and killing everything" level.
-
You are not wrong, premium bonus is not here. Btw. can i get some source that say we now have increased earnings cause beta? Never read anything about that. And Murmansk is not really close to the Omaha, it's supposed to be way better, check torps and guns range. I tried Aurora vs St Louis, which are really closest ones. With comparable damage i got comparable results. St Louis is more fun tho... Wish someone would do that old white/gold colour scheme for ALL US ships.

Niezbyt zachęcające te zestawy tak po prawdze. Jakby był Warspite, to wtedy owszem.

Changing rotation speed is easy, they did it two times already on all IJN destroyers. Possible change to torpedo arcs is reduced mainly by model. I doubt anyone would see the clipping, but if it's historical right now i don't mind, the arcs clearly indicate Aoba torps are purely defensive weapon. Changing hitbox would be even easier i guess, as hitboxes are invisible, well, boxes inside visible ship model so i don't imagine scaling them is particularly hard. That say, that big citadel is main problem of IJN cruisers from tier 3 to 10, and it seem to get even worse after launch of CBT. I also have more fun in Aoba than Cleveland, but that's fault of my incredibly bad luck in Cleveland (you can see my awesome win ratio on it). About the Aoba tier i would first want to see Furutaka, but Myoko is definitely not the material for 6 tier. IJN cruisers tiers are good, but all of them need some buffs, like making them not blow up after first salvo or buffing their torps so they actually can be useful.

Also got it few times. Then i looked and it counted x1.5 xp and cash despite losing when i was first on the xp list. Idk if that's a feature.
-
They are. Sometimes at least. Just a lot of things were already discussed in alpha. And they are usually not bothered to refuse us more than one time
-
At least one of the four changes would be good. Or all four, i wont be angry for sure: 1. Increase turret rotation speed 2. Increase ship turning speed 3. Increase torpedoes launching arcs 4. Last, but definitively most important: shrink citadel, it's like al this ship is one big citadel, it's bad when light cruisers shoot you, but one salvo from any BB and you're dead.
-
Guns on Aoba are very good. Rest, on the other hand, is not. Especially butt-firing torps and slow-motion turning. Although it is probably good for 6 tier.
-
Can you post the destroyers stats?
-
Almost nothing about the destroyers. Let me see the stats first. Although they would be probably nice IF they will finally implement earning bonus for premiums. Yubari seems uninspiring, Fast and agile, but armed with Katori guns and its torpedoes have atrociously narrow launching arcs.

I see someone don't even know the meaning of a word "mod". Or you just didn't play any game at all? You just insulted thousands of people that make mods for thousands of games. This kind of crap make me seriously angry.
