    Mainly to BigBadVuk. Can you please moderate the posts like NA forum moderators? I mean, sometimes somebody use word that you delete, which by no means invalidates rest of the post. On NA forums, only that word get [edited], yet you nuke the entire post. It's kinda... sloppy.

    Dont forget CV players sitting in the middle of burning building and repeating "everything is all right", "working as intended". And DD players claiming each and every change in game is a nerf to DD. Overall, people are just bored in the last few days before patch.

    Of course they should cost the same to repair. It's not a problem of economy but gameplay balance. It's bad already, but your idea would only make it worse. Hell, i wouldn't be playing anything else beside destroyers if their maintenance was fraction of other classes (i wouldn't play at all tbh, the economy is broken right now and balancing on a knife edge). Thing is, you are not supposed to die that much, but again, it's not matter of economy, but balance. As i wrote before, real problem is that economy in WoWs is actively influencing gameplay in really bad way, while it shouldn't matter at all. Maintaining close to equal economy for all classes is about the only thing WG does more or less right. I will leave that "real world" aside, as argument in WoWs, its completely worthless. I know what the maintenance was back there and my stance was exactly the same. Just like the other ships. We would not have any of those problems at all if WG didn't grossly overdid the maintenance cost as a way to force players into buying account. Heck, there are lots of people which report that goddamn Atago don't earn enough even with premium (still no info about it's earnings without premium).

    No, they are not too short. 30 minutes battles would be horribly boring. If anything, the initial phase is too long. You need to take out the "kill all" mentality and dump it. All we need is to make standard battles like the domination mode, with NO DRAWS - that would take care of DD's and CV's forcing draws. And your main point is "too many enemies remaining". I do believe that is the problem between keyboard and chair. Just attack.
  9. Considering how WG transits BB characteristics into game it would be tier 2. Nice speed, but armor means citadels from Hashidate AP. And guns... laughable RoF, titanic dispersion and RNG, and consequently DPM on level which would made you miss playing Kawachi.

  11. High maintenance cost of a ships. It saps all fun, don't even want to play lower tiers because it's for naught anyway.

    Amerykanie, Brytyjczycy oraz planowani Francuzi i Włosi tez się w wielu częściach świata bardzo nieładnie kojarzą. W sumie mało jest takich flag, które by się z jakimiś historycznymi krzywdami nie kojarzyły. Szkoda tylko, że WG jak zwykle wylał dziecko razem z kąpielą, bo taki fakt jak posiadanie wielu serwerów może uniemożliwić koreańskie plucie się na flagę. Na szczęście z pomysłu zablokowania wszystkich modów (przynajmniej na razie) tez zdaje się wycofali, więc polecam poszperanie w modach, a konkretnie flagę japońską od Polda. Tylko tak dwie rzeczy: 1. Koreańczykom przeszkadzała japońska flaga na okrętach, ale same okręty już nie? Grają nimi czy nie? A jakby o okręty też grozili pozwami to WG by je wywaliło z gry zostawiając tylko Amerykanów (i to na wszytkich serwerach), czy może pokazało im środkowy palec? 2. Dyskusja na azjatyckim forum musiała być epicka, szczególnie w japońskiej części.

  15. In such situation you are already screwed (unless DD is stupid, but the stupid ones got killed earlier in some yolo charge), not big difference if you eat 1st or 3rd salvo.
  16. Tier 3 - would be Dreadnought, don't imagine anything else there. Tier 4 - idk. I would want to see Orion there, but Colossus is more probable. Tier 5 - Many candidates, but most probaly is, as you said Iron Duke or maybe Orion, if it didn't make the 4 tier Tier 6 - Almost surely QE Tier 7 - Nelson or KGV, i wouldn't put KGV on 8 tier. Royal Navy have enough material on 2 or 3 lines of BB/BC till tier 8 and counting papers till 10 Tier 8 - I would place Vanguard here Tier 9 - No chance in hell Vanguard would be here, not with it's ancient guns, Lion here Tier 10 - Idk, surely RN had some project. I mean, those are guys who planned thing like the Habbakuk. Hood i guess on tier 7, it's clearly superior to the Queen Elizabeth, but still old project from WW1, built shortly after and not modernised up to the standard. I'm more curious about the regular tree Admiral class (as i see Hood more as a premium), it could be quite interesting class, if it would have been built and then modernised in IJN Kongo style...

    That sounds incredibly funny, in time since forever till not long ago that map (usually called with improvised insulting names) was only map for high tier play. It was literal definition of "stale" to the point some people pressed altF4 on the mere sight.

    List of bad ships please

    I seriously have no idea why they did that. I did some tests on Warspite and Colorado in the end of CBT and the accuracy of secondaries were around 30% in shooting at BB and 20% at DD, both from half of the range and at immobile ships. Practically, that means that DD had to sail in 3 km of the battleship for 40-60 seconds, showing him open side to be killed (depends on BB class, skills and equipment mostly). Crappy, it was only for finishing badly damaged ships. Also, you could start some fires on enemy ships, but DD or CA (and i've almost never had CA in secondaries range in actual battle) would repair itself and knife fighting with enemy BB is truly mortal combat - one of you is going down, always, so fires didn't have much effect overall. Now, my accuracy is 18%. Even more laughable, because it's mostly hits in BB's (yea, i like BB vs BB knife fighting and the cruisers still never close enough to be shot by secondaries). I estimate that accuracy went down by around 10% in 0.4.0 patch. Accuracy vs destroyers is around 10% now. Secondaries were token help then and are almost excusively graphical immersion effect now. They require tuning ENTIRE ship setup just for them and are then they are still borderline useless. Although i would still recommend taking thise skills, as they help in AA defense (also heavily nerfed). And all this is not new, year ago, when the version 0.2.0 hit, every new alpha tester noticed how weak the secondaries was, and since then there were lots of "buff secondaries" threads, but apparently WG would like to remove them altogether, because no matter the numbers and arguments for buff, every change (except slight increasing in Izumo and Yamato sec range) has been nerf. So the WG could as well end this sad charade and finally remove them. Nothing significant would change, only few misguiding numbers less.

    Furutaka, but it will be considerably buffed in incoming patch, so i will leave it. Colorado, VII tier downgrade from VI. Hit hard, IF it hit. Bad speed, bad maneuverability, bad HP, bad dispersion, bad RNG, bad secondaries. The world itself hates the Colorado. But it's still shiny hero ship in comparison to IMO worse crap ever: The Izumo. I played this turd when BB were at their finest, and it was utterly horrible, painful experience. Huge, ugly tub going only forward (very bad maneuverability). Impossible to miss by the enemy. Torps launched from below 10 km hit automatically. Every maneuver between some islands end with running aground. Awful dispersion. Bad turret fire angles, to use all three you must totally expose yourself to citadel hits, and that leads to worse fail that is: armor is either on the level of light cruiser or outright bugged, i have numerous times sunk enemy Izumo in duel with my Fuso, New Mexico and so on. I would think "damn i'm good, i won 6 vs 9 tier duel". Then, on my own Izumo i encountered enemy Fuso and duelled against him. Yep, my [edited]was handed to me on a plate. Omfg... I can't even imagin how it is now, when BB dispersion and secondaries were nerfhammered to the ground. Killing blow is that the turd is NINE FRIGGIN TIER. That means grinding to Yamato is ungodly long and every battle ends with mortal wound in the pocket. To be fair, it also have some merits. Let's see... Long range secondaries? Maybe, although performance of secondaries in open beta leads me to conclusion that this is mostly graphical effect. Oh, you can mount the 3.000.000 loading speed module, so you can spray and pray a bit more often than usual.

    CV targeting DD? Does this happen often? Finally, i would say. Of all of the other classes DD is most dangerous to CV, as even if it don't kill them it disrupts their operations, not unlike CV disrups everyone else just by sending planes in the neighborhood. And i still remember that little diagram WG used to explain class counters. CV were suppose to counter all the classes, not only BB and other CV.

    Bardziej zależy od okrętu, ale generalnie na 5 tierze już powinieneś montować, chociaz może niekoniecznie wszystkie. Np. Na New Yorku musowo bonus do zasięgu, bez tego to bedziesz ruchomą tarczą.

    Trochę ciężko się będzie odnosić osobno do drugiego testu, ponieważ nie było pełnego zapisu zmian wprowadzonych w pierwszym, tak jak i teraz nie ma opisu zmian w stosunku do pierwszego testu.

    Tier I would be feasible, something along the lines of 1890's predreadnoughts, like the British Majestic, German Brandenburg, Russian Peresvet or US Iowa (like in BB-4, not BB-61) classes.
