    Well, WG seems to think the sealclubbing is very big thing, it was enough reason for them to practically completely wipe the T1-T2 off the map throwing out the baby with the bathwater. Practically, it was only a problem when exploiting the certain ships mechanics, like Kamikaze and T4 carriers. Except that, not even the obvious clubs like St Louis or Umikaze had been a problem.

    Doooobra, ja dostałem chyba jakiś inny okręt. Miałem nadzieję na coś grywalnego a mam gorszą wersję Yorcka, gdzie też nie mogę w nic trafić, dmg wbijam niesamowicie żałosny, a efekt mojego pojawienia się jest iście piorunujący, nawet w Pensacoli nie mam takiego powodzenia wśród wrogów. Potem spojrzałem na staty i przebieg bitew. Wcale nie mam złej celności ani nie wbijam niesamowicie żałosnego damagu. Za to mam 31% WR, gdzie praktycznie każda przegrana bitwa to całkowicie jednostronna masakra gdzie zanim wbiję 10k większość moich teamów już wita się z rybkami a ja mam niepodzielną uwagę 3-8 wrogów. Czyli znów okręt z potencjałem zrąbanym przez cudowny MM. O ile kiedyś to minie to napiszę coś bardziej reprezentatywnego. A na razie - do naftaliny na pół roku, bo tylko to pomaga w takich okolicznościach. EDIT 27% WR. Inne wyniki nadal dobre.

    Thx for info. Whatever the overall result of that testing is, i think the "one of the oldest in-game mechanics" shouldn't be changed lightly (which don't mean it shouldn't be changed at all). Also, any info about getting October Revolution marathon on EU? Please answer, it's important.

    Wellll, at least we can determine the winner in the ancient dispute of "is there more wehraboos or teaboos". After few months when most of players grind both lines, we remove the number of players playing both lines and voila

    Yeah, I also think the "reducing BB numbers" is... wait a second. Maybe it isn't at odds. Maybe the British BB's are purposefully designed to be boring and crappy to burn people off with BB. 72 second traverse on lower tiers, Monarch in tree, soft quirky Conq... damn.

    You seemed to imply something though... So, are you saying that 2 years ago BB were in high 40% So... that is not disagreeing, but agreeing with me? State of BBs have not much direct influence over their numbers.

    So... he is like bible when saying things that you want to hear, but when he say things you dont want to hear, it's almost like heresy... Agree, also, this isn't a group of ships to nerf. Also, getting radar on 2? ships are highly specialised gimmick. I would much prefer them not having paper armor getting full pens from anyone and not melting like stupid from HE instead, and from what i saw up to now, those are like it. Depend how we look at this. It's very, very easy - cap them to 4 in battle. Around 30-33% of them in battle. I don't think anyone would mind it. But, if they means to achieve this by nerfs, i will protest, because it's impossible. BB are just this popular because they are BB. Even during the worst days of being xp pinatas, there were never any lack of BBs. So, to reach the state, they must horribly overnerf them.

    That would be big change, so it would have to be compensated for destroyers and battleships (most probably by lessening the damage cruiser shells do to those two classes), but by all means it would be a good change. This actualy remind me of argument i made long ago of citadel mechanic being crap not only by itself but to the entire balance. Because most damage calculations and statistics inevitably go back to the citadel damage count, and citadels are way too much dependant on RNG. And thus the citadel mechanic hamstring much of the damage balance overall, including cruisers deletions (however rare those are) and the terrible Belarussian RNG roulette for BB's.

    Ah indeed, Belfast don't have heal, sorry. For the record, even having heal at all cruisers wouldn't be bad, and tier 8 would help for sure. Def AA on Hood is marginally useful, only against DB (well, we have Enterpise here, but it's kinda rare) or VERY bad CV players which don't know how to do Hood. Most danger for Hood comes from torps, and with broken WASD hax that Def AA is kinda not really good. About upcoming, i counted what are NOW in game. And as i already said, Def AA and radar is not very good idea, but that's because it shifts balance from what is important to pointless quirks, not because of "ohmahger it's the 20th end of DD incoming" whining.

    This "extra consumable at no cost" is actually the only BB consumable and it's not even that unique. Also, if you look at the ships none of it got it "without cost" (maybe except Missouri). And right now: - BB with radar - one very expensive premium. - BB with hydro - three (can be mistaken here, Bismarck, GK and Kantwurst are those that i remember) - BB with AA boost - one While: - DD with repair - two - Tashkent and Khabarovsk - Cruisers with repair - British 3+ Tier, Belfast, Atago, Graf Spee, every T9 and T10 I'm not against cruisers having repair, although using your words "such abilities removes the weakspots they need to have for a balanced game" (thats sarcasm, because i'm not hypocrite enough to skewer truth so much to claim they don't need it), but damn people get some perspective, will you? BB are already most team reliant ships that are good in two things - dishing damage and surviving damage. Getting to it from the other side, i would gladly exchange all that radar sonar and AA boost trash for boost to base qualities of BB, but not only it would cause yet another wave of QQ from the guys that should just admit they want back the free XP pinatas BB once were, but actually British BB are shocking examples that WG want to go in opposite direction - weaky soft "BB" with lots of quirks. Which i don't like too, but not for the reasons BB haters do.

    Then buff BB accuracy, maneuverability of all ships and speed of torps. That way bad players won't hit a crap while good ones will be able to do more, straight sailers are punished, dodging become more useful. That way bad players are "forced" to go to cruisers which have already good accuracy. That would of course meant those come on forum and the amount of whining about being deleted will rise even more. So no change. Also, why BB can't get a radar, sonar and AA boost if DD and cruisers can get repair?

    Not playing DD much, but in cruisers, no. Actually, if we count the vestigal rock/paper/scissors, it's much easier than it appears and MUCH MUCH easier than doomsayers on forum make it. No. At most 20 seconds longer than in other class. Negligible. Not really different than the games with less BB. It's more like the stealth is causing the pasiveness - nobody want to go into the unknown just to be focused by 5 enemy ships. Smoke appears, everything stalls. Games with 4-5 DD? Much slower than those with less of them (unless they die en mass at the beginning, then everything suddenly speeds). I still remember 20km shima divisions. Now THOSE were passive battles. Most of them ended with one team being herded into the 1/8 of the map. Overall: Dropping the number of max BB to 4 would be kinda good, if only to somewhat silence the eternal butthurt of the lot of players, but other than this, no issues.

  15. Jednak nie aż tak jak powiedzmy że push, gdzie ktoś puści dym i nagle 4-6 okrętów w niego wpływa i parkuje. Przeciwnicy robią to samo albo spieprzają i pół teamu przez 1-2 minuty stoi i gapi się na swoje kuśki, a potem się rozpływają w nieznane (zakładając że jakiś DD im nie puści torped w ten dym w tym czasie).
  16. Na Izumo praktycznie w każdej bitwie spadały dwie przednie wieże. Jak pożyłem jeszcze z minutę-dwie to trzecia też leciała przy próbie jej użycia (najczęściej spadał cały okręt, bo próba użycia trzeciej wieży na Izumo nieodmiennie kończyła się wyłapaniem cytadel). Na czymkolwiek innym to w ogóle nigdy, no może na starym Ogniewoju zanim bufnęli wieże.

    We would probably have to do a shitstorm on a (at least almost) Cristmas convoy scale. Right now, the RU server gets tier 5 premium and we got tier 2 premium. Dunkerque event is obviously same on all servers, which should be with all events. Ah, heck, let's try. @Kandly? What is happening here?

    Teach players history? From such blatantly obvious arcade game? Like really, i didn't know this game is now study help. Maybe WG should get some refunds from EU educational programs then (/s)? Also, difference in playing various ships in one line isn't "hardly any", unless you deliberately want to play them the same, however differing results you may get, but it's also what i'm explicitly against, wishing for WG to fill gap in lines with interesting projects (and now WG explicitly refused that, as Tuccy say, though it doesn't sound convincing at all, that they like dull ships), not cloning the same ship over few tiers, that is lazy and boring. Keywords: "interesting" and "gaps", because just FYI there is a really huge difference between making dull lines full of same ships over and over and removing historical ones from the trees entirely. I'm against both, especially if it have such a obvious cashgrab as a reason.

    Like 10-20k dmg (including fires which will be cut down tomorrow) providing not camping is OP? Bismarck is very good, but that's only part of the reason, like small help in which you trade a lot of safety for a bit of damage.

    PREDICTION FOR THE FUTURE: The future, in which ships like KGV ends as premiums and in tree we have Monarchs: Ladies and Gentlemen, hereby i present to you the long anticipated French tier 8 battleship: *drums* THE GASCOGNE. We cater to the people which we don't care at all but now we can yet again use them as an excuse. Those guys probably perhaps maybe can't have fun with all guns up front, so we think we can get more shekels make their miserable lives easier by having fairly normal BB. We also think 2x4 is weird, so we change it to 4x2, or better yet 3x3 so it can look like every BB we ever mutilated to fit our crazy visions! But do not worry, you can of course get the historical Richelieu in our PREMIUM SHOP! Now, we need something for Italian tech tree, we can't have those entitled bastards our dear spoiled players play such a potentially expensive crap ship like Vittorio Veneto...

    That could be right for contests, although i still see no reason to be punished for being the biggest server. Especially that WG itself kinda admitted that too, when they set up twice the number of Kamikazes for the first raffle version of Project R for EU than on the NA, because EU had roughly twice the pop than NA. That's however very wrong for events. There is no scarcity here, so the missions should have equal rewards, because they are per account anyways. So while every player have the same requirements there is absolutely no reason for punish one server. Again, there is no scarcity.
