This! When I asked about the coupon for my birthday on October 1st and got this answer I spilled my coffee. Wargaming has begun the war on your wallet long ago. And they are expanding using every tactic there is.

I had the Kaga in the first one. Did not read about the compensation beforehand. Needless to say my jaw dropped when I saw 1776 as compensation. Thought it was some hidden independence day event or something. Remember the days when you got excited about a ship you already had knowing you could reinvest in a new one with the dubloons gained? Well, not anymore. Even from most crates you get a measly 25K free XP compensation nowadays. I own every premium aside from Dalian, Tulsa, San Diego, Aquila and Rochester (minus those from the steel, some coal and research as well as beta). And I never felt so being fucked as a customer lately as with Wargaming. I mean look at the cost of the Alvaro de Bazan! You'd expect something in the range of 80€-89€ at max.. But no, let's bend over our customers by increasing the price close to double that of a Tier 9. Less civilized people would say "This company can go [edited]itself!" , but I refrain from going this low. I am still disappointed though. Guess it's the "sunk cost fallacy" that still keeps me going.

It will be implemented as a new premium consumable reducing the agony of facing submarines and carriers in game by increasing the detection range of torpedoes and the range of AA by 0.5 km! But yeah, Labskaus is completely underrated. Can even be a pretty quickly prepared meal by using canned corned beef.

What he says. They stripped it of it's unique selling point with a completely lame excuse.. For a fixed amount of dubloons it would at least be tolerable as a collectors item being a historical ship. Instead they feed on exactly that by putting it behind gambling mechanics to maximize profits. "Disgusting behaviour" would be a rather mild description for this scheme. But then again it is your money that you can spend any way you like.

I was wondering about it myself since I think last time they were released simultaneously. But then everything in this game is primarily based on impatience (then envy and greed) thus they probably delay the containers because way too many will already have the Mainz and Z-39 not to mention the Hipper. So anyone buying even a few containers might immediately get the Pommern and that is way too high of a chance to avoid paying 65€ and maximizing profits. or The contents of the Kriegsmarine are quite different in terms of content and value than most other released. Maybe the pricing is still an issue. Just my two conspiracy theories.

What's next? "My Little Pony" ? How about a "Default National Camo only"-Button and a Black and White mode with film grain?

Hi! Collector here. When will the Benham and Hill be made available and where? Shop, Armoury? Any rough estimation?

Thanks for the info but I believe the Hill was not up again in the premium shop again after it's introduction nor in the armoury. Not between 8.5 and 8.8. Benham behind containers was a bit too time consuming at the time it was up for grabs for me so I had to left it out for the time being. Guess we have to wait some more then.

They don't have to be replaced by anything not in the game already. You can choose the type of camo anyway. So, if I have a 3D camo won from an in-game event or whatever you can't tell me there can't be a way to replace it visually with the default grey when switching the "Decorative" button instead of demounting it. Or at least let us trade them in for the default version. Mind you, the camos are well in their own right they're just not my cup of tea. I prefer a more historic approach thus I am using this mod shown here anyway.

Which also dismounts them and lets you not use it. Especially with the new french DD camos it's a real bummer. I'd trade them in for the normal ones in an instant. Why you can't make them invisible (i.e. replace them with the standard one) but still use them is beyond me...

Lo and behold! The packages are here! And they got a nice carrier bundle and since it's payday anyway...!!! Finally some more flags! See you in game!

Regarding the Azuma: Yesterday I had a few matches where Azumas made first and second ranks among the usual Tier X suspects. That ship is performing pretty well when played right. I am on the brink of getting her since I am a collector anyway. Mayhaps I should practice on the Ibuki first. :D

I hear you! Thank god I found a mod in Aslains collection that turns every event camo into a nice base colour of white, grey, etc. You keep your own dubloon camos though . No more visible fir trees and whatnot. This alone is a total relief on the eyes. :D

Believe it or not. WG's Lootboxes for me always had the best value for money. Not the collection ones but the christmas boxes especially. In this particular case I think they are less tempting in terms of chance pulling a ship so I'd rather buy a full package of all four carriers (Only have the Saipan so far.) On the other hand I would not mind some more special flags since they are never on sale. But I think one might ending up with too many of the mediocre Space Camo. I am biased too by having the current week off and as we all know the whole WG sales mechanic is based on impatience and jealousy. :P

Then they should not have stated them in the announcement which clearly said on monday last week. And if the marketing department decided to revoke them for the time being then they should have stated a reason for doing so. It's all about communication. I don't like being teased officially and then being fooled by a lame explanation (Soon™).

Still no premium containers nor Carriers up although there is a directive using them. Must be quite hard to leave a clear snippet of information. "It has been pushed back to 8.3. Sorry folks!" "It has been pushed back because the FDA is investigating lootbox practices!" "Carriers won't be in the shop before 2020 to reduce their influence in matches!" Anything is better than "Soon™"

While I would really like a button that resets every fancy camo to default historical based ones they introduce even more disco stuff. Seriously WG!?! But say, don't the people in the pic not look like a shaved Mikkelsen, a teen DiCaprio and a brunette Gal Gadot? :D

Hallo! Wie schon im Post vom Mai hätte ich gerne mal gewusst ob Katori oder Ochotnik zwischenzeitlich mal kaufbar waren und falls nicht, wann sie denn endlich mal angeboten werden, damit ich meine Sammlung langsam komplettieren kann. Gruß Herbert
