I know today's daily mission was not available but does this mean the progress we've made towards the related tasks is going to be retained (so the maximum tasks completed would be 18 (6 days x 3 tasks/day) or reset to 0?

I think that is/was available but it may be part of a mod that I'm using.

To be honest I'm waiting for the changes to hit the live server before looking at them and trying to work out what they do. Given WG's past record I'd expect a last minute 'balance' change or after a week or two of absolute chaos.

That would take planning and thought. The Missouri mission is back at least now.

I think all of the tech tree ships I have retained all have perma-camo - bought a long time ago. The tech tree ships that I was given in tasks - some have them (Helena comes to mind) and other don't. Given WG's ability to change the bonuses for what people have spent dubloons on to acquire it's a wonder players spend dubloons anymore.

"technical reasons" - means one of 1) we don't care! 2) we don't know how to fix this! 3) the one person that can fix this is on holiday 4) the one person that can fix this has been promoted to community liaison 5) we know how to fix this but it's only for a day - get over it 6) pardon? For 'technical reasons" - see above. WG does not care about the community as has been demonstrated on numerous occasions. If they 'turned over a new leaf' each time they said they would improve we could have a decent fire. Edited: When I saw there were a number of missions expiring in a day (yesterday) I was wondering if WG had "everything in hand".

Another great WoWS implementation - no daily mission, no Missouri bonus mission(s) either. I wonder what else has happened? I can get into the armoury and that seems to be running OK but I'm not buying anything.

I bought it for coal and I still have 750K coal left.... I'm only going to use it in co-op though.

The first thing to do is to remove mods to see if the problem is in the game or the mods.

The way the news has been messed up in-game for at least the last few days (along with the Armoury and Naval Battles for a while last week) I've missed this chance to get the captain. I've not been motivated to play WoWs over the last days either. I may even come to my senses and stop playing altogether!

Without knowing which ship class the OP was playing anything is just a guess. I've lost karma for not laying down smoke for a BB in Pan-Euro/French DDs before (the ones without smoke).. Some players don't like CV players at all, some don't like CV players who throughout the game circle them so you can put fighters down for them. Some players don't like submarine players.

I've seen torps in-game that seem to have infinite range. I've never been hit by one to find out if they are phantoms or not.

Getting only 110K damage is quite low to be honest.

I spoke too soon - in-game the News and Armoury are all messed up today and don't display.. I guess I miss out on today's free gift form the armoury.

Yes, that has happened to me in the past but not at the moment. You're not missing much apart from the chance to spend money.

I've not seen any delays. As an experiment try dropping the graphics down to see if that has any affect.

The player base tests when the changes are rolled out to the live server and the players have been the QC for a very long time.

I was going to suggest a Jingles influence but have been beaten to it by others.

I disagree - the players are WG's quality control.
