I had one today and got 100 India Yankee flags - still it's better than a 'poke in the eye'....

Except that will just attract the trolls who will sail in the way to get hit by a team mate. I know that happens in WoT and I presume it happens in most on-line games.

I find games with CVs to generally not very much fun. It encourages 'blob' playing which I guess some people see as teamwork.....

I've got Aslain's Mod pack installed for WoWS. In battle I get weird text appearing in the chat box for my Shimaaze an Des M. The text does not appear in any other game mode. It looks like ###h.9961.184.1.184100. I've attached a small image and a battle replay with an example of what I see. I can confirm that with the 'Team Aware' mod de-selected and finally playing in some CB that the text no longer appears. Thanks again for the suggestion.

It took me ages to find it as well. it used to be nice and easy to spot where it was before.

The UI has been slow in the past and it's just gotten worse.

Can you actually sell LMs? I thought I'd read a while ago that you could not do that - but I may be wrong. I'm sure someone will correct me though. :)

I've been playing this a lot today with randoms and the results were varied. We did manage to have on 5-star game but we managed to lost (badly) a few battles. In one I was in a cruiser and after we took out the forts I headed north to take out the forts and the exit was to the south. A New Mexico and a division mate in a cruiser decided to make their way north also on the inside of the bay (they were a long way behind me). When I went north (on the inside of the bay) after the south exit was revealed I did say I did not need any support. While we did make most of the objectives these two muppets were still in the north when the battle time ended so we ended up losing that one.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had a look at the mods that were installed and the 'Team Aware' mod was selected. I don't know why I had selected that but I've reinstalled with that removed. I'll get back if that was the cause.

For CW the Des Moins legendary module is handy to poke out and back from behind an island with more control (when I do that without it I find if I poke out I keep going). I've also been told the Gearing legendary module. The Shimakaze one is not worth mounting. Yes, I know these aren't in the list of ships in the OP's post......

I've read in a few places that this is not going to change as the developers think it's too much for the CV player to control. I think a lot of the CV rework was done to 'dumb it down' to make it easier to play CVs.

Yes, it depends on how low or high that probability is and RNG, of course. Maybe, the probability is 0.00000000001% (or less).

I'd suggest not spending money on the chance of a mission for a ship in a container. I imagine that the odds of getting the ship you want (let alone any ship) is low.

It's probably a single pint in some of the clubs in Soho (not that I've ever been in one).

With their track record it's hard to believe anything WG say (I remember the never ever to be available again pre-order packages for WoT - a year or so down the line they went into the shop only to be pulled due to the sh*tstorm over that - they are back in the shop now (or were a while ago)).

I can see into the future - I see some overpriced containers with the 'chance' of the ship being in one of them (and only one)......

I think all nations that have a tech tree should have the ability to unlock a second flag through some in-game method.

The fact that the Germans did not leave their port in any numbers for the rest of the war means that while they may have 'won' the tactical battle (I think usually the side that remains on the battlefield are acknowledged to be the victors so it wasn't really a German victory) they lost the strategic one.

I only played the ARP ships recently for one of the campaigns/missions - I think it was one for Japanese ships. I don't recall if the ARP ships had snowflakes on them or not. If they did then that was the other time that the ships have been played since they were unlocked. Being able to mount camos on them would be nice. I've set up the options to now show the ARP camos in-game as I think they are an eye-sore (beauty is in the eye of the beholder). The same goes with the Black versions of the ships - being able to mount something other than just one camo would be nice (but not the end of the world).

By default (now) the game retains the last 30 repays - so if you've played more than 30 battles since this happened it won't be there anymore. I know that in part of Aslain's modpack there is a mod that allows you to retain more replays - it's just down to you to remove them on a regular basis (they can be about 3Mb each).

In WOT each clan could submit it's own design and this would appear on the hull and is visible to all players (so the symbol is held on the server somewhere). I presume this may be what the OP is referring to.
