    It could in a 'fail platoon'. Once I saw a T29 (T7) platooned with 2 T1s and al the T1s did was shoot the T29 all game. I don't think there was a 'bounce 'n' damage" mission either - just some muppets out to have 'fun'.

    That reminds me of how WoT was when first released. There wasn't a +/- 2 MM then either then so you could get some really bad games. There were some maps that as the lowest tier vehicle you would drive into a choke point (there was a map with a lake with a road up the middle, a valley on one flank and a town on the other) and you could drive into the middle road park sideways and just watch. As the physics model had not changed a wreck was an immobile object no matter it's size.

    I presume to continue to render the partially submerged wrecks may have an impact on the GPU. I've never played submarines (and currently have no intention of ever playing them) - does the wreck remain on the sea bottom or does it disappear after a period of time?
  5. I had an SC over the weekend with 15K coal in it. I now have 680.2K of coal. I've only been playing co-op since a week after the CV rework so I've not mounted any flags since then. I do recall the times that a SC would reveal a ship but I think I have most of the premiums already now. It's the old 'diminishing returns' addage.

    While some mods are missing after an update when the owner updates the mod it's added back in automatically when you launch modstation. So, you don't lose your selections if they don't work for a while. I swapped to use Modstation a year or so ago after using Aslains for a number of years. I was getting them once or twice a month (May was bad with six); Since the last patch I've been getting some drastic frame rate drops - I've lowered all the settings in trying to fix this.

    I had two double containers of coal last week and one triple - I'd taken the first part of the week off as well.

    I was able to hit some submarines with air strikes yesterday. I've not noticed any changes but I did just take a break for a week from WoWS.
  12. The camo that the OP posted are a set called 'Traditions of the North' which were available when the Pan-Euro DDs were released with some missions. I have them mounted on the Visby (TV) Ostergotland (TIX), Halland (TX) and Smalland (TX). I'm not sure If I have the camo for the TVI to TVIII as I don't have them in my dockyard. The standard camo looks similar just without the gold logos.
  13. I strongly disagree with this. It started to go downhill around the CV rework and has just continued it's spiral. I think the captain rework (I had 19 point captains on my TXs) was hard to take and there have been a few bumps along the way (the first week of submarines in Co-op with some ships with no ASW like the Tirpitz was a challenge - although I did manage to ram two in one battle).

    Random Operations... really?

    I would think having an 'Operation of the day' would be better - players would know which operation to set up for and there would be a rotation. All we need now is more operations (or bring back the ones that were removed)!

    I had my first triple coal from the 'more coal' option today. A week prior to the patch last week I had several double and one triple coal. It's just RNG when they turn up - but they do turn up. Now I only have 603.5K coal....

    Uncalled for Warning.

    I've had these warnings when I've been in a bottom tier CV - the planes get schredded fairly easily (I think it was the first time I played the Hornet). Mind you I get the warning and then a message that due to something else the warning is immediately lifted.

    Arms Race

    One of the many reasons I gave up in randoms (the main one being the CV rework) was the lack of support from CAs and BBs to the DD I was playing. They would hide behind islands with no way to support me but expect me to spot what they could not shoot. This also happened in ranked battles.

    My bid of 300M was accepted (I got back about 77M from the bid) - it was funded by the sale of the unwanted and useless now camos (I think that was in the region of 780M).

    Can the OP post a replay? That would help understand what happened. I've seen submarine homing torpedoes curve around an island when my ship had been light up before.

    Naval battle flaws

    I've been in co-op battles that are over in less than five minutes. A lot does depend on where you spawn with the reduced number of ships per battle. I've spawned on the flank with one other ship and been a long way from everyone lese - if the BOTs on that flank decide to sail towards the centre of the map it can be a very lonely battle.

    I've just been playing co-op since a week or two after the CV rework. Sometimes Naval Battles are not based on damage but by XP (not sure if it's base XP or XP - it could be different for each event). I know that I can fairly easily do 200 and even 250 but I think I've seen 300 or even 350 which is pretty hard to do in co-op. I do try but after a couple of battles I usually give up.
