As others have posted a replay would help here ti understand how a DD managed to spot a CV for that long without getting detected at some point.

But even bad players will make it to TX eventually - it just takes them longer to get there. In previous seasons where I did not have a ship with high enough tier to participate in ranked I did not feel excluded - just had to keep grinding to get those ships. My first TX was a Shimakaze which is not the ship to have even in CB. The second ship was a Des Moines which is a lot more useful to the team. I've also recently unlocked the Zao and Grozovoi which I'm using along with the DM for this ranked season. I agree that rental ships should not be allowed in ranked - the players will probably have little or no experience of using them (or any equivalent tiered ship).

In the past I've posted a replay asking other players if they thought a 'friendly' was deliberately trying to torp, shoot and ram me. I was warned against 'naming and shaming' - which I accept and understand. If you post a replay that is trying to get an explanation about game mechanics and not 'is this player cheating' I think you are allowed to do that.

I'll probably go for the new captain. I already have the Znamonsky brothers and Vasilly is the captain of the Valdiivostok at the moment while Victor in in reserve.

I agree -players should have at least gained experience elsewhere before going into ranked. I now "it's a game" but some players in randoms are a burden to the team - at least there is a chance due to the size of the team that they will be carried but in ranked with the smaller teams they have more of an impact. I know rented ships could be used but our clan discouraged players from using them in CB. I only have a Shimakaze, Zao and Des Moines unlocked at TX but to be honest I would not have used a rental ship in ranked just to be able to participate.

I have the 4 BBs from missions in the boxes. I quite like the dispersion at 15km even above that the guns seem to be accurate.

I've never hesitated to shoot at clan mates so long as they are on the enemy team. I would imagine that there are some players out there that would not do so though. If you think that this is happening then submit a ticket with a replay and the times at which you see this happening and something may be done.

I have prostate cancer and I didn't like the references to 'get cancer' before that. Still, there are all sort of idiots on-line that have no concept of such things so they will continue to be idiots. I've seen less racist comments recently though (never understood how players can see your race through a nick-name). When I see such comments I try and point out "there is no need for that here". Stupid people are going to be stupid though.

There are times that the team lemmings to the far edge of the map and hugs it like it's going to save them. There really is no reason to try and hold a flank against half the enemy team and getting cross-fired to boot.

Unless it's a sunk 'team mate' that is watching what other players left tin the game are doing.

But she does suffer against CVs.

Hopefully not getting tired before the weekend where they have to take a break on Saturday.....

I think part of the problem is what they are balancing it in is also a WIP.

There are always 'special players' out there. On the operation that separates the BBs from the DD and CAs (the one where enemy CAs spawn in the NE and have to be taken out so the planes can land at the base) I've seen BBs sail straight into the harbour to 'defend' - not contributing anything to the team effort until the very end when all the other ships are destroyed.

I think some players like the Gearing with the LM for clan battles.

The LM for the Zao and DM are used a lot.

Ah, I didn't bother to look at that bit - the interface seems to be really laggy at the moment as the hamsters get up to speed.

I got a pop-up saying the clan has CB today... Not sure if I would trust the servers though.

It seems as if the hamsters are having a prolonged Vodka break (or binge)......

I was in a game a few hours ago queuing for a co-op game and was thrown out as the 'server was busy'. Just started to play again and at the end of the first battle the screen froze for a few minutes then I get a message about 'your server is down for maintenance' and something about being redirected. I'm still waiting after a few minutes. Hamsters must all be taking a break. Edited: I'm fairly sure we had CB tonight as well (or were supposed to have it).......

Yes, I was playing some T8s recently in randoms and getting 2 CVs a side and being bottom tier got boring after the first few games. Mind you some of the personal missions in co-op cab be a waste - in a DD spot 2 ships with a CV on the team - good luck with that one.
