WGs translations and/or proof reading leaves a lot to be desired at times.

As I originally posted - it was something that I'd heard before but wasn't sure what was going to be implemented. The way that WG communicate things leaves a lot to be desired and the 'updates' sometimes leave many things unanswered. Past experience of WG's inability to communicate (it may just be a translation error) means that I don't trust them. When they're implemented we find out how they really work.

I played co-op for a while - I started because some of the missions required wins in battle and they can sometimes prove to be hard to get in randoms. I did find that playing DDs even after going 'dark' and moved away from the direction of the co-op fleet that they would also change direction and chase me down. It's almost like they had RPF/RL even though there was no indication of that in-game (in randoms you get an indicator).

I'm surprised that the number of scenarios has not been increased to give more variety. I know they even removed a number of them because the AI could not handle the CV rework. I would have hoped there would be a new scenario each patch or several patches. There will always be events like the Halloween one that will only appear once a year but at least the time spent on it will be used over time - not a once off.

You clearly expect a DD to just sail in a straight line. You must be new to the game or a BB player. Your torps your fault. The only **** here is you.

If you get regular disconnects it could be your internet that is at fault. If you use wi-fi I'd try and use a cable to connect to the router rather than use wi-fi. It may only be marginally better but it could make a difference. If you get a DC then unless your internet is down then you should be able to get into the battle after a minute of two at the most. If you have problems loading into certain maps I'd look to either remove any mods you've installed or to reduce your graphic settings. As for the friendly DD deciding to 'take the hit' that is rubbish. It's more to do with how you've fired your torps from the 2nd line (or even further back). Don't expect a DD to sail in a straight line - they like to move around to either dodge shells or torps that were fired at them by the enemy. There is a saying "your torps your problem". Post a replay of the game so we can see if that DD really did decide to 'take the hit' or it was a bad play on your part.

I'm fairly sure that in one of the blurbs on NTC it was stated that you can only regrind ships that you did not FXP before - I'm not sure if they mean if you've used any free XP or if you've skipped the ship without playing it.

I think it's part of the game and should stay in. It's punishment for not looking what you're doing. If it's implemented in such a way as the shells hit the target and explode but do no damage then it opens the way for a 'team mate' to spam shots or torps at friendlies all game 'just for the lols'.

I'm not sure that players liking subs in their own game mode (as it was a nice change of gameplay) translates into players wanting to have subs in the main game. I wonder if the same people involved in this decision were also heavily involved in the NTC and tried to convince the CCs that it was a great idea......

I've seen it before when a ship that has been hit near an island it levitates into the air and comes down. It's fairly rare though - probably something to do with how the island was implemented.

Even if your game crashes there should be enough time to restart the game and rejoin the battle. I've even had time to do a reboot and get back in on my laptop - even removing mods that may have causes the crash at the same time. Usually, if there is a general problem with the WoWS servers the forum gets a number of thread on it.

According to some data on a spreadsheet somewhere this is balanced it just doesn't look like it to the playerbase.

If you don't want to do that then don't spend any money.........

I would think that the only excuse for not getting them would be not playing sufficient battles on the days that they do play. I always try to get at least the first set of 'daily missions' ans by doing that unlock one or two containers for maybe more signals/camos. Doing that doesn't take that many battles - even in co-op (the advantage of co-op is an almost guaranteed win and they take less time for admittedly less rewards).

Of the three and if I didn't have it already I'd be tempted by the Scharnhorst offer. Of course it depends if you've got any interest in the German BB line - I've stopped at the Bismark.

I'm fairly sure the only way to get the TIX is to get the others (TV=TVIII) and get enough tokens (250 each of the missions once you have the ships) and then spend dubloons to buy the chests until the Mogador drops. You can get tokens from the higher tier ships 'snowflakes' but they aren't enough to get the number of tokens. Well, that's what I did - bought some premium crates to get the DDs.

It's not heat stress it's dehydration as the result of a hangover from a Vodka binge drink.

Just went in and the clan chat is not available on the EU server.

I think sometimes the game just messes up. I've had very old and completed missions and campaigns re-appear only to vanish after a game restart. Maybe the game gets an alcoholic 'flashback' at times........

Except that they don't suddenly all teleport to C so if you keep your eye on the mini-map you would not find yourself alone...
