Thanks - I think what I picked up was that El2aZeR seems to be on low throttle a lot of the time (the green indicator to the left?). I know to slow ships down for a tighter turn but for some reason I just leave planes on full throttle...... I have the USA, IJN and British T6 CVs and also have some of the premiums. I didn't attempt to play any of them until a few months after the CV rework.

They just gained another sub - I think I learnt a few things from that. Maybe, if I apply them I won't suck so much in CVs. I'm only willing to play co-op at the moment so won't spoil some games.

Nah, the final blunder is when the PR vanishes from the dock of everyone who has acquired it.......

Ididnuffin....... I'm with Yoshanai on this one - although we'll never find out what they really posted due to the legalities. There are occasions when 'naming and shaming' would be justified.

I had a shock this morning when I logged in and there was a lack of missions including the LM ones. I saw that and just closed the game down. I did look back a while later and the missions were all back. Mind you due to the unstable nature I decided to not bother just in case any progress was lost. Does anyone know what caused the problem - did someone make another untested change? I work in IT and there is never anything such as 'a single line of code changed' - it all needs to be tested (I've seen people implement one line code changes and at times they really don't work).

I currently have more than 1 year to run on my premium time so there id no need for anymore of it.

In fact it seems if they are breaking them (not every game) but not bothering to fix them. How are they going to break the next operation?

As others have posted already - congratulations to the winners and well done to those who donated.

We don't know if there was some internal communication that told people to not respond to anything about the PR or even mention it. If WG were acting as a professional organization that is what should have happened - let the PR department handle the PR mess. Most organizations have terms in the contract about the employee's conduct. Hopefully, the person or committee that created the PR directives have been forced to play WoWP full-time........

I was in a CA on the weekend and ended up behind the island at E9 (I'd taken out the DD, Phoenix and CV on that flank) - one of the transports had turned around and sailed past me and continued north towards where the enemy CV is trying to head to. it did turn back and sailed down the 10 line towards the base - I don't recall if we needed the troops from the transport to be unloaded or not for the 5 stars.

I don't think it would be practical for all special ships to be made there as that does away with steel and coal which many players would be accumulating. Maybe have both (dockyard and resources)? But we are referring to a company that thought the original Research Bureau and the PR build were 'a good idea''.

I agree - it may be a while before more ships for steel will be available but why buy a ship you don't think you will enjoy? It would be nice if they were available to all on the PT but WoWS does not do that - I know in WoT for the PT you were given a lot of resources (gold etc) to be able to unlock some T10s (fro scratch) or even some special vehicles (so long as they were available in-game).

In the thread I posted (in #4 of this thread) they asked for replays so the QA team could identify what was going on. He also said that it was holidays so it may take a while to do. I agree that as soon as a problem was notified to WG they should have pulled the operation (see post #2 in this thread).

There is a thread on a bug in the Narai Operation. I don't think being in a division would avoid the bug.

I played a number of battles over several days on KIller Whale and did OK on it. I was going to play Narai but a day or two ago there were reports that the operation was bugged so I've avoided it. I don't think there is any way for WG to distinguish between a team that did not protect the troop ships to one where the troop ship did not follow the script. I'd also like to think that once a player was aware of the problems with the operation they would not waste any more flags on it. I think WG should immediately remove it until it's fixed.

Never sell a 'premium' - you may get it in the next special container........

In the past I've had replies to a ticket that was clearly directed at another post. I've had one or two technical issues that have been resolved maybe taking one or two goes. With technical issues (I've been tech support for other games) a lot depends on the poster not supplying technical details of the system they are running or how they've installed (both can have a big impact). I've also been in the position where they've closed a ticket as 'solved' when it clearly has not been resolved. I've simply opened it again explaining why the issue was not solved. What I find annoying is the copy/paste responses to some tickets. I can understand having a 'canned reply' but I'd expect that to be edited to remove the redundant information, I also wonder at times if the ticket it answered by someone with limited understanding of English.

But did the 4th directive have to be completed by a certain time? I seem to recall timing was important.

The three boosters were 24K in total but I don't think they were enough alone to finish the grind. I'm not 100% sure that even with the three boosters and the almost impossible directives would be enough to get the ship. Some portion of the final 35K would need to be spent.

I think the gold price may fall depending how close you get to completing the progress. I'm not sure what it will reduce to though. The crazy grind put me off worrying about it to be honest.

It's been there all the time. When the CCs posted videos on the PR it was shown then.
