Surely, if this system was as flawed as some think it to be then more players would be getting chat bans? There is a history of players on this forum claiming that they've been unfairly banned. When a WG staff has looked into it they've been able to find out exactly what the banned player sent to get the ban. At which point the protestations stop.

The only thing missing from here is the protestation of innocence. Although it is implied as if you really had insulted someone you would have accepted the ban?

I seem to recall the name SexyBikiniGirl and found that I'd recently encountered this player in a co-op game and have added them to my blacklist. This is usually done when a player has responded not in a nice way to a suggestion that they should play their ship class better. I can only assume then that someone else may have encountered the same response from this player and the reports have finally 'topped up' to trigger a ban.

I think the Colorado is painfully slow though.

It's called co-op - although there are some teams where a win is very hard to achieve. I started to use co-op for periods when the snowflake event is active - quick and relatively painless.

I can get in now as well - so the hamsters have been put back on the treadmill.

WG must have hit the profit targets for the month already. Looking at player's profile in-game yesterday was taking so long (and today) I gave up doing it.

I think it''s not worth spending the steel unless you want to never use steel to buy a ship. Coal is fairly easy to pick up in-game (by comparison).

I'm surprised that there are 2 operations still working in WoWS...

I was wondering if the Pommern is being introduced next patch then there may be a coal ship removed from the armoury.

After that - will it be Magic Roundabout time?

i bought it mainly, like the Krasny Krym, to NOT get it in an Xmas crate rather than a ship that I wanted (worked last year to get the Fujin).

I recall the uproar this caused when they first put the pre-order vehicles on sale (which was pulled in 24 hours). As you mentioned they eventually put them up for sale again. Basically, don't trust WG and expect them to do dishonest things (it is dishonest to have a pre-order for vehicles that will 'never ever' be available again and then 12 months (?) later to put them on sale).

I can understand the logic behind the saving a start for the 'best player' on the losing team. What may need changing is how that is determined - I presume it can mean that the BB player who has let the team spot for them without acting as a 'meat shield' is the best player by the score they accumulate rather than the player who contributed to the team effort most (a DD that kept the enemy spotted for most of the game, maybe or the BB that took a high number of potential damage (shots at them and not other players in the team) and also had a high damage total.).

If the account is inactive the player may have spent money on the account either for a ship, expanded slots or premium time. I presume it would not be legal to remove such accounts even if they've been dormant for 10 years or more.

I've also experienced a slow down on the forum. I thought it may have been my internet but everything else seems to run OK (apart from WoWS where the HUI seems to have developed it's own lag).

I tend to complete such missions without specifically trying to get them.
