You can use captains on premium ships without retraining them for the ship each time. So, if you had Bert Dunkirk on the Fiji you could use them on any premium regardless of class (a CA captain may not be useful on a BB but it can be done). That is one of the benefits.

If the internet connection to the sever is experiencing problems then there is a good chance that you won't get back in. I guess a lot depends on why you were thrown out of the game though. Usually, you can get back in time - I can and I don't even have the game installed on an SSD - just Windows is there (I know I need a bigger SSD). A lot depends on the load on the broadband at the time as you share the line with other people (even not in the same household). If you share a house someone could be downloading/uploading/streaming that would give problems.

Only customer support can help you with this. Have you provided them with a screen shot of the 'proof of payment' and transaction ID?

Thanks for posting - it did take a few attempts (the first time I clicked on even though I was logged in I was told to log on!). It did eventually work. WG coding at it's best! Spreadsheet shows everything is 'fine and dandy'.

I have two LMs - the first was for the Shimakaze and the second on the Des Moins. Only the DM one was ever mounted and it's still there. I've not bothered to grind the ones for Yamato, Zao, Gearing, Grovovoi and Moskva as I just could not be bothered (yes, I know I will, probably regret that, but it may have finished any enjoyment I get from the game).

When I try and get to the Advent Calendar on the web page I get a '403 Forbidden' screen. Is anyone else getting the same? I've not had any problem the previous days.

They are the two ships left in the Armoury for coal that I'm not interested in getting - even though I have just over 400K coal at the moment (I got the Neustrashimy and Flint in the Xmas Mega containers because I have most, if not all, premiums). I have the Des Moines, Yoshino and Zao so the two ships are redundant to me. I did buy the Z-44 for Coal though.

That's not quite true - ever seen a top tier German BB sail around the outside of an island chain and not engage the enemy or snipe from the back of the map? I despair when I see such play - I can understand if they are bottom tier but that's not always the case. Or the DD that immediately sails away from the spawn and hide behind and island in the middle of the map leaving the ships on the flank outnumbered and without a DD to help? Such players deserve complaints.

Because, I can still find enjoyment playing? I must admit I've not played a random battle for many months. I also take breaks from the game - both mini (a day or so) and longer. It's up to the individual to find what they like in different games. I think that would be easier if WG re-introduced the operations they removed - Cherry Blossum comes to mind. I must admit that I think the introduction of submarines into the game would be for me 'the final nail in the coffin though'. I am willing to see if it is though.

Given how WG have treated operations (removing them rather than adding new ones) I doubt that this will happen.

Yes, at one stage I sold the Krasny Krem. I bought some Xmas crates that year and the reward ship was the Krasny. Needless to say I still have it and it's only played for 'snowflake' style events.

I would think it's up to a lawyer to let you know if you've got a case and even then they may be agreeing with you for monetary gain - a court would decide if you had a valid case.

I did get the Neustrashimy - I think I've got most if not all of the premiums that are available.

I bought 10 mega crates and got the Neustrashimy in them - plus the usual gold, credits, flags and camos.

I bought 20 mega containers and the Neustrashimy was in there - plus some gold and the usual mixture of camo and flags.

As posted it's working now. Prior to that there was a message showing that the mods were not going to be available until today.
