I think a lot depends on how you 'grade' the worst ship in the game. I had some fairly bad games in the Colorado in randoms. Spawned on my own on the left flank as a bottom tier BB - the MM was T9 mostly. I tried to sail towards the centre of the map (going across the map and tried to angle) but the spawn was not good as I was chased by some top tier cruisers (French ones) and some BBs - I did not even make to to the centre of the map before being sunk. Still, at least it was before the CV rework and there were no CVs in the game - if there had been I would have been out of the battle a lot sooner. It wasn't a "fun and engaging experience".

That sounds like a problem at the human end to be honest. However, there are times with WoWS that the aim is simply off - there was a topic on shells that land short and there is also a thread where the aim is not where you think it is (I know WoT had a similar problem with the game server and client not being in sync.).

Spreadsheet "proves" that CVs add enjoyment to the game. Subs will only magnify the fun you're all having.

I think a lot depends upon when you see them - after the torps hit is the worst I would imagine. At least with DDs there are several counter measures (other DDs and CVs). I'm not sure about subs and if they deploy like the CV rework it may be years of pain - something I don't think I'm willing to put up with.

Just use the F12 key from the in-game chat - it displays a number of special characters so you can imagine that you've just used the best insult ever.

If you push up in co-op then the Pommern - secondaries and torps = loads of laughs especially when the torps hit home. i've only played one battle in the Marco Polo so far though.

They did have more (Cherry Blossom, Dynamo and Hermes (don't recall much about the last one except it was in a 'proper storm' - see post #15 where I've got a link to a video on it) but removed them from circulation and they've not been since. Cherry Blossom - 2 AI carriers turn up and the cruisers can heal if they are in a certain distance from them Dynamo - I don't think it has a CV but there are waves of plane attacks and also S-Boats.

WG removed a number due to the CV rework. WG have stated that Operations are not popular with players. It's almost like they are trying to prove that's right by removing a number (Cherry Blossom, Dynamo and Hermes) and some others remove for a while (Narai) and bring back with nerfed bonuses.

If you're after the DDs - the Neustrashimy has smoke while the Marceau doesn't.

Taking out Cossack in a mostly lower tier BB played game was a bit OP but facing all those S-Boats was crazy.

I liked Cherry Blossom and Dynamo but as I was only able to choose one I went for Cherry Blossom. I've forgotten what Hermes was. Found it - it was Allies vs German;

The poster asked on the public forum what they said - if they wanted it private they could have sent a PM.

I don't think that buying the ship removes the chance of it appearing in the crates - what usually happens is you get compensated (either dubloons or credits) when the ship drops for you. I'd expect credits with the way WG works now-a-days.

If you don't know what not to say I'd suggest having a read of the rules - that may give you a hint. Basically, just don't insult someone. I was banned for suggesting that a player's stats must be 'dogshit' (based on how they played and the fact that they hid their stats). If they let you know who reported you it doesn't mean that you can find where they live it could mean that you stalk them in-game. There is also legal implications for letting people know things like that.

I suggest you ask a member of staff nicely to look into it - I did this for a similar thing by asking a moderator which staff were around them and sent them a PM. They will, usually look into if for you. Don't expect to find out exactly what you were banned for as I presume that could identify who reported you. You will be told if they think the ban was deserved or not.

You can message a moderator to find out which staff are around and then ask the staff via PM to look at it. However, they won't tell you exactly why you were chat banned (as that could help you identify who reported you) just if it was justified or not. I would point out that in the many threads I've seen that asked this each one confirmed that the player was banned for good reason.

Yes, it's not likely that such players will suddenly find their 'man pants' as Jingles calls it.

I agree that the 'Roman' camo isn't very easy on the eye. I don't mind the Italian camo that is available and I'd prefer to use my Italian coupons on them rather than the Roman one.
