It's not planned to sell them in the foreseeable future. For now there is Depot you can't access that will store like modules like hulls and engines, so you can equip them if you buy the ship again.

The hard manual drop near the border is confirmed as intended feature that won't change, so I don't see them making another border to neutralise the first feature they made ... for unknown reasons Anyway it's not so hard if get used to it, the manual DB drops were difficult in the beginning too. Yes I'm cheater, hacker, exploiter ... but the reality is you counter nasty "feature" of border hugging with other nasty "features" . Step 1: Engage the minimap cloaking device and leave the map with the planes, so you approach the target from outside avoiding the close range AA and take him by surprise, so he doesn't start maneuvering to dodge outside drop right away. Step 2: Order manual attack near the enemy CV and change the angles (like by auto attack) to cross him with torpedoes. Step 3: Dodge that . Step 4: Let them choose how to die - flood to the death or repair and die to multiple fires Step 5: enjoy the chat and suggest them not to hug the border next time Bonus step: enjoy forum topic about it like when pape killed gorgutzer this way 2 days ago.

Well it will be hard to find someone, who wouldn't like to see the balanced setups back. At the same time WG said they will stick with the specialized setups ... while rebalancing the high tiers for balanced setups. if the stats and feedback show it was good idea I really hope they will do the same for tiers 5-8 too. As for the border, if everyone has fighters to stop sniping it won't be needed. In the meanwhile I have no problems with flying outside the border and launching the attacks from there

Fighters will get rebalanced in 0.4.1 and i hope they will do the same as in tier X where 1 squadron is killing 1 bomber and going to rearm. Because the current 7-8 tier fighters are ridiculous after all the buffs they made to them earlier. 2 Shokakus (12 bomber squadrons, so 48 planes) rushed Lexington yesterday. The 12 fighters (2 squadrons) intercepted them ~10km away + the Lexingtons incredible AA itself ... none of the 48 bombers survived, nothing more to say about it...

They swtiched side, USN will have better strike setup on tier 9-10, while the IJN will get more fighters which is great (for me). You probably haven't met Lexington yet and I wish you not to see it anytime soon. It's the most frustrating thing when you are strike CV, I had lot more fun being matched vs 6 Atlanta 5 Sims team. Strike USN CVs will feel the same way and will eventually switch to their balanced setups if they want to have some fun.

The reward is more then adequate as WG said. Here is my last game for today, draw so we can easily compare the exp. 1 Lexington can make 2 Shokakus useless. The american fighters so balanced up to tier 8 that I will enjoy roflstomping them with the broken (because of the new perk) Taiho stock fighters -

Manual drop nerf in 0.3.1.3(or4). Cruisers AA barrage buff (from x1.5 boosted damage to x6 boosted damage) in some of the 0.3.1 patches for example -
They said many times that divisions will always be part of the random games, just like WoT and it's logical. You have friends and you play with them, not separated.

And what's wrong exactly? You knew the high tiers battles would be joke in the next 2 weeks at least when you rushed. if you want balanced battles play tier 4-5 where the majority of the server population is. If you rush the tier 10 those games for the next 1-2 weeks come along. And teamplay is always > solo and the advantage is big. So if you want to fight on even ground play in division or go PvE.

Russian dev today just confirmed that it's working as intended for now and will be reworked in the far future. For now not. There are far plans to reword the border, so you can't "ride" it. Can't get more official then that, so it's a feature for now and everyone is free to use it. You can't call such people abusers. End of story. You leave feedback and wait for it to be changed in the far future.

And it was said that the MM will be adjusted. That will not happen now however, but later, because otherwise CVs will wait too long for battles. You need bigger population in all tiers to actually force such rule. Of course it's important to have the same amount and tier CVs on both teams if we want balanced games, but that's not possible right now.

Cheating is only when WG says this is not working as intended and they will fix it. Until then everyone using it is considered bug abuser. Is that the case? Of course not. You have to understand that there is difference between providing feedback on feature you don't like and insulting players by calling them cheaters and bug abusers for something that was always in the game and is working as intended for now at least. Can you show me WG officials who say that's exploit and they will fix it soon? They are the judge who will say what's exploit and what's not as they are the game designers, not you!

That's simply visual, the bonuses are to be bought for now. There might be some reward ships with permanent camo in the future. -
The limit is 19 and it will take you loog time to reach them all. The last 19th point was like 10 000 000 on the PT I think.

If you actually bother to set new attack every time, so they keep flying outside then yes, I used it only 2 times as it's usually not worth the efford. Anyway the first time I read the topic I got the impression you complain that they just exited the map near your CV where they disappear and you complain about that, so sorry. It's not a bug still, but another doubtful feature that is still in the game and probably won't be removed, so no exploits there, just nastry tricks.

The USN CVs can make the big damage, but it's harder to achieve as you have to use fires and most of the players just think that DBs are useless and can't do anything with them. Others said it's "not fun" to farm damage with fires instead of nuking with TBs. Anyway I was always saying that USN strike setups have the damage potencial if you make them work. But still they have less options because of that and have to concentrate on the fat targets. With the IJN CVs I leave the fat targets for dessert as they won't run away and won't win the game fast as DDs, so I hunt them first. The result is between 3 and 3.75 avarage kills per game () which brings more exp and higher solo WR as it's more influential if you take out the biggest threats first.

To start with I don't know how to be serious on rage opened topic. Second I was never surprised, because if the enemy TBs are unaccounted in the first 2-3 minutes they will try to snipe me (if it's IJN CV) and I have to send the DBs at least to check the borders, so I can intercept them early enough and prepare. It's part of the situational awareness skills. There are such features in the game that were always the case and it seems they are working as intended as they are not addressed by now (almost OBT and past final wipe). So they will probably be part of the game and such features like border sliding, hiding planes from the minimap, launching torps from outside and so on will be used as nasty surprises by the veteran CV captains.

On tier 5-8 the IJN CVs are strike focused and run mainly full bombers setups (3 TB + 1/2/3 DBs depending on the tier). They are better for padding stats and sealclub in the randoms as they simply do more damage. USN CVs don't have such good strike setups (1TB + DBs) or fighters, but that's not worth it as it's rare to see enemy CV and not really xp rewarding. The IJN CVs were OP then UP and now stuck with either OP or UP. When they get in a battle where they are the only CV they are clearly OP and roflstomp any target if the CV captain is good, if hedecides he can kill every single target (BB,CA,DD) if that's avarage player (and right now that's bad player). And you think it should be this way where you turn and it's not worth it to attack you . Anyway the lock distance for the attack was nerfed making the lower tier CV useless as the planes are slow and targets too small and agile to actually hit them if they evade. High tiers were not affected at all, because the planes are just fast, so they undone that nerf. By turning you can now catch 25% of the torpedoes on the tier 4-5, the higher tier planes are fast and they can reposition and strike with better angles, so only AA will help there. Explained above, it was undone. Auto was buffed to compensate the manual ner, but that resulted in simple point and click where noob could nuke ships, so they undone that too and the auto drops far away and screwing the drops if there are islands nearby. Sometimes the teams are so bad, that you can't win even if you make more exp losing the battle then the enemy top player got while winning (got such battle today). Random where you win 50% of the battles or more if you have means to influence the battle a lot "still can't win every time". Usually the side with 1 CV wins (very high chance as the statistic shows) and sometimes they tend to become mindless chickes rushing for damage and kills knowing they will win anyway, but dying so fast that the CV don't have the time to compensate their suicides

He is lazy, others got Shokakus and Lexingtons already. 1 NA guys is even sailing in Taiho already. -
If you don't see all enemy TBs for like 2-3 minutes it's either afk enemy CV or this. If you assume afk and take no action ... yeah it's bad positioning. Fixed your -1, but if someone is surprised it's only his fault.

That's where teamplay actually comes into play as the better protected CVs survive and turn the tide of the battle in the second half of the battle. That's the case in tier 6-7+ battles where cruisers can actually play as AA escorts. Imagine Malinovka with pre RNG SPG where skill actually mattered against team without LTs and MTs, only HTs and TDs where you have targets all the time. It will turn the tide a lot, but add LTs and SPGs to both teams and they will stop influencing the game so much. You don't like it, then don't play it. CVs were even more powerful before and still always minority played them. If you think they are so good and win battles by simply being in them then just play CVs. You will solve a lot of problems when there are more CVs around, even fighters will start to mean something.
