Well there are so many suggestions lately, I didn't know I have to comment on all of them... Slowing them down by 25% (like when attacked by fighters) combined with scaled attack point (as higher tiers just fly fast and overall nerf like 0.3.1.4 will kill the low tiers without hindering the high tiers and was undone fast) that will be slighty more then now might be good idea. Jet speed planes (2x faster then now) is simply bad idea and they said they like the current dynamics, they've done experiments with faster planes (more dpm, less alpha) but it was bad for both CVs and targets. About the spread as I said we will have to wait and see.

There were and will be countless ideas, none of them affecting the CV's design as the time showed. We probably won't see changes until the new IJN spread is implemented and only then we can see if it will fix something or make the situation worse. I want scouts, more groups (3/2/2 Essex), but with fuel and longer service time, but that won't happen.

No final dates yet, only registration for now from what I saw.

The free exp doesn't come from thin air. You need to earn it in premium ship or elite ship and convert it then. I played tier 4-5 premium ships and converted exp to start with tier 4 CVs as I hate low tier ships and don't enjoy them, so I saved myself the time and bad battles. From there tier 4->tier 9 yesterday took me 144 battles in 8 days

The russians will have their 2nd tournament soon. Smoke tactics ruled the first one, will be interesting to see now

How is focusing on 1 line "buying way to the top"? Some player grindind most of the lines to tier 4-5, but if they had invested all their time in 1 line they would be tier 8 now. There are also flags, not only premium account

1 air superiority CV will have no problems neutralising 1-2 pure strike CVs by simply flying CAP over the formation. Fighters are their biggest nightmare, but they are not worth it in randoms for 2 reasons - low personal reward and you support random players (90% bad ) that won't win for you if you just keep them safe instead of dealing massive damage yourself. None of this is issue in organised play situation, so pure strike CVs don't have chance there, waste of slot.

I doubt there will be limit, but it would just as stupid as team of 15 arty team in WoT. There will be air superiority CVs to scout and deny spot for enemy team. Strike CVs dominate noobs in randoms, not formations of ships and teamplay, so they would be waste of slot.

On tier 6 you wil choose between AA defensive fire and the hydroacoustic search. The fighters is always there. The AAA is pretty pathetic on IJN cruisers, you can use the panic effect, but the guns are not enough to actually shoot down planes, that's what USN cruisers do. -

AP still gives much better results if the angle is right in BB->CA / BB->BB / CA->CA battles as it should.

The game is scaled. Ships are ~2.5 times bigger and faster compared to the ingame distance to avoid the boring gameplay of real ships . Yamato is ~650m long ingame.

Fire is annoying as you can't control it, nothing else so deal with it. Cruisers deal the same damage with AP+HE+fires vs battleships as they were doing only with AP shells pre 0.3.1. yes it was ridiculous to penetrate BBs with DD guns shooting AP and 155mm cruiser guns, so yeah HE + fire evens it out to make the same old damage output, but in a more realistic way.

Loadout "Stat" when selecting planes?

^^ pretty much dps x loadout = total damage potential x4 (IJN) or x6 (USN) for the squadron value as those are for single planes. Then this max damage / enemy bombers hp (take the same tier bombers) and you can see how many bombers max can your fighters squadron kill (if they don't die to rear gunners or enemy fighters) before they are out of ammo and have to head back. -

It's strange bug with the auto drop that was supposed to be fixed in 0.3.1.X patches, but still shows itself sometimes. -

today: 10 am - you win first blood (adds 1 flag) or confederate (adds 10 flags). today: 5 pm - you win it again, but it will just show like a box, won't be added. tomorrow: 11 am - you win the medal and the flags are added. There is also something wrong and you can win them again between daily reset 02:00 CEST and server restart in the mornings with the server restart reseting the counter, so you win it again. If you stay and play till late you can take 2 medals per day for now.

You can see them in the box, but you have to earn them every 24 hours to get them added. Otherwise you will see them only in the box and they are pretty much wasted. And yeah that sounds stupid, but just imagine if they were added everytime. I started with 50 flags each and now I have 53 flags for +50% exp while using them for every tier 6+ battle and I unlocked the tier 9 today. I also have 110 flags for -5% repair (to kill someone while dead) and 60 flags for +20% credits (first blood). If that was added every battle I have tons of confederates and first bloods, literally every 3rd battle

Pretty much this ^^ If you can simply grind tier 1->10 without credit problems you wouldn't buy tier 8 premium ship to farm money with. So yeah for tier 8+ you either play a lot of tier 5-6s or you buy premium ship. This model made them tons of money in WoT while the game is very popular, so don't hope for a change here if the model is working.

Yes it was always the case and it'se more then logical. The 0.3.1.0 - 0.3.1.4 was screwed situation where cruisers could bounce the BB's APs and go toe to toe with them ... which is not working as intended. It's not thick armor there, it's simply constructive steel that's not armorthick, so the AP shells break through the armor with kinetic energy, they can't bounce. The "tin cans" (DDs) were bouncing AP shells from CAs which was just as ridiculous There aren't such shells, the citadel penetration is what you see as max damage for the AP shells. 20-30K will be more then 1 shell.

Can we get Accelerated Commander Training soon please?

They suggested pacebo tick accelerated crew training that will hide the xp from the UI (was trolling answer of course as they answered thousends of time on the RU). The current progression is balanced like "accelerated" crew training where if you grind fair from tier 1 to tier 10 without converting exp you will unlock the 15th skill point (tier 5 perk) when you hit the tier X, so you will have 1 perk on each tier and your tier X ships is competitive. You will have to play that tier X a lot or use premium ships to unlock the 4 bonus points (15->19), but they are not must have bonuses like the tier 4-5 perks. If they add accelerate crew training they will have to rebalance that where you won't hit the tier X with having the things you need for the ship to function at it's full capacity. So consider it you already have that feature and the exp ready to convers is bonus you can use (and pay for it) or not.
