    Odd tier CVs

    Most of them were removed because WG didn't think the new play style offered enough variation to the game play. They made some comment about adding them back as a second line a while back but nothing has really been said since. There were 3 exceptions: The Kaga and Saipan were moved to tier 8 (from 7) and the Ranger moved to tier 6 (from 7) to replace the Independence in the tech tree.
