To be honnest the bad reputation of the Aoba is exagerated a little bit due to the fact that it's direct competitor is the Cleveland... Aoba is the not the best ship IG but is not the worth either.

WG should also remove one the of two T1 ship so balancing will be great.

Furataka is so bad that you could compare it to tier 4 and still it won't be considered more powerfull...

Ba l'Aoba -Boost sur le ROF -Boost sur le temps pour tourner les canons -6 canons au lieu de 5 et demi -Boost sur l'AA c'est toujours faible mais ca abat des avions -et peut être boost sur les torpilles ...

C'est de plus en plus dure de jouer avec avec du T5 voir moins. Les CV sont trop avantagés du a l'absence d'AA. C'est complétement ridicule.

I love people telling IRL all the time. If my number are correct US navy had 26 Battleship during WW2 During WW2 US navy deployed 175 Fletcher class destroyer, 112 six-gun destroyers derived from the Fletcher design; 67 Allen M Summer class destroyer and 45 Gearing class Destroyer. And i'm not even counting the one comissioned before WW2. So you want IRL? fine, we'll see how much fun the game will be when every time 1 US BB is in the game, 15 DD will be on the other team.

It depend so much on the situation that IMO that you can't say the launcher position are good or bad. Playing japanese cruiser I can tell that having a torpedo launcher that can fire in the front would have save me a lot of time.

So what's the deal with the sims?

With the nerf of the concealment and the number of plan that can spot you in high tier, I'd rather be in a japanese cruiser than any DD for now at least I have gun and I can play with torpedos.

The new premium japanese cruiser look amazing... that torpedo firing arc... what is the point to play a DD when this ship will be out?

my experience... alone and unsupported... That's the ingredient to start insulting most of the time. The problem is a lot of player assume their gameplay is the best and start blaming their team, and they always skip the part when they have to look at their own gameplay before blaming someone else

The chat is already toxic, the only "luck" we have for now is that the game is in CBT you'll see how quickly WG will allow us to turn off the chat once the game is in OBT.

Just look at WOT mate it's been realease since 2011, and yet you won't miss anything by turning the chat off... I'm not saying that turning the chat off will make you play solo but if you really want team play in wot/wows... go in a platoon/division and use mumble/TS ...

I'm looking forward for the moment WG allow us to turn off the chat. Sadly there is almost never constructive stuff said on it just like in wot.
