You do realise that's a double negative don't you? Meaning you actually want accusations and stuff . Mean't in good spirit though so I hope you weren't being serious, otherwise next game I see you in I won't be so lenient and will rather suicide my ship rather than let you kill me.

Indeed, and indicative of a failure to learn anything but being able to buy a higher tiered ship, in this case max tier. Does this not showcase a failed system of progression. Damn, I always thought this was likely, but to have it confirmed is downright freakin scary. I have no words beyond this!

All these new and second accounts, hehe. The first competition is over and lucky winners announced, good luck everyone here for the second competition. (this is not an entry)

Something really needs to be done about the Bismarck.

Indeed, it goes with thE old adage of anyone who kills me is cheating and every ship that hurts mine is OP. -
Maybe someone can answer this three Questions

Warning points are like ingame karma points, except you want karma points ingame but you DO NOT want warning points, hehe. I have 3 dating back from ages ago. I've served my time but my criminal record still remains....branded good and proper, a real bad boy. -

OP, you're upsetting the BB players in the forums. You've now made them throw their toys out their cots and now all we'll hear are whines. I don't have one yet, not even started grinding the german BB line, but my advice to you is to get one and play it. It you can't beat the braindead easy-game hordes, join them, it's the sure way to see why it is they'll defend the Bismarck with their lives. Yes it's OP, but so are many other ships, live with it or play a dd and torp as many as them as you can find like I do. -
@OP wargaming has to control the economy somehow, it's what drives conversions from dubloons, buying of ships and stops players reaching tier 10 and staying there forever. They want players to spend 'actual' money to drive their business model..they need to make money. I do sympathise because I think the system is far from perfect, too much hard work goes unrewarded and is in fact punished, while many who sit at the back get rewarded more at times. To ofset the costs we have premium accounts (more credits per match), signal flags, the premium camo with it's built in cost reduction benefit, and of course premium ships...another way they want players to pay a premium fee to be able to pay for the privelege of playing their game. Get used to it and adjust your game accordingly. Just be happy it's not as screwed as the WoT economy.......yet! My only real complaint so far is even my premium ships seem to be making less money than they use to, but until someone provides actual proof I'll only be accused of observation bias, etc etc. I only know how they were busted in WoT for reducing income over time a long while back with indirect nerfs here and there, all in the name of 'balance' and so on.

Which forum members have you seen in random battles?
Shaka_D replied to Cobra6's topic in General Discussion
I know right, told him I'd give him smoke cover and he drove straight through it. It's happened three of four times to me today, pop smoke for a cruiser or BB, ahead of them assuming they'll sit pretty in the smoke and do some real damage, but NO, each time it was wasted. Really struggling to find coordinated teams who know the drill - you know, those teams that click together like in ranked battles where a dd's smoke is not usually meant for himself but to protect his team, lol. I've come to the conclusion I won't do it in randoms unless asked, but by then I may have used it on myself already, doh. I tried to torp you you slippery eel, you evaded them all, destroyed my engine so I couldn't get to safety in my stock innocent little dd. Well played. PS: How dare you show an image of my naked ship without my permission........the cheek of it Also ran into iceyjones on the enemy team on ocean. His team lost but he kept his cool in his atago and played till the end. -
Wargaming, please remove the premium matchmaking for T3 and T4
Shaka_D replied to kfa's topic in General Discussion
The problem I have with this is there are too many ships with piss poor firing ranges which will not cope if upscaled to +2 type battles. They will be horribly underclassed. -
Almost time

I've noticed a fair few afk players lately, and quite a few more players sitting still, apparently afk, but near the end of game when they are approached by enemy ships suddenly become 'alive' and start moving and shooting. I reported a guy just the night before last in his dd, which stayed inactive all game alongside his division mate in a cv. When the cv was approached by an enemy cruiser and dd late game, the afk dd woke up and followed exactly in the wake of the moving cv firing at the enemy ships and launching torps. It was the strangest behaviour I have seen in a long while and incredibly suspicious.

Literally every match at least 5 BBs on each team.
Shaka_D replied to SovietFury43's topic in General Discussion
Yep, I played 4 games tonight, lost 3 so quickly because of retarded BB players camping backline and going as far from the cap points as possible. Games lost within 6 or 7 minutes each time and complete whitewashes. That was enough for me and in each one at the least 5 or 6 BB's per game. Enough to leave it alone for the night since it's no fun. There's a new kind of stupid in BB players all the time. All brawn, no bloody brains at all. Broken game for me at the moment. -
I have a problem with some of the things you mention, but the rest I agree with totally.

Apologizing for my bad behavior in game chat!
Shaka_D replied to Capt_Wet_Pants's topic in General Discussion
@OP: been there, done that, and still do it at times. We all have bad days. As long as we realise our mistakes and apologise and try not to do it again (but I know we all do sometimes ) -
Nah, it's a carrot only the blessed few can reach by blind luck. My luck has run out. The best bet is to not even hope for one, realise you will never get one and one day in the far future you may be surprised. Unless of course you like collecting 15 random signal flags a day.

One on One - Battleship vs Cruiser
Shaka_D replied to Sterling_Archer_UK's topic in General Discussion
Nah, not true and you will eat your words. It's easy to charge down a BB and damage him. You most likely will not survive, but every time I've done it I have always damaged him, and many times killed him....but that's only because I'm pretty superfly for a white guy. -
Consumable keys (T) not reacting when pressed
Shaka_D replied to RenamedUser_92906789's topic in General Discussion
Done this so many times - pop smoke, slow down, only to notice a short while later I'm sitting in the open completely stationary like I've just stepped out of a changing room naked in front of a long queue. So not only do I hammer the T key again, but also the W key to get moving because sitting there not moving while the enemy try get over their shock of an easy target presenting himself so nicely to their guns is not a nice feeling. I end up dragging my smoke behind me only to slow down again after I relaise it's now working. All happens so fast. Irritating to say the least!- 53 replies

One on One - Battleship vs Cruiser
Shaka_D replied to Sterling_Archer_UK's topic in General Discussion
A BB player whining about a single cruiser chasing him? -
When we were younger (and some still today) we would possibly imagine ourselves in heroic situations, doing things like these chaps. I know I did when I was a lad while having massive battles in my back garden with my 1:72 scale soldiers and all the tanks and planes I had built. We'd use tomthumb firecrackers to simulate explosions and created amazing battlefield landscapes in our sandy garden (grew up in Namibia - so love using the phrase 'when I was in Nam). We used air rifles held over the shoulder like bazookas to aim at each others tanks from distance (so we didn't blow them up too easily). We never hit once but the effect of the pellet hitting the earth was cool. Nevertheless, no matter how many times we imagined ourselves being the hero's we have to wonder how many of us would be able to follow through on that in real life. My guess is not many of us and I can only credit people like John Moffat for holding his nerve and doing what needed to be done and never flinching. Not sure if I'd have that sort of courage and sincerely hope I'm never tested in that way. Playing war is one thing, living it is another entirely.

Is it so hard to create proper matchmaking for people with good WR?
Shaka_D replied to FaceFisted's topic in Archive
MM: Randomises players on each team but caters for ships / classes. Does this mean it's only 50% random? Therefore only random in part, the other part not random at all. Anyone calling it a random MM is a LIAR and should be lynched for ignorance . Lastly, does it really matter? You win some you lose some, so what? Play the game like 99% of the plebacite, i.e. for fun. We get to blow stuff up, jump from ship class to ship class, and no-one in the real world cares what stats we have, in other words, it's a virtual thing, not real. Some great players are really crappeople, some bad players are really nice people, the type of person counts. Real life stuff matters, not poop like this. -
Yep, couldn't agree more.
-
Is there a tier or ship class requirement that you've missed? Read the question again and make sure you comply fully with the requirements. I can't remember offhand what they are but if you discover you meet all requirements then perhaps submit a ticket to support. Your details are a little lacking but I know I experienced the same on one or two missions I hadn't read 'cruiser' and played battleships, etc.

Typical yank.....70" screen, 1" weener. Surpised you didn't get irradiated that close to the screen . Seriously though, how far did you have to sit for it to be playable?
