Agreed, I've done the same, and damage was definitely registered but no achievement. Carrier, dd, cruiser and BB and nothing. What have I missed?

Just saw Ferry_25 on Land of Fire in his BB on the opposite team. I played my shiratsuyu and although I thought our team would win Ferry's team turned it around and won it comfortably because we had a few very slow thinkers in my team in their bb's. The Xmas braindrain has arrived and the avergare IQ of the playerbase has dropped down to below 50.

same here. I got out 6 ships from it though, so happy as a pig in poop with the results.

They put it on sale for a week so they could at least benefit in selling the GS to the impatient ones. I myself spent most 'allowance' on santa gifts and got 6 ships and lots of other stuff, and am quite happy to grind the spee, it gives me something to work on since I'm not that into griding ships too much. Can't blame WG for this, it's a business first and foremost. I for one am very grateful at a chance to get her for free.

Ok, a roundup for me so far. Spent just under £50. All on various admiral, captain and the smallest packages.. From this I got: Kutuzov +10 point captain Indianapolis + 10 point captain Marblehead + 10 point captain Texas + 10 point captain Arizona + 10 point captain Lo Yang + 10 point captain 400 gold x 2 a shed load of papa signal flags = 100's and 100's halloween camo x 40 ocean soul camo x 25 new year camo x 20 200 x zulu signals and so much more All in all around £150 worth of goods for just under 50. Best santa thingy ever. Well done WG. This is a good haul and I am stopping before I get too greedy. Totally worth it. Wanted the scharnhorst but happy I got what I got. Purchased 3 altogether: 2 large and 1 medium. Really really happy because while the medium one got me 40 dragon flags, the 2 admiral containers got me the kutuzov and the texas. So freakin happy right now because I was going to buy the kutuzov and kept putting it off, now I got 2 ships for less than £10. Amazing and has made my day. Now I'm off to watch Rogue 1.

Wondering whether there are any non-too-serious folks out there in a clan, playing the game seriously, and to win (obviously), but who are a tad more relaxed. Not looking for a clan that dictates when I wake up and play, but a good bunch of folk to chat, play and have a laugh with? Playing solo most of the time is ok, but there are times when playing with a bunch of like-minded nitwits is more preferable. I last played in a clan in WoT, so I know the usual requirements in terms of teamplay, etc. If you have a bed I can lie in please look me up. I'm a friendly chap that loves the game, plays as much as I can. I get a little competitive at times and like everyone I hate to lose, although at times I laugh it off and other times sulk like a baby. Currently playing ranked matches, don't even bother looking up those ranked stats, I can tell you now they stink. Not my fault though

My shiratsuyu thing ijn dd says it's not a noob ship. His torp reload boost allows him to periodically launch a full spread of 16 torps that travel 10km at 60 knots. That's spam and eggs right there every day of the week and I'm loving it. It's become my favourite dd and the guns are not that bad either. Take that you naysayer you!

And then it'll go into testing mode for another 10 years like all the other ships we are still waiting for that have yet to be released but which according to patches from past and present that 'X ship has been added to the game client for testing by developers and supertesters' blah bloody blah blah blah. Yawn!
