I would wait for an "official" tree, mostly because the Deutschlands as BBs does not make sense. Bayern in tier V seems OP a little and the hybrid carriers would be gamebreaking a little IMHO. So, wait and see.

Super-dreadnoughts, khmhkmhkm. And yes, the AA performance of the Bismarck was slightly less, than statisfactory - a defect, the KM was pretty much aware of and chosed not to adress, another incredible decision from their part. Im not thand fond ranking these ships as better and worse. In their liege, if the ship do not have some critical and/or catatrophic design and/or production flaw, the differences are microscopic and command, operations or sheer luck is much more a deciding factor in any encounter. Not to mention, that we have very little data on actual performances in different situations, specifically naval battles - except the Bismarck. Wich despite his loss, performed quite well. Even the inefficient armor scheme

Of course, its hyped, and sometimes, its overhyped - but blowing up Hood Jütland-style was quite an unique action in the war. As for the Deutschlands... watch, what you are wishing for Im afraid, that those ships will be either underpowered (overtiered) or OP as hell. Those ships were freaks.
