Hello, Due to the false advertisement used by WG in the Christmas containers, on December 10, i asked for a refund of the money i spent. To this date i'm yet to receive the refund, or any answer to the status and escalation requests i made in the ticket. As stated in the ToS - Right of Withdrawal - "If you withdraw from the Purchase Contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you under this Purchase Contract, including the costs of delivery,(...) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this Purchase Contract." As i make this post 18 calendar days have passed since i requested the refund, and that means WG failed to comply with their own Terms of Service. Since i'm not getting my money or answers from WG, and considering that the ToS have been breached, what are my rights in this situation? Thank you.

Thank you, but if i can't use the Right of Withdrawal terms in this situation what can i? What legal terms cover a refund in WG? I'm sure something should prevent a person or company from taking 100 years to make a refund and it can't be common sense. (the 100 years is an hyperbole) Edit: Take also in consideration that WG did not state in their refund announcement that "this does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal."

When WG offers a refund, legally its giving you back the Right of Withdrawal for certain transactions.

Thank you for your response. I have no intention to escalate the sitution but i can't sit idle when my rights are not being respected. Until i made this post, i had no answers to my situation, and to time i'm making this post it's still zero from anyone associated with WG. It shouldnt matter if spend 1€ or 1000€, the ToS should be respected by everyone, and since WG is currently holding money that should have been returned to me some days ago, they should at least tell me what's going on. I dont play the game since December 10 just to make their job easier. I should at least receive an apology and an update on why is taking so long to return my money and when it's going to be solved.

I did ask for the refund before the deadline set by WG and received automated answer where i was asked if i wanted a rollback or manual remove. I asked a manual remove and got promped that it would take up to 7 days to do that. I even stoped playing to make sure i wouldn't make it harder for the person removing the stuff. I understand that they might be swamped, but i can't sympathise with it. It was WG own doing and i should have my money back, as stated in Terms of Service.

First of all thank you for your answer. Yet it raised a few more questions. How can i request help from the Community Management? It's not clear what other means we have to contact WG besides using the tickets. I.e. i tried to speak with someone in the WoWS discord, but got no reply from WG staff. If i'm forced to follow option 2 or 3 and it leads to a Contract Termination and my account getting banned, since it was WG breaching the ToS, are they liable to return all the money i spent in this game since the beggining?
