imho; they knew, such events are not created on short notice. they warned and were not listen to (not the first time). therefore i believe the problem might be sitting in higher floor in Paris -

afaik only free xp, not commander as you said, its good for BBs and German ships, xp camo on the other hand is great for all but elited ships -

osmickove premko je za +/- litr za cenu 4 lodi jich dostal osm plus bambilion dalsich veci "magor" ma jiste vesele svatky, to je totiz docela husty vejvar, znasobit pocatecni investici min 3x
