Co me ale zarazi je to, ze NA i RU jsou schopni rict jasnou odpoved ano/ne (zde beru potaz vyse zminene, tzn asi to maij na 100% jiste). To vam nevadi, ze vypadate "dopln dle libosti" kdyz vsechny ostanti servery maji jasnou informaci ? Urcite existuje osoba, ktera to rozhoduje, to je problem ji napsat, ze je situace takova a makova a ze vsechny servery maji jasne info v teto veci a ze by bylo zahodno, aby EU server a jeho pracovnici nevypadali jako "dopln dle libosti"

thats the repair flag i guess so, it gives you -5% repair, for T10 ship the full repair is around 200-250k iirc so you can in "best" case save astonishing 12,5k CR to be honest this flag is the worst one and most useless, on low tiers it make no difference ( relatively small repairs in comparison to CR gain), on high tiers it laso make no difference since you already pay a small fortune for repair, so who cares about few lousy k. CR This flag needs buff to -20% to be useful, -10% at least
