they have issues with payment processing. WG is outsourcing this ofc. There is one company doing this job for all WG titles. With so many 1 EUR purchases ( its 20k+ purchases already, not sure about wot/wowp) the processing server is overloaded But dont worry, this is definitely not a standard situation, you just unluckily picked wrong time for your purchase. But dont worry, it will arrive eventually
