not sure about that to be honest, i was referring to the section dmg treshold resulting for example in Sims eating 7 torps and surviving (cant find the vid. atm ), tiny HE damage to already destroyed part of ships etc.

aye; this change in dmg mechanism went imho quite unnoticed by most of the common community members,it deserves its own portal explanation
