I'm having a hard time figuring out what captain skills and upgrades to use for the Dmitri Donskoi. I really like going AA but it seems such a waste when i go into a game with no CVs. I would really like some advice from some veterans, so i don't waste credits or Doubloons. More then likely this captain will go on the tier 10, unless i just love the Dmitri that much. I'd expect they will be similar spec anyways. I just wanna use this ship to its full potential. Thanks in advance for any info!

Thank for the info, I can't live without DE when it comes to high tier BBs. So i will be keeping that and i agree i can just wait to see if the game changes maybe with the release of prem CVs we will see more planes.

Yeah, DE is a great one and have it atm. This thing just has great AA, i feel like i gotta put upgrades/skills to support that. Tonight seems like there a lot of CVs, but most times there isn't many. Shooting down scouts at long range helps at times.
