Clan system / map would have been a good incentive for many people but obviously there are no plans for this year. Ranked in it's current state is crap. Project:R was nice, but not challenging. Grindy game is grindy.

Ranked is really pure pain and has nothing to do with skill. You can deal tons of damage, even cap with a BB. Still....team is often just retarded as f*ck.... There are people with 400-800 games, 40-45% Winrate, 12-25k avg. (ranked only - no joke) tryharding all day long to get up. They just keep on failing, ruining the game mode completely. As long as such people are able to leech their way to R1 this game mode is simply broken. If they don't bind the winning of a star to the players performance, jeez, this was my last season...

The word "ship" itself as a noun goes by the "it" (neuter noun). When you refer to specific ship-class or name it goes by the "she" (feminine noun).

This. If you manage to perform above 50% it means you are able to carry the team even with lesser skilled people. But there also other factors that should be taken into account (avg. Dmg.; avg. XP; div player or not, etc)

Toxicity is based on the huge amount of bad players in Wows. There was a guy yesterday who insisted on being an average player with 46% winrate and 20k avg@3k games. He drove with his Kutuzov on max range spamming HE on BBs all the time while the BBs (includes me) got torped from all side due to his inability to fulfill his role.

I've had in mind that we are supposed to spend the pearls on stuff like chests. Is this going to be implemented later?

Don't judge too early. WG has shown that they are willing to adapt. Let's wait for an official answer.
