I had this problem too and it was that bad, that I ended playing game for weeks. Yesterday evening I tried to lower all settings, but no help Micro-lag was there always. I then noticed that game might use that Torrent system even when you are playing game and I stopped that in Setup. After that when I restarted game the lag was gone. I hope that this helps someone who has same problems.
