Shima is now fixed tbh, long range torping with a wide swath at the enemy fleet was bordering on ridiculous particularly when it could be done with impunity and made BB & CA play very frustrating. I am sure the Shima fanboi's are saying "deal with it" but that really is a mute point. Swimming in the general direction of the launch wont really help me due to the DD's speed so if by the time a BB & CA gets there the DD is long gone, reloaded and launching another suite of torps at the vessel. DD's are generally fine, but it was obvious that the Shima was "too good", I am happy that BB's are again more viable as an option, how often do to you hear people complain in chat that the BBs stood back and did nothing or tried to win the battle from 19+km? Hand out the boiled sweets to the Shima captains and suck it up.

What is peoples views towards DDs? These little critters are fun to play make no mistake but it incredibly frustrating to play against as they are impossible to spot. On a nice clear day I can see 20-32km, if a small boat can be seen easily at 6km I'd be damn sure to be able to spot a ship such as a DD... except in-game. First I know about it is a wall of torps & a hard over on the rudder, seriously what's the story about that, is the whole crew aboard my ship on the Vodka? I think DDs need to be balanced as their concealment looks to be unbalanced at higher tiers for sure. I can't fight what I can't see, I'd suggest that this could be compensated so that shell damage against a DD is reduced keeping the DD in the fight and CL's and BB's with half a shout. What do you other players think?

Tier 10 DD's are a problem when they can launch torps at a BB without fear of being spotted.

Since the patch (0.5.3.2) Soviet cruiser update I have noticed the amount of credits earned in tier VII battleships seems to plummeted when service costs are factored in, I'd be lucky to clear 50k post battle. Now if I roll back a couple of tiers to a St Louis or Emden and I can easily make 40k no problem! The issue needs looking at as the cash requirements increase for battleships at the higher tiers and the earning potential is diminished it results in an arduous grind but its disproportionate. It should'nt be the case if you want a Yamato your better off in a Tenryu or Kuma to make the credits to get you there!
