Bumping the question. I have a Friesland, got a 12pt commander for it that is trained for Vasteras but I don't play the DD line, what is going to happen when the Friesland is transfered to new Dutch nation ? I don't want to level a new captain to play the ship... WG could add the Dutch cruisers in the pan-EU nation, that would be easier for everyone. Otherwise I hope we can choose to transfer a commander with the ship, or they make Friesland playable with Dutch AND pan-EU commanders. Any news ? I saw a topic on NA forums but no answer from staff.

I tried it too, had some success with Mogami 4 wins 1 lose, the torps are very powerful. Then I tried a CV game and apologized to the Kii I met because he couldn't do anything and the game was over with 2 waves of TBs. And I'm a garbage-tier cv player. I don't think they should be included in 1v1...

The flood chance is higher if you take a torpedo in the bow or stern = outside of the torpedo protection, only the central part is "protected", but you will be able to repair more damage from the bow and stern sections because those are not citadel.

It does not matter anymore, does it ? the campaigns are over, anyone willing to get Lutjens or any other armory commander today has only one choice, pay 175k coal. Jerzy is even not available at all. Why does it matter that he was never available for missions ? + coal is "free" anyway, but the high price forces you to choose between a T9/T10 ship with coupon, or a commander.

Not at home atm, but last patch when selecting view in port from armory you could only see the ship, the information on the right about survivability, guns, torps etc and armor layout was missing. Maybe they corrected it with 0.10.1 I don't know because I use only the tech tree mod now to access ships I dont have. So if OP can elaborate it would be helpful, but in any way getting the tree mod solves any issue about characteristics and armor viewing.

The port viewer from armory and prem shop is bugged and does not show all information if you dont have the ship, but from the techtree it works fine, that's why I suggest installing the tech tree mod. I faced the same issue some time ago.

Best advice I can give is install the extended tech tree mod from the official modstation, you will be able to see any ship you like even those removed from armory.

I guess the saturation can be partially applied if the damage threshold is reached with a shell, half shell damage can be 33% and the other half 16.5%, or any variation around that, resulting in a number that does not correspond to a fixed value.

I enabled TXAA and disabled everything else, runs fine. It seems that multisample AA x8 gives a bit better result but seems also to require more power ? I'll try other combinations for science.
