And for those of us who have already missed that? I used to play casually 10-20 games a week where I could and did not know that, Now, Im happy that I got a free Kongo...Once, but now I have three (why ever would I need three damn kongos is beyond me) , and 6 more cruiser and Battleship girlies that take precious slots that I otherwise need to buy with real money. And this is unacceptable. WG staff have commented here on this forum that this is not right (I researched) but so far no results.

Not how it works mate... Im a fan of zipangu's cherry blossom or ocean's master race optimisation. And i have like 6 or 7 arp captains and only 3 of the ships.

To turn the tables on you, look at what happened with Nikolai. If they had released it only on 1 server initially and then waited for the OP results, they may have not released it on other servers in order to triage the problem of having a massively OP tier 4 BB.

Because Tier 10 battles are made at so long range that one of the best selling points of Tirpitz, that being its torps, becomes useless and you are just a Bismarck without the hydro. Also carriers love you cause no AA. (except if you have the manual AA mod)

Its in the game files, so its available for supertesters and such. On the chinese server I believe it is sold with a +20 skill point captain.

Bought the Sharnhorst yesturday, quite happy with her Gameplay is pleasurable if nailed. What turns me off from Tirpitz is that its opposition is just so monstrous. It can (and will) Face Yamatos, Montanas, Kurfursts, Zaos, and the like.

This Workaround might work in the future, but what about the slots that were already stolen from me? I really shouldn't do this just because someone out there designed crap missions (AND CONTINUES TO DO SO) If you are going to give me a free captain I dont need, give me a captain slot with it aswell, so we are even. Right now they give you a captain with one hand, and if you are not keeping an eye on it all the time, take one of your slots with the other hand. This is unacceptable and badly designed. I hope the support wipes these girls from my account.

Found out i have one unassigned. But still ... 1 reserve slot free only, and having in mind that with my play time, i usually get the ARP captains from the missions, but not the ships themselves....this slot will be filled by another useless girl.

Russian crusers are indeed railguns loaded with napalm but that is their thing really... Take that away and you get fragile tubs with BB spotting range. An IJN cruiser can sneak up to them and citadel them to oblivion.

Whats wrong with a bit more info? Why not have the americans test and review the ships so we have an informed opinion on what we purchase? After all, ships are exensive, and after the glamour of 'omg new french ship omg' fails you are left with a crappy bucket of bolts that is no fun to play. Not to mention that you will play this ship against sharnhorsts and tirpitzes and all the nasty german BB opposition that will wreck you.

Fires are not the real enemy. As we discussed earlier, without a fire, a cruiser or gunboat DD cant fight with a BB at all. And meanwhile in real world logic that is logical, in this game a slot occupied by a BB is equal to a DD for example. In 1v1 a cruiser or a DD can kill a BB veeeery slowly and with a lot of effort, meanwhile their slightest mistake could cost them their lives. The real problem for a BB starts when you are focused by 2 or more fire spammers. But thats usually a sign that you done fckd up, man. Most of the time that happens to people that think they are immortal and end up where they shouldnt be, unescorted.
