    I am wondering how much evading maneuvers will matter. Like will the loss of focus on your target (meaning the ability to hit and damage your opponent) be a bigger deal than evading some salvos of your opponent. I hope different nations/ships mean different playstyles, I can only be happy if some ships require skilled maneuvring in order to do decent score.

    Which one is your favourite ship class?

    I will be playing a line of each class I guess! But can't wait to test out the major classes : CV & BB. Although I can imagine how the all around ship class, the cruisers, may be the best suited class for me. Great mobility with some good fire power, you've got all you need there.
  8. I can only imagine how such a game mode would work, the subject has been already well discussed : enemies spotted at a lower range leading to little torp snakes trying to rush a BB. With that last sentence in mind, I can't see everyone being happy with a night mode, especially the BB players. Because yes, the mighty battleships will be played the most. Who doesn't want to fire big guns? I certainly do. And I can see how one would not take his BB anymore in night mode battles after being torped to death by a DD that he saw way too late because noone could spot it earlier. If the view range of planes get nerfed too, obviously, the CV players won't see the fun really much longer than the BB players. This leads to no BBs or CVs. So it ends up to a confrontation between DD and CL class ships. At least, that's how I predict it might turn out. That way, this game mode would just end out in some sort of Blitzkrieg battle where surprise torpedo waves will mean a relative win. Don't get me wrong, I'd like to play such a game mode, but I really think that finding the right balance to not lose some ship classes which will struggle to play the way they are meant to be (regarding the general gameplay of the game) will be hard to say the least. I can imagine how a night battle mode would be fun, of course, but I can also see how it would be one of the hardest modes to introduce without having a huge disappointment from various players driving mainly specific ship classes (I am thinking about BB and CV here, as I mentioned). I guess that other game modes, easier to implement, might as well be introduced before such a game mode. The lack of submarines might just show how Wargaming wants to keep the game entertaining for everyone and allowing anyone to play any ship class in any game mode : it won't be an arcade MMO for nothing, I guess.
