Because they decided you can't, if you don't want to see it in your port then switch to any but the Yokosuka one and it will disappear from your ship list.
-
If you don't want it then don't use the Yokosuka port, it's been known for ages that you cannot sell them.

Another thing to note is that the Shimakaze torpedoes cost a hell of a lot compared to most, the cost can add up quite quickly.

Arpeggio of Blue Steel Mission 2 Unfair for Japanese CVs
HatsuzukiKaiNi replied to Hsaki's topic in General Discussion
I did the mission stage in the Hiryu with the balanced setup, the Japanese carriers can absolutely do the mission, it's just that a lot of people are trying to do the mission and the Bogue has in my opinion by far the strongest fighter complement compared to it's counterpart. The only thing I can suggest is either get to the tier six or hope that you can get strafes that run for a decent duration. If you can line up behind planes as they flee and strafe then even the Zuiho should be able to take out several planes. -
Blast, I do really want Royal Navy cruisers and there are several notable ships I want but I was sort of hoping the Battleship line would be first. Oh well, decent answers other than the random unrelated answer to question #20.

Ranked needs to be overhauled somehow.
HatsuzukiKaiNi replied to Reaper171's topic in General Discussion
How would you fix it? the people who think battleships should stay at max range are in random battles too. If a player can't grasp the simple fact that they need caps to not lose then there's usually not much hope for them. -
Reson why are only few Players on WOWS
HatsuzukiKaiNi replied to Stahlgesang's topic in General Discussion
They've already done the Balance pass on carriers, granted a few specific ones might still need more looking at but I'm not finding them too annoying to play against. If you're going to get torpedo dropped on you need to start moving before the drop is launched if you want to avoid most of the torpedoes. Fair enough several ships don't have enough AA to stop the CV circling planes round for the perfect drop but when you're in one of those ships then you just have to try and stay near your team and if your team aren't interested in helping then your match probably isn't going to go that well anyway. Try starting to point your bow at the incoming planes at least 5km out, preferably maybe 6km and remember that sometimes you are going to get hit by a perfect drop and die, it's no different than being citadelled to death by a battleship other than the fact that the carrier has a bit more control. -
Please add a way to remove Heavy Damage sound
HatsuzukiKaiNi replied to mark1e's topic in General Discussion
They don't need to get rid of it, just need to make it a toggle so it doesn't drive people mad. -
It's been available in a few contests I think and it was given out in fairly large numbers from a giveaway on reddit. It'll probably show up again sometime.
-
You're not supposed to make money in high tiers if you play badly, the only thing I can suggest is to play mid tiers to keep your credits up or just do more damage and overall play better.
-
Gameplay purposes only, there would be absolutely no reason for them to downgrade themselves but can you imagine if they had everything they had in the anime? it wouldn't be fun to get nuked by missiles and lasers whatnot. Giving them the stuff they had in the anime would be like giving the Space Yamato from the Space mode a Wave motion gun that can wipe out the entire enemy team from the other side of the map

Dear Wargaming... - Why the game needs the Hood and Bismarck to survive
HatsuzukiKaiNi replied to iEarlGrey's topic in Off-Topic
I would greatly like to see some of the more notable famous ships ingame, things like the HMS Hood and Prinz Eugene would be almost instant purchases for me providing they're not in a £100 bundle. -
HMS Barham sank in 1941 from a U-boat torpedo attack.

You win against bots almost all the time because bots are awful, beyond having decent aim they're utterly useless at the game. Loss streaks can happen, they can go on for a while, the same goes for unlikely win streaks, you can't control the quality of players you get, you can only try and get better yourself and hope you can influence the battle enough for a win.
-
There's nothing to report, loss streaks happen and the only thing making entire teams die when the enemy loses nothing is a lack of a brain on teammates.

Play sound when driving backwards !
HatsuzukiKaiNi replied to SkybuckFlying's topic in General Discussion
I can sort of understand the want for an all stop button but a sound for driving backwards seems a bit redundant, unless you're spending your entire battle in gunnery view it should be pretty easy to notice that your multi thousand ton ship has started going in the opposite direction you expected. -
If the Arpeggio ships are counted as premium I'll go for the lot, a premium Kongo would be amazing. I think the way they're implementing them is fantastic, a toggle for people who want it and the ships showing as their regular counterparts for those with it off.
-
I wouldn't mind seeing a surface locked Surcouf around as a very low tier premium, it'd probably be utterly awful though. I don't think WG could implement subs well in Warships though, if they had done from the start I might have thought differently. It is a bit of a shame though, I'm rather fond of submarines.

There's an aim assist mod but there aren't any magic range hacks. Unexpected torps are usually launched from invisible destroyers that are out of detection range.
-
Sure the Murmansk will do that if you sail broadside to it but there's almost no way the Murmansk would kill a furutaka in two salvos if he angled properly. The Armour on the Furutaka isn't thick but it's thicker than the Murmansk and the citadel is lower in the water too.

I can't speak too much for the Kutozov other than it apparently having a flimsy citadel and being an HE thrower but the Atago is a collection of everything that makes cruisers useful with only a few downsides. The Atago has good guns with a moderate range, a high fire chance overall good HE round, good reasonably deadly AP and Forward and rear firing medium range quad torpedoes on both sides. Not only does it have the best of everything there it also has both the Anti-air consumable and the repair ability usually only available to battleships and tier nine and above cruisers, it's also fairly fast for a cruiser. In exchange for this it has a fairly flimsy citadel as well and mediocre AA edit: The Kutozov also has the smoke consumable, I forgot to add that although I think the repair party is more useful.
-
Pretty sure they've said there will never be Kamikaze planes in game and also ships can split in two when they collide, the effect could use a bit of work though.
-
Tbh the Furutaka used to be pretty awful, the buffs it got have mostly brought it up to the same level as the other tier five cruisers, the only thing it could do with now is another 1km or range or so, maybe 1.5 as both the other tier fives can extend their range/have better range and the 13km makes it suffer a bit in high tiers.

Kutuzov bundled/unbundled survey
HatsuzukiKaiNi replied to Kruzenstern's topic in General Discussion
I'll buy a bundle if it's got a ship I desperately want + things I don't need but will use. But a bundle with a ship I'm barely interested in with a bunch of stuff I still don't need when the ship might not even be that good? not a chance. -
Tirpitz swapping ammo by itself ?
HatsuzukiKaiNi replied to FullBroadside's topic in General Discussion
It's from when you switch torpedoes, when you go back to guns make sure to press 2 to select AP or you will auto reload HE sometimes. It shouldn't happen on it's own at all, it was always the torps for me until i got used to it.
