I got both Fubuki Kai Ni and Maya Kai Ni. I do not have any 10cm+FD or 12.7+FD. I have not remodeled Litorio and gotten the 90mm yet as I am saving the 2 BP for others right now. I only got 3 Reppuu and 2 Shidens though. Edit: Seems pretty accurate enough Xandier

I am using Carrier taskforce. I do not think it is recommended to do surface? Well, I only got 3 Reppu and 2 Shiden kai with double echelons. They allways seem to get at least AS, but don't allways shoot down enough planes. Problem for me is, that Kaga (usually her) keeps getting taihad at H node or L node Might have to use support expedition and then just brute force my way through. Should have enough time for. Just hope I can get E7 easy. My resources and buckets can't handle anything more. Can see now that I should not have taken that hiatus since spring

Well, there is still something like 15 days left of event. Maybe going to farm some levels and better ships elsewhere and then try again in a few days. If he can beat E4 he should also be able to beat E5, as it is not as hard.

All I can really suggest is using boss support expedition to try and kill all the escorts, so you can have more firepower aimed at the boss. Not much else really. What lvl are you ships and what equipment they got?

My god E6 medium is killing me. 3 Sorties in a row, got taihad before I even reached the boss node. How are you guys handling it?

Oh god. And I love the irony of games being able to reduce stress when so many games are stressfull themselves.

What I use for support expedition is 2 DD with full radar to help with accuracy, 2 BB with 2 main gun and 2 radar and 2 CVL with 4 planes. Cheaper than 4 BB. Poor girl, this basicly descripes my E1 run

Okay. Official tweet is in and the event ends at 11:00 JST, 9/2. The tweet is here. Also, apparently, 90% have completed E1, 63% have completed E3 and 33% have completed E7. And apparently most cleared E1 on hard but E7 on easy. Seems like a lot went "nope, not doing it"

Who knows. In any case, I just finished E5 and got myself a cute little italien DD. A shame she will be sitting in my dock for a while, simply got too many ships on my "to level" list and not enough time. Wil return to E5 later to farm, now to take a break and then onward to E6

Damn it. I am sitting with Haruna on lvl 80, seriously wondering if I should Kai Ni her. But I just don't know if it is worth the cost of resources as well as having to go through modernizing her again.

The drop rates for farming event drops are just so RNG. You got to do so many runs. But first, to beat E7...

Wait. What are you talking about with E5? I have found nothing like that. On another not, apparently in september volume of comptiq, an interview stated that the item needed for Crane Kai Ni would be available in summer 2015 event, and I am guessing this is the catapult from E6. But it also stated that this is where the item would initially be available. So we will propablt see more chances for them later. Maybe later events or difficult quest lines?

Okay, first time I use support expedition, I get the final kill. Should have used it the first time. Also I just came to think. If Plane experience works in support expeditions, then using CVL there could be really powerfull.

Wow, E4 last dance is a [edited] to kill. My girls keep attacking the boss instead of the escort. I think I might have to use boss support here. It is deffinetly advisable to bring along AACI. Her opening airstrike can be devastating.

The sanity is rapidly dropping at this event The worst part is, I am not even sure the hard rank rewards are worth doing it on hard. Might as well do it on easy. Still haven't had any luck getting any of the event drops.

It basicly comes down to how deep your pockets are. If you got the resources, she is worth using and will save you a lot of frustration agaisnt tough enemies. Just make sure you got the resources ready. On another note. How lucky have you guys been with the drops during this event so far? Gotten any of the exclusive event drops?

I believe there is a Chat Channel ingame called "Search for Divisions". Have you tried to look there?

Fighters are easy to level up as they only seem to loose experience to other fighters, so as long as you get AS you should maintain good experience there. With bombers ti seems to be a bit difficult.

Just shows that leveling planes is an important part of this event.

It at least does make the boss more doable. Can you imagine if you had to brute force your way through 395 armor. But it has been suspected that their was a way to drop the armor. It just took a while to confirm it. And true, surface fleet is really needed agaisnt the boss, which is funny as the devs tweeted heavily about CV fleets. But then again, the new plane mechanic does do a lot actually. So maybe planes can do it? I just saw a guy yesterday on twitch playin E6. on his 3rd run he got AS parity. The 4th he got AS and the 6h run he got AS+. So apparently the plane experience can make a huge difference.

Decided to do the same. Was going to do hard, but then said screw it. The reward aren't that good this time. The one plane squadron we get is also a reward at easy, and the raider at E3 medium is a nice bonys, but not needed that much. Also, it will really make farming a hell afterwards. Going to try to get Unryu, Umikaze, Roma and so on. As far as has been reported, they all drop on easy, might as well make it easy for myself.

Okay, so apparently the guys out their who keep an eye on the monthly ranking stuff said that only 4 people had completed E7 hard earlier today. Okay, the report is not completely accurate, but as these guys keep an eye all the top admirals on all servers as twitters and so on, I guess it is safe to say that few people had done it at the time. Wonder how many will rage quit before they beat it?

Kuso TTK. Shigure is actually one of the more usefull DD.

Yes. You just play 1 battle and you get it for free, like all the usual tier 2 gift tanks that are not very good.
