I think it is more the fact that people have gotten better at the game. Sure most people at low tier are still bad, but the chances of getting seal clubbers is higher. Especially with ships like the Emperor there now.

I have gotten unsinkable twice. It is not that difficult. Just pick a BB, find a DD and lure him in to hitting you (should happen even if you don't seek it out) and then use then spare the use of damage control and isntead make intelligent use of the heal ability, to ensure you can take a lot of flooding damage while still staying in the game.

I think it was stated by the guys doing Pacific, that they work with the devs. Not 100% sure if it is true though, so could be wrong.

I doubt it would happen, as this would simply be too big a nerf to DD. Only the IJN DD could actually reload torpedoes if memory serves me right, so all other nations would be hit a lot. And even IJN DD would be hit hard as I doubt they had that many spare. Basicly it would turn the game in to one big gun fest with just the biggest ship ruling.

This is great. Now I am really motivated to go for the pearls. Much better when you know you will get something, rather than have a small chance. I like!

They are working on them. From what I have heard it is RN cruisers and KM BB. Also, IIRC from a Q&A back around early fall, it was stated that it could take up to six months to push out a tree, depending on how easy it was to get information for ships, so the fact it has passed 4 months ain't that much. These ships are probably something they push out to earn to extra money in a way, that won't take too much effort away from the other tech trees considering they basicly are reskins.

It certainly is a strong one, that we need to all do out best to avoid.

Well, a destroyer that can use Daihatsu landing craft. Not bad. used in combination with Abukuma. Also, she can use FCF. Does this mean that we will have events, where a DD flagship in the first fleet will be needed? Guess we will see more of that sypply fleet mechanic?

In my opinion Detionations rarely happen. I have played around 400 battles and only been detonated 3 times (if the amount of flags I have received is any indication). Also, you get 10 flags to make sure it won't happen for the next 10 games.

Several of the IJN ships have them as well. Mostly early WW1 or pre WW2 ships have them. I am guessing that they got more dedicated mine clearing ships later to clear up warships for fighting.

I agree. more ports would be nice. While they aren't a high priority, I am ll for it. Other ideas for ports could be: a Norwegian port, maybe Bergen or Trondheim. This could work a fjord style port with a winter theme. Could maybe be a night map with the Aurora. the Truk Lagoon. Could be a port with a bunch of small pacific islands with multiple military installations. This could work as a better japanese style port than Yokosuka wich is not WW2 themed. another one could be Wilhelmshaven or Kiel. This could maybe work as a bigger industrial port with sub pens in the background. Maybe the port could be more grey colors with maybe rain or something like that to give all port an individual look. But yeh, more ports would be awsome, but it is a low priority.

Full AA on North Carolina can be really good against tier 7 or lower tier CV. Trust me, I am a CV captain. While it won't make you invisible, it can really put a dent in the amount if tier 7 planes and downright wipe out tier 6 squadrons. Ofcourse against tier 9 it won't be so usefull, but I suppose every bit helps.

I think the higher the number, the more positive karma.
