The issue I have with the "sink X number of Y type of ship" is that it promotes bad gameplay. If you know you HAVE to kill that one DD in order to finally get your mission done you'll do stupid things, and mission really shouldn't support that. And besides that MM really likes to screw you, putting nearly none of the kind of target you need into the enemy team....

Why sould you want to do that? Fumbling around on a stupid touch screen, no keyboard, a screen that is much smaller than your average PC, etc... It's stupid. And even if WG would make it work it would be an entirely different game. There are really bigger issues for them to fix in the next, oh i don't know, 100000 years.

Honestly, all you people make me sick. Everybody is allowed to whine on these forums here, about any class of ships and you all agree with him, unless it is a "battleship noob", then he should piss off and learn to play, or go die. What the fu...? DD players can whine that their ships are underpowered, and everybody is fine with that. CV players can. CL/CA players could, but have no reason to do so currently, but if they would, you still would agree with them. Just give the BB players the same rights ffs. Oh and that "just look at his stats"... argument (it hurts me to even call it an argument): If you are one of those stat-*censored*, please go back to world of tanks. I don't want that crap in this game, and especially not while it is still in closed beta. Thank you. And while I'm at it: Nerf HE! Stupid fires are driving me nuts.
