    Started playing WoWS, bought these premiums

    WoWs is much slower Pace with much more Emphasis on Skill. Its also alot more Tactical with more Brain and less Agility Requirements. You have far less cases of a Single Player basicly Killing Half the Enemy Team and far more cases of even 1 or 2 early Deaths being the End of the Match for your Side. Beyond that this Game also is extremely different in terms of Class Balancing. While in WoT most Classes will play very Similar in their Core Aspects and only have slight Differences in Preferred Jobs. In WoWs the Classes are Extremely Different in their Abilities and even their Mechanics and have an Entirely Different Playstyle. TLDR. Dont try to Camp in a Corner. Or you will be Farmed and Nuked Quickly. Dont try to Shoot Weakspots in the Superstructure cause you.ll only end up Ruining your own Damage Potential. And dont try Driving Broadside to Evade Shots because Broadside in this Games makes you Vulnearble to Devastating Hits that do Triple Damage. Its a very Different Game. And Pls note. WoT and WoWs are Developed by Different Teams and the Teams have very different Views on alot of things. Only the Publisher is the same. As for your Premium Ships. Frankly. It would have been Better if you had Asked FIRST. I wont tell you not to Buy stuff before actually Playing Hundreds of Battles. Because thats your Money and if you got that Money to throw away then I seriously dont care. But you could have gotten way better Premium Ships if you had Asked which ones to Buy First :) And if you had at least Played 2 or 3 Evenings with different Classes to Find out what your Preferences on Class and Playstyle are. It would have been possible to Refer you to Good Premium Ships that actually Fit that Playstyle and thus might be Fun for you to Play :)

  3. What ??? Against a CV the BB cant do anything. Not even hope for a Mistake. Not even predict the Attack and Dodge it. It cant even run away to take a Cap etc. And thats a BB against a DD. So its the DD against the Class it is strongest against. Against a Cruiser the DD can only run. If its Radar Cruiser even that is difficult. Against a CV the DD is just Dead.... CV is like that against ALL CLASSES. No other Class comes even remotely close to CV when it comes to Influence in a Match. A Good CV Player is a Game Changer. In a Match without CV you need 3 Good DD Players to do the Stuff a good CV Player can do. In a Match with CV you need 2 more Good DD Players than the Enemy has to Outbalance it if your Teams CV is Crab. And even then you need to be lucky enough that the Enemy CVs Team loses fast enough that he cant find and kill you in time to negate any advantage you had from the other Teams DDs being useless Yolos.
  4. Thing is. CVs are even more Unbalanced. You complain about how Powerfull 3 DDs are. Yet 1 CV is way Stronger lol. Driving out a Demon by Summoning the Devil is a Crab Idea...

    They can be quite effective too. Nowhere near as good as Dives. But they can kill DDs fairly reliably. Their effectiveness is similar to Rockets. But thats also the Problem. Most CV Players are utter Potatoes that are completely unable to estimae a DDs path unless its permapotted and way too incompetent to Lead a Target by 3-4 Seconds. So in most cases the Random CVs you meet are harmless with Skipbombs and Rockets.

    Das Problem ist. Davon merken wir halt nicht viel. Denn zumindest bei allen großen Themen scheint sich nichts oder nur sehr wenig in die Richtung zu bewegen die von seiten der Community gewünscht ist. Was dann in der Regel so verteidigt wird das ja die Schweigende Mehrheit im Spiel ne andere Meinung hätte als die Mehrheiten im Forum. Ich hab diese Schweigende Mehrheit noch nie gesehen denn egal ob in YouTube comments von YouTubern die WoWs zeigen als auch im Game Chat und im Forum sind die meinungen an sich weitgehend gleich. Nur um mal nen paar Beispiele zu nennen. Community mehrheit auf Uboote is "Wollen wir garnicht" WG traibt aber Uboote vorran. Community hoffte dann auf verschiedene Gamemodes etc. Aber auch da macht WG keine anstalten etwas zu machen. Mich Störts nicht. Denn Ich bin aktuell für Uboote. (Auch wenn die iteration immoment absolut nicht gut ist in meinen Augen) aber es ist überall wo Ich nachfrage sofort Offensichtlich das Ich damit teil einer gaaaanz kleinen Minderheit bin. Community HASST Gambling mechaniken. Aber in den Letzten Jahren werden genau diese Immer mehr und andere methoden werden immer weniger. Auch hier zeigt WG keinerlei anstalten ne andere Richtung einzuschlagen. Im gegenteil es fühlt sich so an als wenn jedes mal wo die Community sich über das immer größere werdende Glückspiel potenzial im Spiel aufregt WG uns noch den Mittelfinger zeigt und noch mehr Events raushaut deren Primäre Aktivitäten auf Lootboxen und Glücksspiel ergebnisse rauslaufen. Und die beste Ausrede hierfür ? Garkeine. Relativ deutliche ansage das euch unser Feedback nicht interessiert und das WG weitermachen wird bis es Verboten wird. Das einzige was wir gekriegt haben is nen kleiner hinweis für Minderjährige den man erstmal suchen muss im Shop und den sowieso kein 12 Jähriger lesen Wird wenn er Mamas Kreditkarte leer zockt. CVs sind der Community seid Jahren ein Dorn im Auge. Und wärend es definitiv stmmt das anders als bei Ubooten hier die Meinungen etwas Gestreuter sind und viele dabei sind die CVs nur mist finden wie sie sind und sie generft haben wollen weil sie bei weitem zuviel Einfluss auf ein Match haben. Sprich hier nicht alle wollen das die Klasse ganz weg kommt. Bewegt sich WG echt nur im Schneckentempo in diese Richtung. Wenn denn überhaupt. Denn wenn die alten CVs gerade dann nach 2 Jahren von Nanonerfs zumindest nichtmehr komplett Godmode sind (obwohl die immernoch OP sind wie sonstwas was Match einfluss angeht) kommen dann neue CVs die wieder auf dem Stand anfangen wo wir 2 jahre vorher mit den anderen CVs waren. Sprich obwohl WG hier wohl perfekt realisiert das die Community das Hasst. Bewegt sich an sich praktisch garnichts. Die Ausrede hier is dann das ja alle möglichkeiten das zu ändern zu kompliziert wären etc...... Community is sehr Skeptisch gegenüber dem Rework für Booster und Bonis. Aber WG Marschiert vorwärts wie die Soldaten von Krieg (WH40k) Bisher scheint die Ablehnung der Community keinerlei bedeutung für WGs Pläne zu haben. Und das sind nur mal so nen paar. Die Liste is noch weit länger. Also Nimm mir das jetzt nicht übel. Nur Du Sagst unser Feedback hat nen Entscheidenen Einfluss. Aber davon merken wir halt echt nicht viel. Im gegenteil. Und die auch anscheinend ihr Feedback nirgendwo anders als bei euch teilen. Was Ich doch wohl sehr suspekt finde. Denn es ist schon etwas komisch das diese Schweigende Mehrheit wohl echt Aktiv Feedback an euch über Geheime wege teilt sich aber sonst nirgendwo äußert. Und lass mich das jetz mal ganz ungeschönt aussprechen. Zu tun was man selber für Richtig hält. Und sich dann das Feedback was diese Meinung unterstützt raus zu picken und zu behaupten das man dem Feedback folgen würde und das ja ""Genug"" Leute das was man macht auch wollen. Dann ist das Feedback nicht entscheidend und ehrlich gesagt nichtmal relevant. Denn irgendwen der das Unterstützt finded man immer. Sprich wenn das eure Methode von auf Feedback hören is dann heißt das soviel wie an sich können wir das Feedback auch lassen denn die Entscheidungen werden ohnehin Unabhängig vom Feedback getroffen. Nur mal meine 2 Cent dazu. Greetz

    General CV related discussions.

    If you want to get People out of Camping. Thats pretty easy. 1. Implement a Dispersion Buff on Enemy Shells for Speed. Each knot of Speed above 20 will Increase enemy Shell Dispersion by 2% Each knot below 20 will decrease Shell Dispersion by 2% Meaning if you Sit still. You are much easier to hit. Thus heavily Incentivizing People to keep moving and not sit Bow in on some Island corner. 2. Implement Armor HP that Regenerate over time. And that are Specific to a Side. So Front, Left, Right and Rear as well as Deck each having some Disposable HP that will be Repaired 100% over time. Maybe 5% of their Base HP. 7,5% with Survival Expert so that skill is worth something. Thus effectively giving more HP to People going out Front. Then make it so. That Fires and Flooding can ONLY start if the Hit Deal Damage to hull HP. These two changes Reward Fighting and Punish Camping. (They also mitigate CV Influence because CVs will be incentivized to Attack Targets already under fire as otherwise alot of their Damage is just absorbed by Armor.

Whats relevant is that 92% of all People who voted there Agreed with his Statement. And no. WoWs Stats are not irrelevant. They tell you alot about how well a Person Plays the Game. Its not the only relevant Criteria. Bit discarding it entirely shows how little you understand about the game. Can you prove he is the same person ?

    20 lost games in a row is pretty rare. Thats not even possible to do by playing badly actually. But whats more importand. He talks about rng. And he is right you can play 50 games one evening and have 20% winrate and the next evening play 50 games with 80% winrate by pure luck without there being any difference in your skill. People forget this. But this is a PvP game. You are 1 out of 24 players. If you are especially Skilled you increase your chances to win. If you are especially Potato you reduce them. But Match outcome is still decided mostly by how lucky you are with enemies and teammates. Even Super Unicum Players dont have 100% Winrate and many dont even reach 80% unless they always Play Div with other Unicums. In a Small Sample Size like 20 Battles even a Super Unicum can end up with a Horrible Streak and even a Potato can end up with incredible Stats.

You now got 18 Pages of Posts which could be summarized as you ignoring any arguments given to you and pretending to have a morale high ground by complaining about others not providing Arguments. Despite so far not having bought any Arguments yourself ^^

    I dont need to give an Answer :) You See. Arguments are not about convincing the other Person you are Arguing with. Trying to Convince you of something is a Waste of time. Because you dont look for Information or Arguments. You look for Confirmation of your own Opinion. As such anything that does not Confirm your Opinion will be Discarded by you anyways. ;) Arguments are about Convincing the People watching the Argument between two People. And here is why the Image is Perfectly fine. Because guess what. Vast Majority of us knows perfectly well that CVs are completely Unbalanced Trash which is horribly Implemented in the Game right now and does not fit into the Games Systems at all. Thats common knowledge by now. As such there simply is no need for me to bother having an Argument with you about it :) But thats not really Relevant in the First Place is it ? Because lets face it. You are not Providing any Arguments for that Topic to begin with. You See. For at least 4 Pages of this Topic now. You have been Desperately avoiding the Topic of Submarines. Instead constantly clinging to whatever else you could to somehow Say something about that.     Not sure you get this. But when someone Posts such a Picture. It usually means he does not consider your Claim to even be worth having a Argument over. As such he does not really care if you consider him inadequate or consider him losing an Argument. Because your Claim is so oviously wrong that there simply is no need to have any kind of argument or discussion about it. And well. Not to Offend ya. But he is right lol. Your Statement that CVs are Working well within the Game is so Incredible Wrong and Stupid that seriously. Having an Argument over it would be a Complete Waste of time lol. I would take Claims on Earth being Flat more Seriously than your Claim that CVs are working well within the Game. Which means his Picture is Perfectly Adequate as a Response to your Post.

    Aye. Hence why I asked if anyone already heard something. I hope WG makes an Announcement to their Plans soon on this. It would be somewhat annoying if basicly they did not share any further Info with us until the Facts are already in Place. I am fairly certain alot of People for example would prefer not to become like the Asia Server and basicly just adapt the RU Server Development later on. So it would be nice if they would look for some Opinions before the Decisions are Final. I am not Familiar with where Dev Companies go in Europe. But I am also asking less about the Location. And more about the Question on wether WoWs EU will become a Different Game from WoWs RU (having their own Dev Team) or if we basicly just follow the RU version (Lesta still doing the Development and we just taking it over) Because thats a very Importand Question. It might after all mean that in the Future WoWs EU might go a completely different way from where it was going so far. 1. Powercreep is not related to Games Dying. Many very Succesful Games use Powercreep. In the Fact the Biggest MMO ever made still uses it up to this Day. 2. Also not related to Games Dying. Actually many of them can do Disgustingly well assuming the Game is Good enough that People are lured into Paying. 3. WoWs Coding is frankly not very Haphazard at all. Its quite Good to be honest. The Game remains fairly decently Optimised and while Bugs do happen and even often make it to the Life Server in many cases. WoWs is still Comfortably in the upper Third of Online Games when it comes to Delivering an Acceptable Programming. 4. This is is Difficult. Because this Depends on what Balance you look for. Now. I personally consider WoWs extremely Unbalanced. I consider especially CVs too strong. And I absolutely think that there is many Ships which are Overpowered or Completely Underwhelming compared to their Peers. However. The Reason for that. Is that I have different Criteria than Wargaming here. Wargaming Balances by Statistics. Which basicly means that they Balance almost purely on the Average Potato Player. Which means extremely Overpowered Abilities of Ships which a Potato wont really use cause he neither understands them nor is able to utilize them. Will generally not trigger any Response from WG because well. 99% of the Playerbase wont get any better Results from it. While other totally unnecessary Abilities which for a Good Player are completely unneeded but which for a Potato Player Improve their Results by just 5% will often Lead to these Ships being Nerfed because they make up far more than 90% of the Playerbase and thus this ability has insane Effects on the Balance for WG. Using a Good example. German BBs have a very hard time to be Buffed. Because their Bad Accuracy actually allows Bad Players that cant Lead properly to more often score Stray Shots on Target, Because their Turtleback often allows Potatoes driving Broadside to Survive much longer and because the Secondary Battery basicly creates Free Damage for them without them doing anything for it. Thanks to that. Despite German BBs being pretty Weak for Good Players as they just dont have any serious Abilities that Good Players need. And the Abilities they do have actually dont have any use for Good Players because they Mitigate Mistakes they dont make. Compare that to Russian BBs. They got Shortranged Railguns for Weapons with Flat Trajectories. This means that Bad Players cant really use these. They get killed if they try to get in range and they dont have such Accurate Aim that they can really Score with them either. On top Potato Players tend to stick close to Islands even in BBs. Thus the Flat Trajectory often ending up hindering themself. They got a Limited Damage Control that Reloads very Fast. Which often results in Potato Players just using it right away and thus wasting all of them then being completely helpless. And while they got Insanely Strong Armor for a Good Player who knows how to Angle. Their Citadel is extremely Exposed when showing Broadside. Which means Potato Players get themselves Deleted constantly. Now compare that to Good Players. The Accurate Railgungs with the Short Range are not Problem. They dont stay at max range anyways and they know how to approach Targets and Delete them with well Aimed Salvos. So these Guns are absolute Killers in Good Players hands. Likewise the Damage Control if used by Good Player is an Amazingly strong asset because it allows them to use it for an Assault or in a Bad Situation to avoid Tons of Damage. And the Armor if Angled is Awesome. As Good Players know how to Angle and avoid showing Broadside for them its insanely Strong. Now. I would prefer a different Balancing Model that pays way more attention to Good Players rather than Balancing based on Averages. Because Players who Play bad can Learn to Play better. But OP Abilities used by Unicums wont go away. 5. Agreed. 6. That one is Good. It shows they are at least trying to make it work Properly. So I wont complain about that. I actually wish they would make such Changes even Quicker. Effectively having 3-4 Iterations during a Single 2 Month Test Phase before it going back to Devlab for a Month. Thus giving more back to back Comparissons. 7. Hahahahahahah. Yeah No. Sorry but Potatoes rule the World of Multiplayer Games. Even in Super Difficult Skill Demanding Games. Potatoes are the vast Majority of the Playerbase. Also. WoWs is Lacking the Hallmark of a Dying Game. Which is a Low Playercount and Deteriorating Playerbase. WoWs still has Thousands of constantly Active Players. So they are at no Risk of Dying. They did take some losses on some occassions. And also recovered players on other occassions. So far there is no permanent trend that could be made out as certain. One such loss was just recently with LWM. Quite a big one as well. But in total Numbers that loss was still not even threatening to WoWs as a Game.
  20. Problem as so often. Is that Potatoes simply dont have the Means to Employ proper Gameplay. Its the same as a Player coming to the Forum to ask for Advice and the Unicums basicly tell him to Play his Ship by the Pro Gaming Meta. Then telling him to Git Gud when he comes back telling them that this Advice only causes him to get Killed. Because they fail to Understand that the New Player even if he Plays according to Meta just does not have the Understanding and Skills to actually Pull that Meta Gameplay off. And just Repeatedly Rushing to his Death is not really Helping him. People dont Play Tutorials. If you Force them they will just Rush through and then Ignore it. Likewise People will just Die their way up if they have to and will then just end up Complaining about Meaningless Grind etc. But more Importand than that. None of this really helps the Problem. The Vast Majority of Players is Casuals playing an Hour in the Evening after Work. They will never invest the amount of time and effort into Learning this Game to the Point where they are capable of actually pursuing Meta Strategies or have Situational Awareness and understand whats happening on the Match. Meaning they will forever stay at a level where the only thing they can do is concentrate on their Immediate Fight which generally means they will never be capable of knowing when to push or how to deal with Enemies that Ambush them. My Suggestion would still be to have 2 Random Battle Gamemodes. One where you got no Statistics and where Rewards are mostly Depending on the Current System but with some adjustments to the Victory Multiplier so that Victory and Defeat only make a 20-30% Difference in Reward instead of like now basicly Doubling the Reward. Which basicly makes it a Free Casual Gamemode for People to Play for Fun. Test Strategies and Play around. And where your Reward is like right now mostly Depending on Damage and where no Statistics are Recorded thus there being no Repercussions for Playing Badly etc. And One where your Statistics are Recorded like they are currently. And where the Reward for Contributions to Victory and the Bonus Multiplier for Victory itself is much higher while Defeat not only gets no Victory Multiplier but actually causes a Cut to your Reward thus making it way lower. Therefore putting a much bigger Emphasis on actually Playing for Victory. Effectively being a Serious Mode where People actually try to Play good and try to Win and where you will actually end up Losing Money and not really achieve any Progress unless you actually Play Good enough to Win more than 50% of your Games. It would also be a Nice Change of Pace as those who dont want to Play Seriously and actually just come to the Game after Work to go play Shooty Shooty Ships without any deeper toughts. Can actually do just that without it ending up getting them hated.

    Then Dont Play DDs. Simple as that. WG Works by Meta Statistics. If People keep Playing DDs anyways. Then for WG everything is fine. If everyone stops Playing DDs or if DDs suddenly massively drop in their Performance. Then WG will start doing something about it. If you guys just keep Playing anyways and only complain in the Forum. WG wont do anything.
  22. As a Third Party watching this Thread. I would actually claim that People did give you plenty of examples of how Subs are Broken. You simply Denied them. Partially based on Information that doesnt seem to be Up to Date with the current Submarine Mechanics being Tested. 1. Someone gave you a Large Example with Pictures of how he has Deleted an Enemy Light Cruiser in a Single Torpedo Salvo from just 1.5km away without being Spotted. Are you really Saying that this is working as Intended ? 2. They gave you a Video of a Submarine being able to maintain Spotting Capability of Periscope Depth. But at the same time having the Invulnearbility of Deep Diving against Shells. Therefore being able to Spot and Attack Targets as if it was on the Surface. But the others only being able to Spot and Attack it like it was Diving. Are you seriously claiming that this is how this is supposed to work and not broken ? 3. Depth Charges are also extremely strange in alot of cases. Sometimes not doing damage or only doing neglectable Damage to a Submarine despite being very close. And other times doing alot of Damage despite being pretty far away. Is this also intended ? Beyond these things that I would at least consider Broken. There is also the thing with Definitions. Indeed is it possible to Argue wether other Issues should be called "Broken". But lets Face it. You know you are not talking to Programmers. And you also know that they are mostly just using a commonly used word here. Issues like 4. Some Submarines can Destroy the vast Majority of DDs and also alot of Cruisers in a Single Salvo. While they themselves can Survive several Salvos of these Ships. Therefore creating a Situation. Where a Submarine if it is Approached by a DD or Light Cruiser which wants to Attack it with Depth Charges. The Submarine can Surface. Nuke that DD or Light Cruiser on close range. And Dive again. Now. I guess this could be sold as "Working as Described" mechanic wise. But I would really Question if this is what you intended to happen with Submarine Gameplay ? 5. Meanwhile. Battleships have Air Strikes with Depth Charges which they can use to Bomb Submarines several km away. (Which Hilariously often makes them the best Submarine Hunters. Because they are the only ones who can Attack a Submarine without the Risk of Instant Deletion. But thats for point 6) But also have a Minimum Range on these. Which means of the Submarine stays close enough. It can just keep running Torps into the Battleship over and over without the Battleship really being able to do anything about it. Again. In theory this can be sold as not Broken because the Single Mechanics work properly here. They are just abused. But again I would Question if this is really Supposed to happen ? 6. Submarines can also play Buggers and just Sit there on their side of a Capture Point. Low in the Water. Waiting for an Enemy DD to Nuke. Because for Enemy DDs and Light Cruisers Approaching that Submarine is Suicide. Even if they did not have to worry about the Sub just Deleting them with a Single Salvo. As to actually use their ASW Weapons they would need to Approach the Enemy Line while Spotted. Which they cant really Survive. Therefore creating a Situation where Battleships are literally the only Ships that can do anything about Submarines. And even they can only do it if the Submarine does not know how to Move. Because if the Sub knows what its doing and just keeps going Sideways. Hitting it with an Airstrike is next to Impossible. And even if not it can still be luck and just end up in the empty spaces between the Drop. This as well. Is Perfectly working within the Mechanics. And here as well. I would ask if you really wanted the Primary Counterplay to Submarines to be Battleships ? And the Primary way of Playing for Subs to be that of a Long Range Torpedo Spammer DD ? Now. Leaving this whole Argument about the Definition of the Word "Broken" aside. Is this really how Wargaming Intended Subs to work ?

    I fear thats not even Possible for them. According to their Statement they already gave up all their Business there on First of April.
