    Der Link von Colonel Pete ist Nutzlos Sorry. Was er Tut ist das er Weekly/Monthly Stats nimmt. Und diese dann nach Winrate Sortiert. Aber nicht nur ist die WR für ein Schiff wirklich Nutzlos. Weil nicht alle Schiffe Gleich Gespielt werden und besonders bei BBs weil diese nicht den Größten Einfluss auf das Gefecht haben. Sondern er benutzt auchnoch Statistiken die aufgrund der kleineren Anzahl an Gefechten in der Statistik deutlich größer Schwanken können. Noch dazu. Wenn du die Selbe Statistik machst wie Ich gerade. Und mal ALLE Werte anstatt nur der Winrate vergleichst. Dann fällt selbst in dieser Statistic auf. Das die Deutschen Massiv Schwächer sind. Nimm Beispielsweise mal den Schaden direkt im ersten Table. Was fällt dir auf? Sinop = 54k Lyon = 47k King George = 46k Nagato = 42k Colorado = 41k Gneisenau = 38k Also Rang 6 für Damage Für Kills Immerhin Rang 4 Die Exp die der Zuverlässigste Wert ist. Weil sie zusammenfasst was diese Schiffe im Spiel gemacht haben und wieviel Spaß der Spieler mit dem Schiff hatte weil der irgendetwas gemacht hat. Fehlt in der Statistic. 1. Ja. Sie sind im guten Mittelfeld wenn du die Zerstörer mitzählst die dafür massive andere Vorteile haben. Denn die DDs mit Starken Kanonen und Langem Smoke haben teilweise Schlechteres Concealment. Während die DDs die die Z46 besiegen würde weil sie Starke Torpedoes und nicht so guten Smoke haben. Später gesehen werden. 2. LOL WAS ???? Hast du dir mal die Torpedoes angeguckt ???? Lass uns mal Vergleichen. T9 Torpedo Fähigkeiten der DDs. Z46 (Piece of Crab) Torpedo Alpha 115k Speed 67 Knots Range 10.5km Reload 90 Udaloi (Gun DD) Torpedo Alpha 131k Speed 66 Range 8km Reload 129 Tashkent (Gun DD) Torpedo Alpha 135k Speed 60 Range 8km Reload 69 Yugumo (Torpedo DD) Torpedo Alpha 190k Speed 67 Range 12km Reload 114 Kitakaze (Gun DD) Torpedo Alpha 128k Speed 76 Range 8km Reload 157 Fletcher (Actual Alrounder because he has Good Guns, Good Torpedoes AND Good Smoke which also means it is Better than the Z46 in Literally Everything.) Torpedo Alpha 190k Speed 66 Range 10.5km Reload 106 Jutland (Torpedo DD) Torpedo Alpha 155k Speed 62 Range 10km Reload 120 Mogadur (Gun DD) Torpedo Alpha 180k Speed 75 Range 8km Reload 77 So Lets See. The German T9 DD has the Worst Torpedo Alpha Damage of ALL DDs in the Game. Including the Gun DDs for which these Torpedoes are Supposed to be the Secondary Weapon. When Compared to Actual Torpedo DDs the German Torpedo Alpha becomes Embarassingly Weak. The German DD has Average Speed for his Torpedoes and since the Extremes only go Upward. This means he is at the lower End again. In terms of Range. The German T9 DD can only Beat the Gun DDs. Everyone else. Including the True Allrounder which is the Fletcher. Has Equal or Higher Range for its Torpedoes. The only Saving Grace is that the German DD has a Good Reload of his Torpedoes. Of course the Total Damage is Still Lower. Because the other DDs have such an Insanely Higher Torpedo Alpha Damage due to having Stronger Torpedoes or due to having more Torpedoes. That even if you compared the DPS instead of the Alpha Damage. The Z46 would still be in the Lower End. Sorry. Aber wenn du Solche Statements machst. Check bitte auch mal die Fakten. Das Selbe gilt für die Wendigkeit und Speed..... And Ja Ich Spiele andere Nationen auch lol. Und Rate mal. Die Können aktuell etwas. Ich hab beispielsweise Japanische DDs und BBs. Und Ich kann dir eins sagen. Die Nagato Trifft aktuell etwas mit ihren Großen Kanonen. Die Kagero Zerstört einen Feindlichen DD mit einem einzigen Torpedo und die Myoko auch wenn Ich die noch nichtmal Ausgeforched habe bisher. Hat jetzt Schon bessere Torpedoes und bessere Kanonen als die Yorck lol. Wenn du nen Echten Allrounder DD willst schmeiß das stück dreck das die Z46 is in die nächste Tonne. Und Teste mal die Fletcher. Das Problem ist. Die Meta ist Teil der Balance. Wenn du ein Game hast in dem Alle Maps Große Freie Flächen haben und daher jeder Gewehre benutzt. Ist es Extremer Schwachsinn einer Klasse nen SMG in die Hand zu Drücken und zu Sagen. Oh ja das is Balanced weil das SMG is zwar Scheiße auf hohe Reichweite aber es ist ja Sehr Stark im Nahkampf. Denn Nein es ist nicht Balanced. Weil es ist Toll das das SMG auf kurze Reichweite Stark ist. Aber wenn das 90% der Zeit nicht Passiert dann ist es Nutzlos. Ich hab die Z52 gerade erst bekommen. Und bisher bin Ich nicht begeistert. Die Torpedoes sind Erbärmlich Schwach. Selbst bei ner Guten Salve auf nen T10 BB kriegst du es nicht Tod. Da is meine Kagero 10 mal besser. Und die Kanonen sind auch nicht wirklich der Brenner. Wobei sie wenigstens etwas Reichweite haben. Zwar nicht wirklich nützlich weil der Deutsche Smoke einfach nicht lange genug hält als das du damit was reißen könntest. Aber wenigstens kann man die nutzen. Die Erkennbarkeit ist mit 6.1km Erbärmlich. Wenn Ich bedenke das meine Japanischen DDs 5.4km haben und auch andere eher so im Bereich 5.6-5.9 liegen sind 6.1 echt ziemlich Schlecht und du bist eigendlich immer derjenige der Zuerst gesehen wird... Aber zur Fairness gesagt. Ich habe die Z52 bisher kaum Gespielt. Und 5 von 6 Gefechten verloren. Meine Meinung darüber is also nicht Zuverlässig. Und Ich werte Lowtier nicht so sehr. Im Lowtier wissen viele nicht wie man Spielt. Es macht wenig sinn sich über vorteile und nachteile in einem Bereich zu unterhalten. Wo kaum einer die überhaupt kennt oder nutzen kann.

    1. Falsch. Als Meistgespielte Vehicle sollten die Deutschen teile ziemlich Mittig sein. Sie sollten aufgrund der extrem hohen anzahl an Gefechten komplett flach liegen und kaum abweichungen nach unten oder oben haben. Während andere Nationen die deutlich weniger Gespielt werden nach oben oder unten abweichen können. Das ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Die Deutschen sind Zuverlässig im unteren Drittel und in vielen Fällen sogar das absolute Extremste Negativ. Das Dürfte nicht Passieren für die Meistgespielte Nation mit den Meisten Gefechten. Da es eigendlich keine Extremen Spitzen mehr in eine Richtung geben dürfte. 2. Das ist Schwachsinn. Die Deutschen Zerstörer sind keine Allrounder. Sie sind Nichtskönner und sind Schlechter als andere in so Ziemlich Allem. Die Torpedoes sind Nutzlos und Schwach im Vergleich zu anderen Nationen. Das Concealment ist Schlecht und auch die Kanonen sind nur Mittelmaß. Deutsche Zerstörer sind Mittelmäßig und daher keine Gefahr. Allrounder würde bedeuten das sie alles gut genug können um mitzuhalten. Können sie aber nicht. Das einzige wo sie mithalten sind die Kanonen. In allem anderen sind sie Erbärmlich. Die Z46 die du da so Lobst. Ist übrigens. WR = Rang 7 von 12 Damage = Rang 11 von 12 Kills = Rang 9 von 12 K/D = Rang 8 von 12 Experience = Rang 9 von 12 Also Zuverlässig im unteren Drittel. Wie eigendlich alle Deutschen Schiffe. 3. Ich muss grad überlegen ob du das Ernst meinst. Die Deutschen Kreuzer werden teilweise früher gesehen als so manches Schlachtschiff dank ihrer Schlechten HE Granaten macht jeder andere Kreuzer sie ohne probleme platt. Das einzig gute an Deutschen Kreuzern sind die Relativ Starken AP Granaten die aber nichts bringen wenn der andere kein Vollnoob is der dir die Breitseite zum Reinhämmern gibt. 4. Tröste dich. Die Schlachtschiffe sind auch nicht besser. Größtenteils weil sie zu Ungenau sind. Mit nem Deutschen BB kannst du ohne Probleme auf 5km Feuern und erwarten das deine Granaten sowohl vor als auch Hinter dem Feindschiff landen. Und Nein. Die Deutschen Schiffe brauchen nicht so Stark sein das sie Auto Win Buttons Sind. Kein Schiff sollte das. Aber Mit Verlaub. Wenn du mal in die Statistiken Schaust dann fällt etwas extrem auf. Und das ist das die anderen Nationen nicht nur innerhalb der einzelnen werte häufig näher zusammen sitzen. Sondern vor allem das sie verschiedenen ränge haben in diesen Werten. Andere Nationen haben mal gute mal schlechtere Schiffe die mal im oberen und mal im unteren drittel sind. Ausser den Deutschen. Die Deutschen sind mit einigen wenigen Ausnahmen praktisch ausschließlich im unteren Drittel. Lass mich dir kurz mal ne Übersicht Geben. Deutsche Mid und High Tier BBs im Vergleich zu den anderen 5 Techtree Nationen. 1 ist der Beste Rang. 6 der Schlechteste. Tier 6 Rang in Exp = 6 Rang in Schaden = 5 Rang in Kills = 5 Rang in WR = 6 Tier 7 Rang in Exp = 6 Rang in Schaden = 6 Rang in Kills = 4 Rang in WR = 4 Tier 8 Rang in Exp = 6 Rang in Schaden = 5 Rang in Kills = 4 Rang in WR = 5 Tier 9 Rang in Exp = 6 Rang in Schaden = 6 Rang in Kills = 5 Rang in WR = 5 Tier 10 Rang in Exp = 6 Rang in Schaden = 6 Rang in Kills = 4 Rang in WR = 3 Von den 6 Frei Spielbaren Nationen. Haben die Deutschen Schlachtschiffe auf Tier 6 und Höher also Erreicht. Rang 1 = Niemals (Deutsche BBs sind also Niemals die Besten in irgendetwas. Naja. Doch in etwas Schon. Das siehst du gleich weiter unten) Rang 2 = Nope (Nichtmal die Zweitbesten Sorry.) Rang 3 = 1 Mal. (Die GK weil sie Gleichauf ist mit der Republique) Rang 4 = 4 Mal. (Hier Fängt der Deutsche Bereich an) Rang 5 = 6 Mal. (Deutscher Durchschnitt) Rang 6 = 9 Mal. (Ja Ganz Recht. Die Deutschen BBs sind die Absolut Besten Darin die Schlechtesten zu Sein. Aber Ich denke mal. Man Könnte doch Verlagen das die Deutschen wenigstens mal nen Paar Rang 2 Schiffe Kriegen und nen paar mehr Rang 3 und 4 Schiffe. Niemand Verlangt das die Deutschen BBs überall Rang 1 und 2 Belegen.

    Gewöhn dich drann. Wargaming hasst die Deutschen wie die Pest. Daher sind Deutsche Schiffe durch die Bank weg im unteren bereich aller Statistiken zu finden. Die Nachladezeit is dabei nichtmal das Problem. Das Problem ist die Nicht vorhandene Genauigkeit. Denn du Schaffst es selbst auf 5km noch die Breitseite anderer Schiffe zu verfehlen. Wo andere BBs 6-8 von ihren 9-12 Granaten Treffen. Kannst du mit den Deutschen BBs froh sein wenn 2-3 deiner 8 Granaten im Zier ankommen. Aber ändern wird sich Nichts. Denn Deutsche Schiffe, Panzer und Flugzeuge sind in Wargamings Spielen die meistgespielten Fahrzeuge. Und Wargaming hasst diesen umstand wie die Pest. Weswegen du Grundsätzlich davon ausgehen kannst das alles Deutsche 3 Nummern Schlechter gemacht wird als die Fahrzeuge der anderen Nationen. Insbesondere derer Nationen die Wenig Gespielt werden und von denen WG will das mehr Leute dorthin gehen. War Immer so. Wird immer so bleiben.

    If you get Deplaned with GZ your doing it Wrong ^^ Its Planes are Pretty Resilent to be Honest. But GZ is very Hard to Play. Its Playable. I think I have Proven that beyond Doubt by now. But I can easily See why people Struggle with the GZ. On Topic. I agree that the DBs need to be Changed. They are TOO FREAKING Rng. Unlike the Topic I dont need any Big Changes here tough. Just Buff German DBs Accuracy so they stop being so Ridiculously RNG. Its Ridiculous how Japanese DBs are nearly Always landing in the Center of your Aim while German DBs constantly land on the Edge of the Reticle. With German DBs right now you need to Aim with the Edge and Pray because the Bombs NEVER EVEN ONCE land in the Center.

    God. Would anyone Please Play Division with me ???? I need some Competent Teammates by Default. RNGesus is Clearly not Blessing me with them on his own Today. (Or the entire last Week for that matter...) You can Tell me all you Like that Winrate is the most Importand Stat about Skill. But I really Dont think that my Bad Winrate over the Last Week is due to me Playing Badly.... First Decent Game I won Today. (Other Game we Won was due to Enemy being Noob Team and just being Roflstomped before I could actually do something....)

    Well. With the Recent Changes the Tension has let up alot after all. Aside from the Really Hardcore Fanatics which wont be Happy unless CVs are either Godmode or Removed from the Game. (Depending on which side they are) the remaining People here are more or less Agreeing on most things. Currently I am fairly Certain that most People are sharing the Viewpoint that CVs are Still Clearly on the Strong Side of Balance. But are not Extremely Overpowered. Most here also Agree that the Next Update might end up Overnerfing CVs depending on how much Changes are made before it goes from PTS to Liveservers. As such there is not too much Dispute right now. Aside from Smaller Details of course. Like GZ not being Able to Drop a Kremlin Twice :P But these are Questions that can be Solved Pretty Easily as you can Simply test it and See if it works or not.

    Aye. Graf Zeppelin Planes are Actually Rather Resilent thanks to their Speed. And also. As you can See from the Bomb Hits. I barely used my DBs that Match. It was only a T8 Match. So I did not really lose enough Planes as that I needed to Cycle Squads. So I mostly used the Rocket Attackers to Kill DDs. And then Torpedo Bombers to Kill BBs. Unfortunately my Team was another Lemming Train. So Enemy Took all the Capture Zones and we Lost by Points.....

    Then allow me to Educate you. I cant know if its Full AA Specced Kremlin of Course. But Since its a Kremlin inside a Blob. I think that Counts. First Drop. And Second Drop. Just to Prove that all 3 Torpedoes were Dropped. But Man. Seriously. I made 2 Games with the Graf Zeppelin. Both Defeats. And both Complete Potato Teams.... Here is the Other Game.... Just what the Hell have I done to RNGesus for Heavens Sake ???? For the Entire Last Week I keep getting Potato Teams that all Cluster up in a Corner and then get Farmed. I think for the Last Week my Winratio must have been Something like 30%

    I Said most Ships cant prevent the Second Drop. :) The Kremlin is currently the Strongest AA BB in the Game. And has a pretty Crazy AA. So its clearly not Included in "most" Ships. Unless of course you want to Claim that Most Ships in the Game have an AA like the Kremlin ;) As for making 2 Drops on the Kremlin with GZ. Hmm. I will take that as a Challenge. I am not Playing CV that much anymore after WG came around to make them less OP. But I am sure I can find some Time to Try and See what I can do ^^ 8k can be Alot if it comes from a CV that keeps Adding another 8k. And another 8k And then another 8k. Oh and another 8k ^^ Because Soon you Received 40k and your Dead because Torpedoes tend to Splash the Citadel and thus cant be Repaired *gg* But Ohhh What is this. I only lost 28 Planes. Thats Strange. Assuming 5 Attacks for 8k Each. I should have lost at least 40 Planes. I wonder how this happened.....

    Well Mate. 6k is 6k. It might be Meh to you as CV. But for a Mogami with 40k HP its quite alot. You can Count according to your own Damage Count. You have to Count based on HP of the Targeted Ship. I can easily do 100k and more with a T8 CV if I Focus BBs. But Lately I often do like 50k Because I absolutely Focus DDs. And to a DD even losing 3-4k from a Rocket Strike Hurts Quite alot. I have yet to meet a Kremlin that Manages to Prevent me From Dropping a Full Torpedo Wing from Graf Zeppelin. Kremlin sure has good AA. But Honestly Said. Mino is Stronger. Mostly because Mino is Harder to Hit for me. On Kremlin I can Generally Fly under AA for most of the Time. As it cant Change Course to an extend where I would Care. Dont take it Personal when I Argue or Disagree with things. I like to Discuss things and See Different Points. I am not easily Convinced to Abandon Points. But even if its not Obvious on First Glance. Alot of the Things I Read in this Topic actually Changed my Perspective on things and made me Reconsider my View on it. So I am really not tryng to Pick a Fight or mean any Harm when doing this. Neither do I take it as such when you guys Disagree with me. As for it not being Tested Enough. I would always like to Point out that this is much Harder than most People think. I have been a Modder myself. And I have been Part of QA for actual Game Devs in the Past. And Testing things is by far not an easy Process. Even less so when its Testing of Balancing in a Multiplayer Game. The Problem is that with Closed Programs like Supertesters and even with Public Systems like PTS. The people you get for Testing are Generally very Invested in the Game. This is all People which are Ready to Check things and try things. People which will often Understand the Mechanics and Use them to their Advantage. But this is not Representative of the Majority of Players. You See. Long LOOONG ago. When I worked as Admin for a Game. The First Test on Considering someone for the Moderator Team. Was actually him getting TS2 and managing to get onto our Server. Because back then (Roughly 15 Years Ago). Using Teamspeak was actually not very Common. And many People had no Idea how this kind of thing even Worked. So alot of Applicants could actually be Sorted out because they Simply didnt manage to get into Teamspeak with us. Thus we knew that Person will likely not be useful. As he will end up needing more Help than he will be a Help to others. Testing Programs like PTS and Especially Supertesters basicly do the Same Test. Either Intentionally or Unintentionally. Because you actually have to Look up and See how you get into it. And then Set it Up. This Requires some Effort. And People which Manage to do this will often not Require much Help later on either. Until not so long ago. World of Warships Replay Function had to be Enabled by Editing a Config File in the Game Folder. Not very Hard right ? Well not to most Regulars in the Forum. But you would Laugh just how many People have never Enabled Replays in World of Warships because they neither Dare nor know how to Edit a Config File. Thanks to this. On any Kind of Test Server System. You Simply end up not getting Extremely Representative Results. If you want to get a Proper Testing going. You have little other Choice but to Implement it on the Life Server. You can do Testing on the Coding and Bug Part in a Closed Server. This is actually better done there. Because here the People which know a few things will be much better in Finding such Bugs and actually getting them to your Attention. But for Balance Testing. Anything but the Life Server can at the very best give you a Rudimentary Insight.

    Problem is not Exp so Much. But Winning. Dont get me Wrong. But losing a Squadron even on Graf Zeppelin is not really that Big of an Issue. I get 6 to Start off. And another 3 over the Match. If you lose 7k HP for each of my Squadrons. Then your Still Eating over 60k Damage just from this. Not Accounting for being Spotted etc. But to begin with its Unlikely you Kill a Squadron to this Degree before it Drops. Even now with the by now Fairly Good Buffed AA. I am still getting at least 1 Full Wing to Drop on a Minotaur using a T8 CV. And According to Wargaming this will in Fact get Easier. As AA will be Flattened so T8 CVs are Stronger against T10 Cruisers and T8 Cruisers are Stronger against T10 CVs. Thing is. Thats Talking about AA Cruisers. Most ships wont Prevent me from doing 2 Drops unless they are in a Blob. And Sometimes especially against Torpedo Bombers not even then. Because I use the Heal to Extend my TBs Life lol

    Well. That Depends alot on the Ship and Tier I would say. AP Bombs with their 5-7k Alpha for the AP Bombers only has 2-3 Planes per Wing anyways. So 1 Plane Surviving can Still Deal 5-7k Damage with a Citadel Hit. (Enterprise even more as 1 Plane carries 2 Bombs....) Something I have not done just Once with Graf Zeppelin. Its why I used the Free Engine Boost for the Squadron on GZ for quite a while. If 1 Bomb can Still do 7k Damage even the Last Wing can Often Deal Pretty Good Damage. And while T10 BBs with their 70-100k HP can Tough that out. Even more so due to their Heal. Most Cruisers with their 40-60k HP are basicly losing 10-15% of their Health here. And Thats T8 AP Bomb Damage. Not T10. So alot of my Targets Include T7 and T8 Cruisers. Which only got 25-40k HP For them this is nearly 1/5 of their Health being Deleted by that One Bomb.

    Yes. WG actually mentioned that in their First iteration as well. MAA is basicly meant to give Ships with very weak AA a Way to fight back. In exchange for 4 Skill Points. While Ships with Better AA should instead use the New System with Sector Reinforcement. I assume its an Attempt mostly Aimed to make DDs a less viable Target for CVs. The Cooldown being 30 Secs for DDs and Cruisers but 45 Secs for BBs also hints that. For most DDs the Continues AA is very weak. Only the Heavy AA is Dangerous in some cases. But Heavy AA is not affected by the new System. And actually the Damage Burst works best with Heavy AA. Cause it Targets the most Damaged Aircraft but has no Damage Leak. If a Heavy AA Shell Hits 5 of your Aircraft and all go down to 150 HP. Then the Burst of 1k HP which is normally just 1 Plane worth. Will take down all 5 instantly. As the Sector Reinforcement only affects Continues AA. Ships like DDs which got horrible Continues AA basicly lose nothing from choosing MAA. But gain a Buff to the Burst which can allow them to exploit Heavy AA Hits. They otherwise could not. As the Sector Reinforcement Cuts down AA to 50% on the other side and needs a time to ramp up. If you dont have MAA you need to use it immediatly when the Squad Enters. Otherwise you nerf yourself. But a DD who has little to no Continues AA anyways and who takes MAA can actually ignore this. He can wait for an Heavy AA Hit and then take out a Bunch of Aircraft at once. Or try and use the burst to disturb the Drop. It also means he can maneuver without worrying about which side the Planes are on. Meanwhile. To BBs with 45 Secs Cooldown its worthless. And for Cruisers with the Much Stronger Continues AA Buff they would give up it makes no Sense. So its basicly a DD Skill.

    Plan Seems to be that Ships with Good AA Should not use this Skill. The Manual AA Skill is basicly meant for Ships with very Weak AA. So they can Defend themselves against being Harassed up to 5 times by a Single Squadron.
  17. Was Playing my Hipper tonight. (Getting close to the Roon) Did some nice Damage and Killed an Enemy BB while Escorting our Iowa. And was just about to change my Facing towards an Enemy Hipper which came around the Island. And then my Internet just Shut down for nearly an Hour. When I finally got back Online. I logged into the Game. Just to Find that I got Penalized for Leaving the Match Early. I mean Seriously ? A Single Disconnect which was not even in my Powers to Prevent and I get a Penalty for leaving the Match ???? On top of that. I already had a Kill and was Playing Actively. So it should have been entirely Obvious that this was not even Intentional. Seriously WG. You should really Improve this System. When a Person Once or Twice in a Month gets a Disconnect it should just be Ignored by the System. Its a Different Story if the Player Presses Alt-F4 and just leaves. But when the Connection Cuts off than at least the first 1-2 Times you should just Decide in Doubt for the Defendant. And Ignore it. Even if someone tried to abuse it to basicly get 1 Free Disconnect per Month it would still be easy to then Check on that Account Manually to See if its on Purpose. Punishing Players which did nothing wrong never Sits well with People guys. Nobody Asks for a Free Card to just Disconnect 10 out of 50 Matches. But if Someone has Disconnects in over 500 Matches spread over 2 Months of Time. Then I dont think that its really Appropriate to turn him Violet..... All your Doing by this is making the Player Scared to Play the Game. Because if he then gets another Disconnect he might end up with a more Severe Penalty....

    Nope. Dont Forget. Its a Percentage of Squad current Health. So a T6 CV with his 6 Planes wont actually lose a Plane. Because 1 Plane makes up more than 10% Health. So in Fact lower Tier CVs will be LESS affected by this. As they lose 1 Plane every 60 Seconds. Furious with its 4 HE Bomber Squad will basicly mean that you need 3 Bursts to kill one Plane. Yep. Def AA Consumable is changed. Continues AA Buff goes from 100-200% down to 50% While the Buff for Heavy AA goes up from 100-200% up to 300-400% So Black Clouds Deal more Damage if you get hit. But the Buff to Continues AA is Cut in Half. And this is Huge. Because for Cruisers with Decent AA this Def AA was worth Gold. It Doubled their Damage Ticks so any Cruiser with Decent AA would Kill a Plane every 2 Seconds instead of every 4 Seconds. Now they only get a Kill every 3 Seconds instead of every 4 Seconds.

    1. According to the Data we got. A T6 Farragut will basicly Kill 1 Plane every 30 Seconds. He would need Freaking 4 Minutes to Delete Kagas Puny Rocket Squadron.... Thats hardly something I would call "Immune" lol. I mean no Offense. But 1 Plane every 30 Seconds means I still get at least 2 Strikes on him with Kagas Puny Rocket Attackers. And possibly even a Third Strike. 2. Def AA got the Continues AA Buff Nerfed by 50-75%. In Exchange Heavy AA has been Buffed by 50-100% Its a New Skill Gap. But Overall its a Nerf to AA to be Honest. Because it means any halfwat Decent CV can now much more easily Ignore Def-AA And ? In 0.8.4 they Cancelt an Entire AA Mechanic. So by your Logic we could just as well assume that we dont get the AA Burst at all :P

    Aye. But PTS is not Final. And if what that other thing about the Manual AA Skill giving 40% instant Damage being a Bug is True. And its only Supposed to be 8% for Standard and 12% for Manual AA then the Manual AA Skill will basicly be a Nerf for everything but Ships with very Weak AA. Meaning that its basicly a Skill that will allow Ships with Terrible AA like Fubuki to still kill 1 Aircraft every 30 Seconds by Spending these 4 Skillpoints. But wont do anything beyond that. Because 1 Aircraft Kill every 30 Seconds is nothing to any Ship with even halfwat Decent AA. And its clearly not worth losing the 50% Sector Reinforcement. Moreover as I said before. I would not Underestimate how Potato the vast Majority of Players in this Game is. And to that end it does not matter if they are Old or just not paying Attention. The fact is. The new System makes AA way more Manual. If you end up Timing that AA Burst wrong. You can not just waste the Burst by for example Clicking too early. But you can also end up Wasting the 50% Reinforcement AND give the Enemy a 50% Weaker AA for 10 Seconds if your Pressing it too late. I take bets. Alot of Players which wont understand the System and will basicly in Panic Mode press the Burst short before they are Bombed. Will end up having the Sector Reinforcement on the wrong side while your basicly Turning for a Second Strike in the Sector thats having 50% of his AA Disabled.... Add to that the Fact that Overall Continues AA will be Nerfed to Compensate for the Burst Damage and the Stronger Sector Reinforcement. So While the First Iteration which Supposedly has already been Declared to NOT be what we will get. Looked Horrible for CVs. What we actually get might end up vastly Different. And AA getting more of a Skill Gap. With Good and Attentive Players getting a Slight Buff for their AA. While Bad Players which dont pay Attention get a Good Nerf to their AA. Is honestly said not sounding so Bad to me. Not for the CV side and not for the Surface Ship side.

    Good enough for me. I do consider CVs still as being too Powerful even in the current Build. Albeit they are nowhere near as Overpowered as before. They are still the most Powerful Class by a fair Margin. The Problem is. CVs simply fall out of all Roles. Usually. BBs are Foot Soldiers. They are the Bulk of the Fleet. Dealing out Damage and Taking the Brunt of the Damage. But beyond that they are not very useful. They are too easy to Kill if they get close and cant Sneak up on anyone who isnt making absurd mistakes. Cruisers are basicly the Cavalry. They are faster and more Sneaky than BBs. But while their Damage Output is nearly the same as BBs they are much easier to Kill and shorter Ranged. So they are more Influental on a Battle if they are Good. But they are also much harder to be Good in. And Finally DDs are basicly Ninjas. They carry out Sneak Attacks and keep the Information coming for the Fleet. But this comes at the Price of being the absolute Weakest Class in a Direct Fight. A DD simply cannot Win a Direct Fight with anything if he Fights Fair. He has to somehow Succeed in a Sneak Attack. Otherwise he is Dead. Thanks to that their Influence on the Match is Tremendous. But it can Swing both ways. If your DDs Suck you are 10 times more likely to lose. If they are Good you are 10 times more likely to Win. Thing is. CVs have almost ALL of these Powers. Yet none of these Weaknesses. CVs can Deal Damage like BBs. And especially against BBs. But they themselves are out of Range. CVs can move around the Battlefield and carry out Flanking Maneuvers and Exploit or Create openings like Cruiser. But unlike Cruisers they are not Easy to Kill as they are outside everyones Range. And CVs can keep Information for the Fleet coming and Kill enemy DDs very Efficiently. Thus not only replacing one of the most Importand abilities of your own Teams DDs but also taking away alot of the Enemy DDs ability to do anything. And this is Simply not Balanced. If one Class can do everything. Then the whole System of Classes having Advantages and Disadvantages breaks apart.

    When did you Join? Cause dont get me wrong. Because before 0.8.5 CVs were Basicly Death itself. A High Skilled CV would go into Battle Choosing 4-5 People that will Die and then Killed them with no Chance for them to do anything about it. And even a Low Skilled CV would go into Battle Choosing 1-2 People that he would like to see Dead and which if he didnt kill them would at least recieve so much Damage that they would become useless. That was Beyond Broken. Now if you Joined after that. I can understand you. Because after that they got Nerfed HARD and became much much less Invincible with their Planes. But if your talking about before that. Then Seriously. You got no Idea lol
