    Have Stats been Announced yet? Can you give me a Link? Also. Well. Being Larger if WG is honest and sticks to their own rules would mean German Subs get very Good Concealment.
  2. I wonder if the German Submarines get the Rotor Kite Scout Planes ^^ But I am also somewhat Interested at the Submarine Tiers. I wonder if they will go with the same as CV and make em only every Second Tier. Germany had 4 Notable Submarines Classes. Classes II, VII, IX and XXI So if they go with the T4-6-8-10 Variant. They would likely end up with each Variant taking 1 Spot. albeit I guess they could go for Full Tiers if they used the Variants. T10 XXI which was a Submarine that would Operate entirely Submerged and be very fast Submerged. T9 IXC/40 which had Improved Engines and Speed on the Surface. T8 IXD2 basicly the Base Class later in the War. T7 IXC first Variant of an Ocean Capable Submarine in the German Navy. T6 VIIC/41 Upgraded VII Class T5 VIIC the Work Horse of the German Submarine Fleet T4 VIIB the Submarine Deployed in between the Wars. T3 VIIA the First Post WW1 Submarine in the German Fleet T2 IIB the German Coastal Submarine which they got from Upgrading WW1 Subs. I am Fairly Interested in how they will handle as well. The XXI if they Implement it Historically Accurate. Would be mostly Submerged and if at all only Surface slightly with the upper Part of the Tower. As it was Designed to Stay Submerged for most Part. The IX Class might get a Single 10.5cm Secondary Turret atop xD
  3. D38 German *Spähkreuzer* (reconneissance cruiser) 3x2 150mm Guns And 2x5 Torpedoes. Armor up to 25mm The D38 was a planned Class of Ships which should be Destroyer Sized but have the Capacity to Operate alone for longer periods of time. It was basicly either a Big Destroyer or a very small Light Cruiser. (Nowdays it would likely be classed as Destroyer) In the Game they would have a Fairly Impressive AA Armament and with 2x5 Torpedoes and up to 25mm they would likely be T8 or Higher. Might be a Good T8 Premium DD :)

    Naja. Ich wie gesagt nichtmehr. Auf High Tier die 420mm haben ziemlich Schlechte Pen Werte. Das sind halt keine 450, 457 oder 460mm Geschosse. Daher wenn die ins Wasser gehen triffst du sehr selten Citadelle. Aber vor allem hab Ich halt die Erfahrung gemacht das es echt besser is höher zu Zielen. Weil die Granaten die vorher sinnlos ins Wasser geflogen sind. Fliegen dann ja ins Schiff auf Wasserlinie. Die Treffen dann schonmal häufiger Citadelle. Klappt natürlich leider nur auf Kurze Reichweite. auf 20km Schieß ich mit Deutschen nichtmal mehr. Das bringt eh nichts ausser das Ich dann gespotted werde.

    I would not be so sure about this. Back in the Day. Kitakami could not even Stealth Torp Properly. It had to go very close to Torp and that with Cruiser Concealment and Cruiser Citadel. And that was Clearly Frustrating. But with 20km torpedoes it would be able to Stealth Torp pretty easily. Meaning it would not care so much about being Low HP and Armor as it would stay hidden for most of the Game similar to Shimakaze Gameplay. Just that its easier to Kill once Found but has alot more Torpedoes as long as its not found :)

    Emden is a T2 Cruiser. But he meant the D38 is Similar to Leander. Leander is a Light Cruiser with very Good Concealment. Many say its Oversized DD :) D38 would have 3 Double Turrets with 150mm instead of 4 like Leander. But D38 would likely be counted as a DD and have better Concealment. But it would likely Play very Similar to Leander as its Concealment would likely be Bad for a DD. So a Gun DD. Of course they might also make it completely like Leander. And Simply make it a German Premium Light Cruiser with Smoke

    Du Darfst Lachen. Aber Ich ziel mittlerweile immer auf die Superstruktur wenn Ich Deutsche BBs Fahre. Weil Ich hab echt das Gefühl das mehr Granaten Kurz Fallen als das Sie da landen wo du Hinzielst. Und wenn du Drüber Zielst landen zwar die 2 Granaten die dahin fliegen wo du gezielt hast hinter dem Feindschiff. Aber die 3-4 Granaten die zu Kurz Fallen Treffen dann häufiger..... Mit Deutschen BBs auf Wasserlinie Zielen klappt eh nie. Die Fliegen entweder alle 5km vorm Feind ins Wasser oder fliegen oben durch die Aufbauten.... Von daher verlierst auf jeden fall nix wenn du so Zielst.

    I would Support the Idea of adding Kitakami back into the Game. However. Change the Setup to the Historical Long Range Torps and Nerf the Torp Damage. I mean. Some People recently Claimed that Z52 was Great Torpedo DD due to Fast Reload of its weak Torps. So if Z52 with its 8x14k Torps is such a Good Torpedo DD. Then give Kitakami 20km Torps that do 10k Damage each and which are spotted from 3km away by default. Best Area Denial Ship in the Game. With Concealment of maybe 9km and 25k HP. It could easily work as a T8 Premium CL/DD

    Falsch. Auf T6 hat die Normandy ein Schlechteres Sigma als die Bayern. Sie hat aber auch 3 Vierlings Türme. Weswegen trotz des Schlechteren Sigma Wertes mehr Kugeln im Selben Gebiet landen. Auf T7 hat die Lyon einen sogar noch Schlechteren Sigma Wert als die Gneisenau. Nur Digger. Die Lyon hat 16 Kanonen. Die Gneisenau hat 6 lol Auf T8 hat die Richeleu den Selben Sigma Wert wie die Bismarck. Allerdings sind ihre Geschütze da sie nur 2 Vierlingstürme hat. Wesentlich Enger bei einander und ihre Shells landen daher auch besser beisammen. Auf T9 hat die Alsace dann wieder einen Schlechteren Sigma Wert. Weil sie ja auch 12 anstatt von 8 Kanonen Hat wie die Friedrich. Und auf T10 hat dann die Republic ein Deutlich Besseres Sigma. Warum ? Ganz Einfach. Weil sie nur 8 Kanonen hat. Und weil es diesmal das Französiche BB ist das diese wenigen Kanonen auf beide Enden des Schiffes verteilt hat. Auf T6-T9 wird also der Nachteil der Deutschen NICHT durch Besseres Sigma ausgeglichen. Nichteinmal bei der Gneisenau die nur 6 Geschütze hat. Aber auf T10 wo die Franzosen den exact selben Nachteil haben. Wird dieser dann durch ein besseres Sigma ausgeglichen ;) Schau. Da lässt du dich von genau diesem Wert Veräppeln. Die GZ hat eben keine kleine Abweichung. Die GZ Dive Bomber landen ihre Bomben PRAKTISCH IMMER am äussersten Rand vom Fadenkreuz :) Deshalb Zielt jeder halbwegs vernünftige GZ Fahrer auch mit einer beiden Hälften vom Fadenkreuz weil du dann wenigstens eine 50% chance hast zu Treffen. Während wenn du genau mit der Mitte vom Fadenkreuz Zielst. Du in 90% der Fälle auf beiden Seiten Vorbei wirfst :) Bei der Shokaku dagegen. Auch mit dem Stock Squadron das nur 2 Bomben Abwirft. Landen die Beiden Bomben nahezu Immer zwischen der Mitte vom Fadenkreuz und der Inneren Hälfte des Fadenkreuzes. Dadurch kannst du einen Treffer zu nahezu 100% Garantieren. Und Selbst wenn du von der Breitseite anfliegst. Wo du eigendlich Furchtbar ungenau sein Solltest. Kannst du dank dieser deutlich besseren Chance in der Mitte zu landen. Fast 3 mal so Häufig Treffer Erzielen wie mit den Deutschen Dive Bombern :)

    1+2. Yep. But its Completely Irrelevant to my Statement because many Players will never Actually Play each Ship in such Vast Numbers that this comes into effect. Most People will Play maybe 50-100 Games per Ship. In Rare cases 200. Thats nowhere near enough for Propability to Balance out Spikes from RNG. And you cant Exactly wait with this Kind of Matchmaking for the Player to have 1000+ Games in the Ship you want to Match him with. 3. So Basicly you want to Remove Access to Certain Ships from Players based on their Skill Level ? Wow thats Hardcore. And will absolutely NEVER happen lol 4. Well Mate. Sorry to Tell you. But actually this would Bother ALOT of People lol. Especially if like you said above. You would not Permit Players outside of a Certain League to Play certain Ships :) But even without that. This would end up being a Highly Discriminatory Factor in the Game and would piss off alot of People. Needless to say that it would come with the other Problems I already Described there. The Better and the Worse Leagues would constantly be Faced with Incredible Long Waiting Times due to Lack of Opponents. Not to Mention. As Players Perform Vastly Different with Different Ships even within the same Class. You would need to basicly have to assign the Player a Different League for each Ship. 5. Nice Quiz. But you mocking the Problem wont Solve it :) 6. And How exactly do you get this Message to the People which up to this Day dont even know that Damage on a DD will Earn more 4 times as much Exp than Damage on a BB ? :) Mate. These People Shut Down their Brain to Play. They Play for Fun. Not for Rewards or to Win. They dont give a Crab on how much Exp the Capture Point Gives em :P

    Der Grund für die Bessere Genauigkeit ist weil die Franzosen 4rer Türme mit besserer Sigma haben. Daher landen ihre Geschosse besser auch wenn die Maximal Streuung die Gleiche ist. Is übrigens nicht nur bei BBs so. Die Deutschen Dive Bomber auf der Graf Zeppelin haben aktuell ne viel geringere Streeung als die Bomber der Shokaku. Aber während die Shokaku Bomber nahezu Immer im inneren Bereich dieser Streuung landen und nur ganz selten ausserhalb. Landen die Deutschen Bomber praktisch Immer am äußeren rand der maximal Streuung und sind daher unglaublich schwierig zu benutzen.

    Das Problem ist. Die Izumo ist das EINE Schwarze Schaf im Japanischen BB Tree. Alle anderen BBs auf T5 und höher sind echt Gut and können ohne Probleme mit allem Mithalten was ihnen entgegen kommt. Bei den Deutschen isses leider so das die Friedrich einfach nur eine weiteres BB ist das dank der Grottenschlechten Genauigkeit einfach nur ne Exp Pinata für andere ist. Denn alle anderen Deutschen BBs auf T5 und höher sind leider einfach nur Schlecht. Die Friedrich und die Bismarck sind die zwei Schlimmsten BBs im Deutschen Tree. Weil sie mit ihren 4 Doppeltürmen mit die Schlechteste Genauigkeit haben. BB Genauigkeit ist niemals Gut. Aber die Friedrich und die Bismarck sind so dermaßen schlecht. Das du auf 8km in die Breitseite vonnem Schlachtschiff Schießen kannst. Und es trotzdem noch schaffst das deine Granate sowohl vor als auch hinter dem Feindschiff landen ohne es zu Treffen.... Wo jedes andere (nicht Deutsche) BB einen Feindkreuzer einfach Deleten würde. Machst du mit der Friedrich 2 Overpens und 2k Damage....

    I wont Reset anything. I would be Interested in the Rewards. But I consider them to be Unreachable and thus Irrelevant. I just dont Play enough as that I would possibly ever even consider Resetting a Tech Tree.

    WG you have got to teach your players

    Unfortuunately. Not only is this NOT the Norm for Online Games. But most of all its an Impossible System which has never even once Worked in any Online Game that tried to use it. There is a whole Range of Problems. 1. This kind of System can only possibly be used in a Game where you either Play 1 vs 1 or Clan vs Clan. Because when you have Random Teams your own Influence is Heavily Reduced and thus the RNG Factor is Heavily Increased. 2. How do you Define Skill. Because any Value other than Winrate will often result in worse Players getting it because they Focus on it but abandon the Team for it. At the same time however you cant really use Winrate because your one out of 12 People Deciding that Winrate for you. And as much as some Elitist Hardcore Maniacs want to Deny it. It is very often the case that entirely without any connection to your own Skill. You can go with 70% or 30% Winrate for over a Week. Which then is never Balanced out. So how do you even Decide how much Skill a Person has :) ? 3. The System tends to Force itself into Ladder and League Systems. Because you get Matched with Players of the same Skill Level. You tend to not be able to actually Remain in the High Skill Level. Because no matter how good you are. When you are Matched with People that are just as Good. You will still Go back to 50% Winratio at some Point. Meaning you have to make Leagues and basicly Rate Wins and Losses Higher Depending on the League. But that Severely Limits the Playerbase you have Available to Play with. This is why in many Games which use such a System. Only certain Ranges are able to Play at all at some Point. In some Games this has become so Bad. That New Players who Start at the Lowest Rank. Have to Wait 20-30 Minutes for a Game because there is simply not enough Players to Open a Game for them. Same for High Ranked Players of Course. 4. And the Last Problem is. The more you Employ a System like that. The More your Stats become completely Meaningless. Because if your Bronze League Player who is constantly faced with Noobs and thus can Farm tons of Damage as others have same skill or worse than you. You get same Stats as that Guy in Platin Super Star League as he has to Fight for each Point of Damage against other Platin Super Star League Players :) Meaning you end up with a System where you reduce everything to Winrate and thus League Membership. Wont Happen for 3 Reasons. 1. There is no Ingame Tutorial that will possibly Teach you how to Play a PvP Team Game. You just will never manage to make one. Because the Meta Changes based on Players Skills and Preferences. 2. The Players NOT watching Video Tutorials and Checking Guides. Will just Skip Tutorials or just Click through them without giving a Care anyways. Worse. Since alot of Skills in the Game need Time and Depend on Tier Level. You would need to make Mandatory Tutorials every few Tiers and Ships. Which would get Incredible Annoying for everyone. And would end up with People again just Skipping through it and Ignoring it. 3. Alot, and I mean ALOT, of player Play for Fun. They dont want to Learn. They just want to Shut Down their Brain and have Fun without thinking about it. And this wont Change no matter how many Tutorials you make. Many Players actually know they are not Playing Correctly or that something else would have been better. But they do it anyways. Because they just want to have Fun. Not Play Tactical and Try Hard to Win.

  20. Since in WoT it was removed and Nobody seems to miss it. I wonder if they will remove it here as well. During the Savage Battle is was actually Disabled. And we all know WG like to do Testing like this. :)

    CV Rework Discussion

    No Offense. But the only one Fooling himself here is you. CVs have lower Average Damage because they can Choose their Targets and thus Prioritize High Value Targets like DDs. Moreover. Its rather hilarious when Someone whose Stats in CVs are nearly Twice as Good as his BB Stats is making such Comments. If BBs are so Powerful and CVs are not. Then why are you doing so well in CVs but not in BBs ? :)

    I am not the one throwing around Personal Attacks ^^ But as I said. I will not Answer this any Further. It has gone in Circles long enough really. And it wont to any other Direction either. On the Topic :) It might not be for us Posters to Decide. But WG will (at least sometimes) take Forum Opinions into Consideration. And since WoT DID remove Friendly Fire. The Question of them doing it here as well and the Communitys Views on it. Are indeed Relevant. You may not like it. Just like I would welcome it. But that doesnt mean we cant thinkband talk about it. And as I said Before. If Friendly Fire is always the Fault of the one Firing and never the Fault of anyone else. Then Friendly Fire is really just a System that Punishes Innocent Players. Because the guy who got Hit gets a Bad Game and in worst case the rest of the Team is 2 Players Short. So it would be Logical to remove it. :)

    1. Sure. There is always reasons to be a **** ^^ Got bad Day. Or maybe some Issues with your Family. Could also be that he was a Noob :) Either case. I dont care :) He hits my Torps. His Problem ;) As Simple as that. I can life with being Pink every two Months. *gg* 2. If you dont Pay Attention to your Teams Attacks when you change Course then the only one to Blame if you get hit is you yourself ^^ And thats my Last Word on this ;) Because lets Face it. No matter what I say you wont be Convinced. And no matter how many Times you Repeat your Mantra. I wont be Impressed ^^ So lets Remove Friendly Fire and everyone is Happy :)

    If you do a nonsensical 180 degree Turn just to catch my Torps then you deserve to get Killed. Deal with it :) If you walk over the Street without looking first then its not the Car Drivers fault if he hits you ;) And No. TK Penalty is already punishing enough for the Team. If you make em lose 2 Ships even faster then you will just encourage people even more to behave like a **** and try to get hit by Team Damage.
